Hugo and his team did a tremendous job with my car. I had to replace the back bumper and get it painted. Hugo was awesome with communicating the parts I needed to buy and cost. They did a fantastic job with painting and it was a quick turnaround. Highly recommend TOB Body Shop for structural repairs for your vehicle. 10/10 recommend!

Someone hit my entire left side in a TMC parking garage from the fender all the way to then backseat door. The biggest dent on on the fender and driver door, the rest were some big scratches. It was a quick turnaround I was able to get my car after 3.5 business day. It s beautiful now, looks new again. I got an estimate from Geico and they way underestimated the repair cost just because I m a female and didn t think I would understand and made it seem like my only options to fix my car was just filling it with putty and painting it.. I felt like the Geico person didnt understand what he was even talking about himself. Geico didn t think it was a big deal. This was my first car that I got on my own as an adult, I love my car and wanted it to be taken cared of. The Geico person just tried to down play it and said it s not that bad. I don t care if it doesn t look bad to you, I just wanted it to be fixed completely and not some shotty work. The Geico person also wanted me to pay $501 deductible after I told him my story and knew my deductible was only $250. He kept saying to just pay them upfront $501 and Geico would return me the difference later. That didn t sound right to me, So I didn t trust Geico with my car to leave it with their preferred body shop. So I wanted to find some one that I could trust with my car, listen to what I wanted and imports to me about my car, and took in my concerns seriously. A friend had recommended TOB auto body shop. I decided to go with them for my repairs instead of Geico s because when I took my car to get an estimate I felt like Vu really cared about the quality in repair. He explained every step to me and what should be done. And when I explained to him that even though the deductible said $501, it should just be $250. He understood what I was explaining to him, and that it might just be a filing error on Geico s end. He even called the person at Geico handling the case himself to clarify and make sure they fixed it in the file to reflect that the deductible is $250 and not $501, instead of just trying to take $500 from me upfront. I m very pleased with their work and how nice and trusting it was to work with them. Thank you for treating me and my car with respect and not trying to take advantage and treating me like a human. I might not know a whole lot about cars but can understand if they re willing to explain it to me like Vu did. I definitely recommend them and will be telling all my friends to go here for any repairs they need in the future! Thank you!! Below are after pictures only, forgot to take before pictures.

There is honestly NOT another body shop that I would recommend!!! My car was rear-ended causing a 3-vehicle accident, where it was sandwiched between two 4x4 pickup trucks. Not to mention the uphill battle that I had in working with the at-fault party's insurance was a pain that no person should be subjected but I digress. The service that I received while working with TOB Auto Body is second to none. This shop not only offered me the overall best pricing but I could tell upfront that this was a body shop that truly focused on the quality of their work.The owner, Tony, is a truly upstanding individual on ALL accounts, from being an excellent communicator throughout the entire process to going above and beyond to exceed expectations. I was astounded by the professionalism and openness to share cost-effective recommendations, rather than gouging for top dollar. Tony took the time to offer up many insights on dealing with the other party's insurance, provided a detailed breakdown of what needed to be done to restore my vehicle to pristine condition, and made certain to keep me in the loop throughout the different phases of repair, whether via photos or a quick call. Totally unrelated to this case but he was even able to recommend a glass repair shop that could replace the windshield on my fiance's car for a fraction of the cost that we were originally quoted.In fact, because the insurance company (who were terrible in their responsiveness throughout) stated that I would need to pay upfront and be reimbursed in the end for a rental, TOB Body shop offered up an available rental vehicle so that I would not personally have to wrestle with the insurance company for reimbursement after the fact. As expressed in the beginning, TOB Auto Body was amazing every step of the way and made the whole process very painless. If your car needs to be repaired, do not hesitate to give TOB Auto Body a call. You will not reget it!!HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. Great Service. Accurate Timelines.

This is probably the best auto body repair service I've been too! A tree fell on my Jeep and I had a crack window and some dents. I went to get three estimates and TOB had the best price compared to the other shops I gotten a quote from.TOB has amazing customer service and fast repair! They gave me a loaner car and it took less than a week to complete! When I came to pick up my car, they also repaired some scratches that I didn't even know I had, cleaned my car, and gave me an air freshener, talk about OUTSTANDING service!I would definitely recommend TOB! Awesome service, honest, reliable and didn't add any surprise charges to my invoice! Two thumbs up

Highly recommend this auto repair shop. They had the best pricing on my front bumper replacement, and I was able to get it back within 2 days. Also, Vu cleaned my car inside and out, which I haven't experienced in the past.If you are looking for professional, honest and reliable auto repair shop, make sure to give it a try first.

