Ton is a great guy! He got everything handled for me, including the tow. My car was shaking pretty bad after it shut off at a red light, but a day after I got it back (3 days later) it changes gears smoother than any other car I have. No issues accelerating or decelerating (I stress tested it on the highway). He also gave me a very good price, especially for the service received.I'm not a trusting person and had some reservations letting him handle everything, but it was the right choice and I'll be bringing my other cars back in the future, hopefully under better circumstances.

Ton took very good care of me when I brought my truck in with a transmission line leak. I was just looking at getting the repair done, but due to the age of my truck he recommended that I go ahead and get a rebuild done. He worked with me so I could get the money scraped together to get it done and his prices are extremely reasonable. He had my truck finished in three days and luckily I only had to work one of those days. Thank you again Ton for everything you did and getting it done so quickly. I will be a repeat customer in the future. To all the military veterans out there in the Houston area, if you need your transmission rebuilt, please give this man a call. He will definitely take care of you.

I am very satisfied with my rebuilt transmission. After taking it to many shops Ton was highly recommended by a family member. His prices are reasonable and he most definitely works with you in any way he can. He had my vehicle completed in 3 days. 2015 Tahoe drives very good.

Great service very friendly and helpful Mr.Tom is very knowledgeable in his trade very reasonable price and he will take care of you ,he even went out of his way on his day off to open his garage to put my truck inside so nobody will try to take anything from my truck knowing the area would recommend everyone who needs transmission work .thank you Mr.Tom

Ton is great and he offered me a discount if I payed cash. They repaired my truck in 3 days and I've had no problems for 2 years and 55K.

Yes, from the outside this place is not your top of the line looking transmission business, but that is not what I needed with a 2001 Honda Accord. Tom got the job done and I am very satisfied with the results. He's a good guy and I trusted his shop with my daughters car. The car would not accelerate unless it was in 1st gear. Now its back to it's expected functionality. Highly recommend for older vehicles.Service: Transmission

Wonderful and affordable service here! My Escape was stuck for a full week at another shop on Hope Village & 2351 and when finally got their estimate, it was twice of what I paid here at TNT TRANSMISSIONS!I Decide to call TNT and he offered to help me to fix my truck at a much less $. And he did! Truck is running perfect after almost a year!I recommend TNT 100%.Service: Transmission

My 08 Pontiac G6 transmission went out and I brought it here. Tom was able to look at it the same day give me a very fair price for a rebuild. I got the car back 3 days later and it runs like a dream. Highly recommend this place.

Got our transmission done in 1 day, after 3 month of pulling heavy trailer, the transmission a bit shaking, went back there and the owner got it upgrade for no additional charge base on the 1 year warranty, even better, he got it don't over night. The owner is a good small Vietnamese guys, but he working hard and supper prestige.

Excellent customer service. A -1 transmission repair guy. Tom at TNT transmission repair fixed my transmission in fast quick & ( less than 24 Hours ) timely manner. His work and craftsmanship is EXCELLENT! I Highly recommended this gentlemen to any one needing transmission work done in Houston TX !!!!!

I count myself lucky to have found Tom and TNT transmission. He and his wife run a small, unassuming shop off the beaten path. The service was great, the time to complete excellent, and the value was unbeatable. If you have transmission concerns, I would highly recommend you give them a try.

Tom gave me a promised reasonable cash quote over the phone. His mechanic was very quick while taking my car for a test drive 1st and running diagnostic (with no additional charge) before assuming it really was my transmission that needed serviced. His wife and daughters Hannah & Kelly were very hospitable and had a refrigerator full of fresh cold bottled waters for free to drink while I waited in the comfortable living room setting of the office. They were quick to check on me and make sure I wasn't sitting by myself too long without knowing what was going on.As a clearly visible disabled person I was treated as though I didn't appear with a disability at all. I was in and out in less than an hour total with a copy of my receipt for cash payment which included a detailed invoice with exactly what I came in and expected to pay for. I encourage everyone to support this family business. There is No other Experience like this place around and Very Low Cost. A Place where you can TRUST your vehicle with as well as Worth your TIME SPENT & MONEY SAVED!

Called after vehicles transmission stopped working & got towed to the shop.. gave me good price and priority since it was my work van and needed it for work. Came the next day and left happy and with my van working again! Awesome service!

I will start by thanking Mr.Tom, reviews below are true he helps alot.. He really toke care of me. Went to Another shop and they never touched my truck 3days, not even to check. Went Mr.Tom, he looked and checked it. He knew what it was. Ask me "by when u need it". Told as soon as he can. Toke it noon Friday, called me next morning it was ready. He stayed late help me get it rolling..thank u soo much..

I have a 1993 Ford F-150 andmy transmission was completely burnt out, I reached out to Mr. Tom and he answered and reacted very quickly I had my truck at his shop on Monday afternoon he asked me how urgent I needed my truck and let him know it was my daily driver and he promised me to have it the very next day! I didn't know if I should be excited or nervous but I felt like I left it in good hands!? On tuesday morning he let me know that someone did a horrible job with my transmission not knowing the history of the truck I trusted what he was telling me he showed me the kind of work that he was dealing with and continued to reassure me that he will make me happy and that my truck will be on the streets soon. So here I am on a Wednesday with my truck delivered to me by Mr. Tom and I couldn't be happier, my truck is running better than i have ever felt it and is ready to haul my horses around I cannot Express to Mr. Tom how happy I am , we need more people like him!!!! Hard worker and very honest if I ever need ahelp in the future I will be sure to turn to him!!!

Had my transmission worked on by Tom . He did the impossible for me by completing my rebuild in less than 24hrs. I would highly recommend these guys for all transmission needs

Good work for sure , but make sure your Transmission needs a rebuild or swap bc they will charge you that even if you don't need it.

They stripped my drain plug..and didn t want to fix.. went somewhere else to get it fixed just save time and money and avoid this place
