I brought my Volvo for a door replacement after a hit and run. The work was amazing and 1 week earlier than expected. I highly recommend them for quality and great communication with me and my insurance company!

Customer service was great...at first. I came in to have the rear bumper repaired which took them almost 2 weeks to complete. After picking up my car to have the rear bumper repaired, I noticed there were black smudges/cracks on my rearview mirror. Keep in mind, I picked up the car when the store was about to close and had to wait till they opened the next day. When I notified them of the damage the next day, they claimed that they do not touch or move any of the mirrors and refused to pay for the damages. Even though I told them that I had to readjust the mirrors and driver seat after picking up the car to drive out their lot they still insisted that they do not touch or move the mirrors.My car's interior was also cleaned when I picked it up so I asked them that perhaps it was damaged when it was being cleaned. They still insisted that they do not move or touch any of the mirrors. They then went on to blame me for the damages even though it had been less then 24 hours from when I picked up the car and when I notified them. I have had my car for almost 8 years so it's safe to say, I know how to handle my rearview mirror with care.It's hard to believe that they do not "touch or move" any of the mirrors when cleaning a car's interior even though they were clearly moved when I picked it up. Not to mention storing a car for almost 2 weeks that probably had to be moved around their lot full of cars.This place is great if you want to have something repaired but have another thing damaged. I would have chosen another body shop if I knew this was the case so I just wanted to write this review so that everyone else is aware in the Future.

Great customer service. My car was ready ahead of promised time. I was always updated on my car repair. Genaro was great and kept us updated all the time.

It's crazy that i've had to write this but I've been trying to get my car back from them for a week now. They keep changing the date my car will be ready. They've had it now for over 5 weeks now. I call and I get sent to voicemail it's crazy. Enteprise calls them and they respond right away lol It's insane I wish I could give 0 starts. BBB here I come.

Horrible customer service in the Paint and Body Department in particular Tommy one of the representatives seems to be just focus on upselling and not on the current necessity that was originally brought in for. No communication or response from them. I had to call each time to check up and do all the follow-ups. Would never go back to this dealership paint and body Department

This is the worst experience I have ever had with a car repair. They originally told me the repair (one car window back seat) would be done the day of or at the latest the day after. I am now told it will be 6 DAYS that is IF they are being honest THIS time. If they had been honest and communicated with me, I would have gotten a rental no problem. INSTEAD I NEVER HEARD A SINGLE THING FROM THEM without showing up to get an update. They did not answer or return voice mails. I am out money from Ubers because I was unable to get a rental (I work 12 hour shifts as a nurse) and depending on friends to take me anywhere. I am BEYOND frustrated. This is the first negative review I have ever left anywhere that s how bad my experience is. I understand things happen and things take time. My frustration is with the DISHONESTY AND LACK OF COMMUNICATION not the amount of time the repair is taking.

Had my Mach 1 spoiler painted to match the Magnetic grey on my car. When I first stopped by to see if they could do it, they were the only ones who brought out paint swatches to perfectly match to it. Overall it turned out excellent and looks great! Excellent painters who have a passion for their work!

This is my third time using them and it s been the worst experience. Idk what happened to them. Truck paint is not glass but orange peel. Door alignment is off when it should be flush like driver side. Wheels are a different color than original. New dents and scratches on my vehicle that didn t exist before. I m offended they tried to get me to accept this and took over a month to finish the repairs. Never again.Edit: I upgraded to three stars because they gave me a rental truck for my inconvenience and made it right. Would have given five stars if they painted the other side for my troubles.

Terrible service, trying to get a check engine light fixed under warranty and a replacement for a recalled part. We were told it would take at least 3 days to get it done. Called after 2 days and they hadn t even started it. No timeline for the replacement part. Finally done after a week and many calls to make sure it was getting done. We were told we could pick it up at our convenience over the weekend from the main desk. When we went to pick it up, they had no idea where the keys were, and we would need to wait until Monday.

If you re looking for a review to decide whether to take your vehicle here or not use this one. 7 weeks and they didn t even have a completed estimate listing all the damage my truck had. In 3 days they did 3 things they hadn t done in 7 weeks because told them I was taking the vehicle. And they missed obvious damage to my truck. And they lost the key the truck got there with and said it got there with no key when I have LoJack showing they drove it around the heights the week they got the truck. Save yourself from that nightmare and go somewhere else.

The insurance company recommended this company. When I walked into the building, the representative greeted. He assured me my car would look like new. They deliver just that my car looks good and the work was done in a timely manner.. My only regret is that I forgot the representative name .Good service in a timely manner !

Good body shop I really do appreciate they took the time to wash and vacuum after completing the repairs. Only down side BUT was addressed pretty quick was that my check engine light came on and they took care of it with no complaints. Last is that I didn't notice until days later that the headlight on the passenger side was shaking a lot. I opened the hood and noticed there's a missing bolt that holds the headlight down to the fender. Since it's missing the lights aims down more than the driver side. I don't want to make another trip so I'll fix that myself. Overall I'm happy with my experience at Tommie Ford Body Shop Thankyou Genaro G.

Genaro was an amazing service advisor. He made sure to keep me informed in the process of repairing my BMW. The vehicle was returned back to its original form and I couldn t be happier! Will definitely recommend this shop to my State Farm customers!!