Great job on my front left fender and door repair. Paint match is almost perfect. You can tell that the shop takes their time to make sure the customer gets a good quality repair. They also worked directly with my insurance so the claim was done relatively easily. Thanks Hugo and the staff!

This body shop is amazing! The quality of work is unparalleled and their pricing more than fair for the quality of work they provide. The time frame I was given for completion was met. Actually my car was ready a day before quoted with enough time to do other maintenance mechanical work at the next door auto shop, Pacific Auto Repair. My car looks brand new! I was on the fence regarding buying a new vehicle, but with the work Vu put into this car and bringing it back to life there's no need for a new car note. Thank you so much for the amazing job!! Best body shop in town! Vu is very reasonable, honest, and professional. He is very knowledgeable in his work, I plan on bringing my 2019 Ram 1500 back in the future, highly recommended!

This is by far the most professional and friendly auto body shop I ve ever been to in my life! I recently purchased my dream car a 1986 corvette and unfortunately was in a bad car wreck which caused damage to the rear fender and bumper of my car. I went to five auto body shops and ultimately decided to do business with Tob Auto body Repair shop simply because I felt like they were extremely fair, knowledgeable, and were willing to go the extra mile to make my car better than before. Vu Van his father and one of the auto body specialist Enrique carefully prepped and sanded my car and prepared it to be fixed and repainted. Not only did they repaint my car but also fixed other minor paint areas that were not on the affected area and replaced a light that was broken from my wreck and redid my tint on all windows of my car. No sugar coating hands down this was the best customer service I ve ever experienced with a mechanic/ auto body shop in my life. There are so many auto body shops in Houston but they are two notches above the rest.

I decided to give Tob Auto Body Repair a chance and I wasn t disappointed. They did a great job fixing my bumper, hood and front headlight on my Range Rover Sport. The owner, Vu, gave me a ride to pick up my rental car and kept me updated on the progress of the repairs. When I picked up my vehicle it was washed and the inside was detailed as well. My truck looks as good as new.

I went to Tob Repair Shop after hitting a decent size log at highway speeds that messed up my front passenger side. . I have a BMW, so rather than bring my car to a dealership and deal with an overpriced quote, I decided to do a google search of the best auto repair shops in Houston . Tob popped up and I decided to go there immediately. The shop is located on the right side of the alleyway your GPS leads you to past Pacific Complete Auto Repair. The owner , Wu, was friendly , attentive , and very good at what he does. He was sure to explain what he was doing to my vehicle and why. I will recommend him to friends and family and I recommend you guys see him as well. For those with foreign vehicles, he knows what he s doing and his services are priced right !Service: Body & Trim

Hugo was very helpful. I was hit from the side and had a dent on the fender above my left tire and a headlight that was slightly detached. Hugo educated me on the different parts and tools that I would need and showed me the breakdown of pricing for each item. He was patient and not pushy. I got a few estimates from other places and found one that was a little cheaper. But no one s customer service was as good as Hugo s and Hugo offered for my fender to be completely replaced and brand new because of the value of my car and the quality of each part of my vehicle. Opposed to other places that wanted to charge me a few dollars cheaper just to bang out the dent which I was told from another shop.I went with quality and customer service over a cheap fix and I am very satisfied with TOB auto repair!

Initially I was quoted a week for the repairs but they completed the work on my vehicle in three business days. Considering the amount of damage incurred from a front end collision, that was pretty impressive. The vehicle looked better than when we bought it brand new. They even detailed and cleaned the inside of the vehicle. Customer service was great! They kindly and patiently answered any questions that I had. They went over with me step by step, while inspecting the vehicle, what parts were going to be replaced. Whatever concerns that I had, they put me at ease. I would highly recommend TOB.

