People will easily do a bad review but not a review for awesome service. I don t like to take any of my vehicles to scummy mechanics and will usually do it on my own but time has been naught lately and really needed to look for one. I m glad I went with TNY, their service was fast but great quality and very communicative. The pricing was very fair. Service was so good the first time, I brought two more cars in and all the work were done well. Definitely changed my mind about scummy mechanics, they re the rare ones you ll meet.

Updating my review since it has been years since I last reviewed. They recently moved to a newer, bigger location, but it remains just down the street from their old place on Hollister. I am so grateful to this business and this family! I have brought two of my cars here for many years. They are very honest, hardworking people and they have never once done shady work on my car. Always very upfront about the cost of everything. I have put a few people onto this shop and no complains. Definitely recommend this business!

Nghia Tran and his father were great - family owned business referred to me by a close friend. They were honest and I received daily updates on my repairs. My estimate nearly matched my final cost which was great. I will return in the future for their efficient and accurate repair work. Thank you

These guys are the best. Run by a Dad and his sons, a vietnamese family, so they are honest as the day is long. So honest and will go beyond to get your car fixed at a more than fair price. Here it's not about a buck, it's about family pride and integrity and humbleness. I have been coming Here for about 3 years now and every time I take my car to a closer place because it's more convenient I regret it every single time. Every single time I bring it here I ask myself why didnt I bring it here the last time. Customer for life.

Very customer service oriented. The staff and owners are great at what they do. They only work on what's needed and never do unnecessary work on your car. Best one stop auto shop.

Bracket came loose on my 350z and I was dragging it down the road. Pulled into this shop and was out in minutes. Very cool friendly people.

I've taken my BMW to several spots to correct a noise issue. Admittedly I can be a bit of a particula And not that easy to deal with type of customer. The mechanic was efficient and knowledgeable but also kind and understanding. They are honest And earn my business And respect. Onenote is that they are not the fastest with turnaround however ever they offer an exceptional value no value and distinguish themselves from competition with value expertise expertise and reasonable pricing.

I am a new local to the area as of last year and has been looking for a mechanic on this side of town and I was very impressed with my first time experience at TNY Auto. Brought my 2006 F-150 in because I was having issues with my a/c. Tranh greeted me with a very friendly, customer service oriented demeanor and was able listened to the sound my truck was making and diagnose the problem. He gave me an exact quote of what it would be to fix and the next day when I brought it in first thing in the morning, he the team had it fixed in 6 hours, on a Saturday! Their prices were about a 1/3 of what a big time local competitor had quoted me for the work! I will definitely use them next time I need work done to my truck. Highly recommend!

I have an air suspension.. my car was resting on the tires. And would not raise up.. because of my cars behavior I knew it was not the air bags . But 4 mechanics all told me I needed to replace the air strut. ( aprox $1200-1400 a strut). But TNY.. the first thing they said was they wanted to TEST the LINE after listening to what I explained my car was doing leading up to the drop! (I told all of the others the same thing)I also told each machanic that I felt it was not the strut but either the it compressor/ valve block/ or an air hose ..Later that day TYN called me back to tell me it was a cracked air hose leading into my air compressor and water had gotten in the line and damaged my air compressor ! The repair turned out to only being about $350 vs over $1000!I put my complete trust in their work and so far everyone I ve sent to them have been very pleased with their service as well ! I am Thankful to have been referred to them by another one of their customers! Also the Mercedes dealership charges about $300 for an oil change .. TNY about $100

I've used these guys for a lot of vehicles both old and new. This is the only mechanic I've ever had just listen to what I want done and then do it. I'm pretty pro active on maintenance. I've had so many mechanics try to talk me out of doing something. These guys don't. They listen and execute. They're a hour drive from me now, but it's worth knowing they'll do what I asked.

These guys are amazing! Good customer service & very friendly as well! They re very helpful. They let you know where your car needs work & the price before doing anything.They re pretty quick too. Will definitely come back!