I would highly recommend coming here. My vehicle was there getting several things repaired and fixed. The whole experience was a great one! From the quality of work done to the overall friendliness of the staff and the body shop manger Bill going above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of during the whole process. Very happy with the results and glad I came here!

Outstanding service by Shelby Cant� in the collision center. Always informed me on status and timing . Made sure my front bumper was done perfectly . My daughter was rear-ended and we took her car to Tommie Vaughn Ford body shop. Maria who answered the phone was great and that was how I decided to take the car there after checking reviews as well. Then Bill Talje the body shop manager was great. He called me, kept me updated, sorted out some issues with the insurance and tried to get the parts as soon as possible. They did a good job. Would recommend them.

Took Honda CR-V to have body work done. I was surprised to have my vehicle back so fast. Work done looks great. I especially loved the serviceman Bill. Brought my son's car here after someone else had crashed onto his passenger side areas. Always enjoyed the personnel here, especially Mr. Mark. He's been outstanding in taking care of my son's car. This rating is for the courtesy & knowledge of the lady writing the damage repair estimate. I have not seen their work yet being I just dropped my truck off a couple of days ago. Although they were highly recommended by a few people I know that have had done business with them in the past.

I was run off the road by a reckless driver a few weeks ago. Genaro Grijalba was the person that took care of my vehicle. Communication with my insurance was seamless and all the work on the bumper and undercarriage was done promptly (minus one backordered part). There were repairs to the shield, radiator base and the radiator itself. Genaro answered my calls promptly and explained where we were in the process. He has a kind, no feathers ruffled demeanor. So let me start off by saying I thought that going to a Ford dealership was going to be reputable. I took my car in to get fixed from it getting hit. I also asked for an oil change while I was there as I wanted to make this dealership my new car place. Well I pick up my car and the headlamp still has damage so I call to have them fix it again no problem. Next day I realize my splash shield is freaking dragging and missing BOTH TOP SCREWS. Are you serious?! Not worth 55 dollar oil change or wasting your time hoping your car will come back in the same or better condition. Also worth noting a 3 day job turned into 5 day and its not even fixed. So now I have to go back for my damaged splash shield from having to drive on it, as well as get my head light fixed. Will be glad when I can wash my hands because never in my life has a Ford dealership did work like this.

I will never recommend this place, I had a collision and it was delivered on time, but after that my headlights and tail lights were not working. I need to stop and they said it was some electrical problem and they fixed it but in the process my front bumper was removed and it was not fixed properly and they removed my rear bumper to check the tail lamp but it was not fixed too, in the trunk they removed few bolts. But worst part is because of this electrical failure, after a week my AC stopped working and when I serviced in Firestone, they said electrical problem made the compressor to fail and charged me with 1600$. I'm not sure the about the hidden problems this has caused, so I sold my vehicle because of this poor quality service.

Very impressed with the service here. Chose Tommie Vaughn based on a list of USAA certified body shops. Zero wait dropping the truck off, and Brenda (service rep/consultant) kept me continuously updated on all repairs. Larry (mechanic/tech) went above and beyond by painting and buffing out a large scrape on the door totally unrelated to the wreck and quote. Everyone seemed to take pride in their work. Also convenient is the fact that Enterprise has a satellite car rental office 10 steps away. Excellent people, great service, and well-done repairs... Thanks!

I went in for a recall. The service lady helping me was very nice. Only issue was that I asked her to have certain issues on my truck looked at. She said ok, however when she called to let me know the truck was ready I asked if they looked at the issues I mentioned and she forgot to put that down for them to look at! It s like the service people saw the issue with my door sensor and just ignored to help solve it or even mention there was an problem.

Recommend getting PRICE QUOTE FIRST before giving them the insurance quote. Felt like they charged way too much for the fix, and the job was nowhere close to factory condition. They were trying to fix the damage strictly according to insurance estimate. Went through the insurance agency because I wanted it back to factory condition. I would have been better off paying out of pocket for the work that was done. Now I have to deal with my insurance rate going up. Very poor communication from the sales rep. Had to take two separate days off to get the job completed. When I picked up the car the first time I caught him lying about the work that was done. It was clear he did not know what was fixed and what was replaced. That's when I pointed out that parts were missing as well. This is the problem with working off the insurance estimate and not the way the system is supposed to work. If more work is needed or if parts are not listed, then the insurance company will cover it. They just need to be notified.

Quality of work was great. Customer service was less desirable. Customer service argued with us as to whether or not our car was on the lot, which it had been dropped off and checked in that same day in the morning. No contact from the company after the initial first day. Received a call from Tommie Vaughn a week later asking when we were going to pick up our car, it had been ready a couple of days after it was dropped off. Customer service never called to let us know the car was ready. Pieces that had come off the car were left in the car, never called to ask what we wanted done with them. Car was returned to us with the low tire pressure light on. The person that brought up the car just parked it and left. Tires were fine when it was dropped off.

They are very friendly and willing to help. They don't mind if you have a million and one questions. They fixed my hatch in a timely manner. It took a little longer then expected, by a few hours but I don't have any issues with the door the fixed. Will be back again.

Bill Talje kept me informed of the progress on my truck and made certain everything was done right. The body shop did excellent work in a timely fashion. Highly recommend!
