Great experience here! Came in for an emergency car issue. Had overtorqued a wheel lock and broke the stud clean off the wheel smh. Anyway, the owner was great, he took me in right away, fixed the issue and I was in and out in under an hour. I had gone to another shop before reaching out here and the other place quoted me over THREE times what Tito s ended up charging me. And the other place said I would ve had to wait 1.5-2 hours AND drive to autozone to pick up the parts myself .. I m glad I went here instead! Definitely recommend coming here, especially if you re in a pinch, it s great that they re open on Saturdays!

Hands down the guy is super awesome he took care of me every time I went to his business all ways straight up telling me the right thing to do for the power I was asking for I'll go back there before using someone else. He ones told me if I take my truck somewhere else and I'm not satisfied bring it back to him and he'll make it right . Not to many shops would go that for to please a customer

Tito comes off with very positive energy and seems very knowledgeable UNTIL they have your car. Got it towed by his company to get a diagnosis on the car which was 75 and 70 for the tow no less than 3 minutes down the street BUT I had to do what I had to do so entrusting him with my mothers vehicle I was assured by him that they would find the problem and fix it but I found myself letting him know multiple times what the problem was because he would keep asking me why the car would crank but not start which is why we have it at your shop to do a diagnosis..that's the 1st flag but not a problem. 2nd flag was after a day or 2 passes I CALL to get a check up and he says one of my wires were burned and that it needed to be replaced due to a fuse being blown, keep in my mind he still hasn't told me what came up in the diagnosis. So asks me to come see it for myself. So I get there and I see the fuse that I just bought from the Toyota dealership 1 day prior to having it at his shop. Its been removed and the cover for that specific fuse is OFF and I see the blown fuse now he didn't know I knewvthis but fyi for this type of fuse the new ones have a cover to protect the fuses and cannot be touched outside of the cover without the right equipment . So now the car is no longer cranking or anything it has no power no nothing and as he's telling me that this is the problem. it had power and was cranking when you tested the car yourself in the parking lot trying to constantly get it to start the day you picked it up. Well I'm going to take care of it myself personally he tells me so now I'm thinking "because one of the mechanics may have touched the fuse with a tester and blew it which burned the wire so he says don't worry ill fix it and find the problem. Ok so a few more days go by and I CALL and ask about it and he's telling me they fixed the wires and put the new fuse on but give him some more time. So another day or 2 passes and I CALL again and he says well the car is back cranking but won't start so I'm thinking ok that's what we already knew because thats the reason it's up there for you to find the problem ...I say you know what I'll just take it back home because I'm low-key feeling like somethings off ..so I get up there to pick up the car. Under the hood was the same as the last. Wire was still burned and no new fuse no nothing was put back together like he told me. So I bring another mechanic who puts most of it back together. Gives it a jump and a spray can and car started right up in front of them all..See how God works in mysterious ways..They knew they blew the fuse that burned the wire and then tried to make us pay for it and it Still would have the same problem as before so yea this is what I got from Titos Auto Shop. The choice is yours And I wanted to like this place

Terrible place to fix your vehicle, I don't recommend it. The owner is very friendly but the work they do is terrible, you will end up paying double

Kept giving this shop a chance, I paid them $400 to fix a power steering issue that I had to essentially go to the dealership to get fixed for another $300. Silly me for trying to give this small business a chance. Today I went in for an oil change, for the tint on my windshield to be pulled off. I say something to them and I get an attitude and no real solution. When I moved to this side of town, I thought I found a dependable mechanic, but I was wrong. Every time I come here, I end up having to spend more money to fix something else. I never write reviews but after reading some of the recent reviews, this can t keep happening. Please stay away.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Steering & suspension replacement, Oil change

If I could give 0 stars I would. He completely ruined my car, lied, he is illegitimate, and fraud. He does everything in cash and will upcharge you if you use a card to avoid taxes. i paid almost 2k to replace my engine and he out bad parts on it and when I went back to tell him 2 weeks later (in my 90 day warranty which he later changed to 30), he said he was charging me more money. I took it to a dealership and they said not only did he NOT PLUG IN ALL THE SENSORS, but he didnt even program the control module so my car was stopping on me as I was driving. I also paid to get my brakes and rotors done and a month later I went to get my car inspected and I failed because they said my brakes were bad. DO NOT GO HERE SAVE YOUR MONEY! He will mess your car up more to keep you coming back. I was a regular customer. Wish I realized sooner. Using him only sent me down a spiral of more mechanics and repairsServices: Electrical, Engine repair, Brakes, Oil change