Highly recommend TNY Auto Repair!! I brought my car in without an appointment and Nghia helped me right away. His customer service was impeccable and I knew I could trust him on what the issue was with my Jeep as well as pricing. I had to leave my car there for a couple of days due to the amount of work they had, and when I said I didn't live far and that I would walk home they offered to give me a lift back- so nice!! The issue was resolved and my car USB port was also fixed on the fly, which had be driving me crazy for ages. If you live in the area and you're looking for a shop to bring your car into, call up these guys- they were great!Services: Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic

very disappointed in this shop. took weeks for some simple repairs and within a month the same issues were recurring. had to go to a different shop just to fix what this shop couldn t.

These guys are super honest, no price jumps, they let you know of problems before doing any work non-related to what you've asked for & definitely have earned my business for any future problems my cars may have. My Ford Focus is driving smoothly & I feel like it just came off the lot! Thank you very much gentlemen!!!

TNY has been my shop of choice for years now. They have never failed to impress me with their transparency (here's a breakdown of the cost), their honesty (you don't need to replace your brakes yet, but they're at about 30%), and their commitment to communication (phone calls, texts, emails). I've taken my car to them for everything from suspension issues, to inspections, to tire repair, to oil changes, and leave every time feeling like they treated me right.

Had a big branch get caught under my car and wasn't able to remove it on our own without professional help. Actually couldn't really drive it.Called the guys at our most trusted repair shop and they sent their two kids to personally stop by to pick up our vehicle - talk about service!While at the shop and on the lift, them do my brakes and do the 100K service and was given a very fair quote and was taken cared of like family by this family owned shop. The only thing better than their quality service and low, fair prices is their level of professionalism and honesty. Good shop and even better people. If you need auto service, TNY Auto Repair is the only place to go.

Five stars simply isn't enough for TNY. They are incredibly friendly and honest and I have already began to recommend my friends and my co workers. I am always nervous when it comes to trying new places but they kept me informed on every aspect of my car and went above and beyond to get everything done as quickly as possible. Thank you guys so much, we will be bringing all of our vehicles here from now on. They have certainly gained a life time customer!

Easily the best repair shop I have ever done business with. I've roughed up my car a few times since I've had it and TNY has taken care of me on more than one occasion. They work extremely fast and get your vehicle back to you as swiftly as possible. Recently I had frustratingly difficult time locating a leak in the trunk of my car, and nobody else was able to find it. This shop was the only place that was able to actually find the leak and repair it. On top of the fantastic job on their repairs, they showed me great customer care and made sure I was always comfortable while I waited to get my car fixed. This is definitely my go to shop for any cars at my house that need to be worked on!

Look no further for your automotive needs! I have been coming here for years, and the amount respect, professionalism, and courtesy I receive is above any other auto shop I've been to! They're straight forward and down to earth, and will not rip you off by doing "necessary" repairs. This family owned shop has always been there when I needed them most, and often went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable. They will always and forever have my upmost loyalty!

The only people I trust with my vehicle.I have been here many times throughout the years and the reason why is because they are honest and have integrity.Just look at the people that work there. They have been there for years! It's a family owned, small business that provides excellent customer service and has a winning formula for bringing people back again and again.I don't know if I can say anything else but these guys are the real deal. Been here for repairs/maintenance for a '03 Toyota Highlander with 250k+ miles twice now and received excellent mechanical and customer service on both occasions. Trung, his father, and the whole team there have been helpful, very fair in pricing, thorough in explaining issues and solutions, and timely in getting the work done. Highly recommended.

THIS PLACE IS AMAZING!!!!! I have gone here numerous of times and always left ecstatically pleased. I have gotten inspection stickers, brake pads, oil changes, and even detail work done! I'm not sure if there is anything they can't do. Also, not only is the staff super nice and effective, but they're really fast at getting the work done.
