My car was wrecked and was in service here from January to July. When I picked up my car from the wreck my advisor then told me to let him know if any issues would occur and they would take care of it. So I don t know why it s an issue now. When I got my car back the airbag and check engine light were on. They never looked under the hood from the wreck. Only did body work. I had to replace the radiator fan a few months back which I feel was from the wreck. While I was at the shop they checked my check engine light and it showed too much airflow. That was months ago. I took it in about a month ago for my gears, they gave it back to me then still with the lights on. I just took it in and now they re saying the lights are on from the wreck. Advisor Freddy said right away if my car was wrecked because the damage was from the wreck. He then said on the phone they ignored my lights because back then it didn t show the air flow and now it was showing the airflow was the problem . So clearly that is a lie. Same with the airbag lights. I don t know why a shop/dealership would ignore a check engine light that its ignorant. Freddy later said Tom peacock and Tom peacock nissian were different and he couldn t work with me when my car was there for 6 months from the wreck. You would think they would fix it with no charge and apologize for the mistakes and inconveniences but no. They don t know what they are doing here and every time you take it in it s a difference issue. Why not just check the whole car and take care of all of the issues from the start? Before calling the customer that their car is ready to a overview car inspection again. With ignore check engine and airbag light? lol, I thought that s what a car shop was suppose to do. I guess not. I keep calling management and they just hang up on me. I don t see why they are charging me again because the airbag should go under the wreck purchase and same with the broken pipes or from the last months visit. All these issues were very overlooked and ignored. Shame.Hard to claim your the best luxury dealership in Houston when you miss little mistakes, never have service loans or reservations.DO NOT PURCHASE OR SERVICE HERE. GO TO BAYWAY OR SEWELL CADILLAC.

Outstanding service department Mr Wolf promptly answered or returned all my calls . We requested towing assistance . No problem .. loaner car . We got it .they also performed extra work at no extra cost on my wife s Escalade

The staff I interacted with were professional and knowledgeable. I was notified upon the completion of my car being serviced. Prior to leaving I was asked we're all my concerns addressed. In my opinion, I felt appreciated as a customer and during these times, unfortunately, it's rare to find.

My problem was alignment, not an unbalanced rotor. This episode cost me $700, independent garages for me from now on

A couple of times they serviced my car and it was still under warranty that was a big help and then one other time they serviced it and I think the warranty was out it but they fixed anyway no charge I was a little low on funds and I know this is a very nice and pricey car and I wonder sometimes how I'm I going to be able to maintain the up keep so they have been good great to me I have manage to have some repairs taken care but they have covered more then I paid for But everyone has been so kind and considerate . But one thing I like is I dont always have time to make an apt I just come on in and they see me for oil change I like it because they dont make a big deal out of itServices: Auto engine diagnostic, Oil change

I took my Cadillac in for a repair service today and received excellent treatment. Mr. Falcon treated us very kindly. I will go back there when I need any repair or service for my car.