If you re looking for honest car repair this is the place to go!! Not only did they repair my car in a timely manner. They did an excellent job. They did not overcharge me like a lot of auto body shops. They gave me a great price with amazing results! I will definitely be using them if I ever need car repair in the future. When I showed up they had not Only repaired my car but cleaned it inside and out. Wow. Thank you Tob Auto Body Repair!!!

Vu, the owner, was very courteous & professional. He explained very thoroughly what needed to be done to fix a dent & scratches I had gotten on my car. His estimate & quality couldn t be beat! He kept me updated as to the progress & the work was ready as promised. It was an added bonus to have him wash the exterior & vacuum out the interior of my car! I will be highly recommending this body shop to others!

My car looks great. Took the car in for hail damage. TOB Auto Body did a wonderful job. Went above expectations. Very friendly and personable, and kept me updated on the repairs. When I picked up my car, it had been washed and the inside cleaned. Will definitely recommend them to family and friends.

I brought in my Toyota with excessive front end damage. Vu was AMAZING! He worked with my insurance and made sure my car was as good as new. Every little detail fixed, and taken care of! He even cleaned it inside and out before I picked it up! 10/10 would recommend.

I hardly go out of my way to write online reviews, but Vu and his team at TOB Auto Body Repair definitely deserves one! This was my first experience getting my car repaired after an accident, and I am incredibly happy with how everything turned out. Vu, the owner, was very professional and friendly. I received a fair estimate and I was relieved that the repair price wasn t hike up in the end.I would definitely recommend TOB! Great service, honest, reliable, competitive prices, and top quality auto repair!

What a great family owned business. After they did a fantastic job of bodywork and paint on my wife's car I turned to them when my F250 tailgate was hanging up due to some prior driver error on my part. I called them the day before and was told to swing by when they first opened. Vu and his dad worked on it for 20 minutes to get it working again. Then they refused any payment because it was only an adjustment! When was the last time that has ever happened? These guys are GREAT and I wholeheartedly recommend them for any service work.Service: Body & Trim

Very professional work! Fender was replaced and paint feathered in nicely! Also got a couple of rust spots painted without any hesitation. Very satisfied with the service. The added car wash and detailing on the inside was an added bonus! Thanks Vu for your help.

They did a beautiful job fixing the ding I put in a rental car. The service was completed on time and at a good price. I had a $ amount in mind of what I was willing to pay for the repair, and that was the price I was quoted. The owner possesses excellent customer service skills. I would highly recommend them.

Vu Van is the owner and I must say that he is one of the nicest guys I have ever met. His professionalism and work ethic is second to none. He painted my daughters red 2004 Nissan 350Z here in Houston while I was abroad and the communication was fantastic. When I arrived from abroad my daughters car looked amazing. I then had him do some paint work on my Toyota 4Runner and I could not be more pleased. I will be coming back to him again very soon. If you want to take your car somewhere for Body and Paint work on your vehicle, TOB Auto Body is the place to go. Vu Van is tops in my book.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I love this shop. Literally fixed my bumper in hours.was able to keep my actual bumper which allows me to return a piece. You read that right! They saved me money vs just doing anything for more for themselves. I m so thankful and now know exactly where i will be getting my car worked on from now on. Again thank you guys my car looks like nothing ever happened!

TOB are the consummate professionals. I have taken multiple new, high value cars for repair work. The work is always done timely, professionally and the finish blends to the extent you cannot tell any damage was present on the vehicle. I highly recommend the shop.

I came here to have some work done and this was the best auto shop experience I've ever had! He was very friendly and professional and my car was ready in a few days. I had an issue with a check that was deposited to fix my car. I called him literally in tears because I did not know what to do and he calmed me down and was very understanding while I got it sorted out. Often, we wonder as females if we're being taken advantage of or ripped off but in this case, he really went above and beyond to help. This whole ordeal from accident to the end was very trying but the only thing that was easy was my interaction with Mr Vu Van. He was a breath of fresh air and I will recommend anyone to come here. U will not be disappointed. Thank u again sir for being that rainbow at the end of the storm.

I was rear ended on July 10th (I own a BMW M4) guy who hit me pretty much totaled his vehicle, luckily mine survived thank god!. Vu was very helpful and very Professional and pretty much the only shop I trust with my M4. My car look brand new! Vu is always attentive to detail and doesn t take short cuts! Highly recommended and trust me you won t regret it!