This shop will take care of you right here. Tito and his family are awesome, and probably some of the nicest people you ll meet. Honest, reliable, and speedy as ever. Went in for cracked radiator, fan assembly, and leaking transmission pan. Got my car good as new within a day!!! Definitely recommend them for all your auto needs. I wouldn t go back here even if he offered to fix my car for free. He does such bad business and he does not keep his word and he half-does his repairs to keep you returning. Not sure if it is how he treats everyone or if it was racially motivated. He acts so nice and friendly but he s a shark. DO NOT GO HERE

!!!!!SCAM ALERT!!!!LAST UPDATE: After taking my car to a professional repair shop, then for me the brakes had been bent to make a rubbing noise and nothing is wrong with them. Tito's auto shop wanted to charge me for new brakes.The noise was never there before only after they worked on my car. These are scam tactics!!!Sorry Tito. Gave this place 3 tries and it worked out well once. Last visit they snap a lug nut bolt off and left me with only 4, didn't bother to tell me. Didn't put parts some of the parts on that I brought in, and let me pay. When come back for my parts, I'm given a hard time. Left my hub cap off and had to return a third time for it the next morning.Also damaged my wheel bearing and the car makes a loud grinding sound that wasn't there before. Tito wasn't helpful and I had to speak with another person, who literally wouldn't listen and could only say "oh, that's another job and extra".If you want to have more problems than when you started this is your place!!!Last visit the did my brakes that were squeaking. They are still squeaking. I'm just going to eat the $1,000 and take both cars to a professional repair shop.Previous post:Great experience. Super fast service and very reasonable prices. Tito is one of the most help full place. I had a problem with car and he took his time to test drive my car to get an understanding of problem. Really good prices and don t hesitate to stop by to check what you need.

I cannot say enough good things about this place. Tito and the crew are bilingual (English and Spanish) and they explain everything clearly. The prices are very fair and they do all they can to help you. When my car needed several hours worth of work done, Tito s wife volunteered to drop me off at my apartment and pick me back up when the work was done. Love supporting this family owned spot. Tito was also able to fix a really difficult technical problem with my engine that an average mechanic would ve botched. I highly recommend this shop.Services: Engine repair, Brakes, Air conditioning, Battery, Oil change

This was the best experience dealing with a mechanic ever. My transmission went out on me and I was devastated but Tito and his awesome team mate made sure I would be taken care of. And they definitely did. Dropped my car off Wednesday at their closing time and I just got it back today (friday) reasonable price ! And they even straightened up the inside of my car.!

The best auto repair shop in the area. They have done several repairs to my vehicle and have done excellent work, along with having the fairest prices in the area. Most recently they repaired my a/c. They did a great job and priced me fairly

I just moved to the area from GA and suddenly needed a mechanic. This shop is extremely honest and welcoming. Pricing is very reasonable.An issue that I thought would be hundreds of dollars turned out to be way less. They truly care about their customers. Will definitely be coming back!

I go to this shop for all my car needs! It s a family owned business and EVERYONE there is so nice and so helpful. The customer service is beyond great! The prices are low and these folks REALLY care. They are quick and knowledgeable. I have never had any issues. Hence the reason I come back every time. Thank again guys!!

I have been orbiting from one mechanic shop to another until I founded this.Carlos and team are very professional , friendly and sincere. They tell you exactly what is to be done in your car and they do it at a very low cost . Generally, they are very effective,fast and efficient. Highly recommended .

I brought some tires from them and 1 of them had a nail in it they didn t want to fix it don t not purchase any tires from them my friend also purchased tires here before and her tires came off while on the freeway and she almost died and they still didn t do anything but try to blame her smhService: TiresService: Tires

This place is great, had a very good experience. All I had to do was call and they came and picked up my car. Great costumer service, everyone is very attentive and professional. Will definitely be back for any other needs and recommend to everyone

This place is amazing! I came once only because it was close to my house now i have moved 30 minutes away and I still come back everytime my car needs something. They are honest people trying to make a living and I love that. I will keep coming back!

After 2 years of service and mechanical work by Tito and his group on my mercedes I will not go anywhere else. Great family, honest and fair on all of thier work. Takes the time to walk you through what he's doing and does it right.
