Went to there cause my car has a flat tire. Before we go there l saw they have so many one or two stars reviews, so were kinda nervous about it, but this shop is the closest place to fix tire, which give us not much options but chose to go here. The staffs were so busy, so we waited a little bit, but they were very friendly, especially the owner Alex. The process of changing tire was quite long. They only have 3 people work over there, plus it was raining, so we totally understand it. The price and result was pretty good, so everything worth it.

Great place to get second hand tires. If your on a budget these tires are a solid choice. Most of them if not all have plugs and patches installed. personally I have 2 sets of tires from them and I don't have issues with balancing or leaks.

Excellent customer service. I paid the exact price as advertised from marketplace. I tend to prefer zelle since it s safer so the price they quote on marketplace is what you ll pay.Alex (I think was his name) had excellent customer service and had a super chill personality and was easy to deal with. I ll keep using these guys in the future since they were quick and efficient.Thank you!

STOP!!! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!2nd visit here....Just recently bought 4 used tires in good condition just to find out they didn't balance the tires correctly! Went back the next day and they rebalanced them and still, my truck shook bad on the freeway. Had to to take them else where to get them properly balanced! They dont know how to balance tires here! Nothing like my first experience. The first time buying here was a smooth ride out the parking lot! Now they have a whole different crew there. What a lesson learned!

I responded to a fb marketplace ad and was told $180 for 2 tires & to put them on my vehicle. When it came time to pay they want to charge you 2 different fees if you don t pay cash because they don t have a cc system! I shouldn t be charged because you don t have that system & also because it s not stated anywhere they make you pay through cash app or Zelle! So they tried to make me pay $202 because I didn t have cash I ended up paying $190. That s ridiculous & not to mention the $30 they charge you to put the tires on the vehicle without rotating or anything! That s an extra $40! The tires are not name brand they don t show you all that on the ads. You would think because this place is a hole in the wall they would be reasonable but they basically just hustle you! The person I talked to was really nice but I don t agree with how they do business! Tire already has a bubble & will have to be replaced after 1 day! Buyer Beware!

I stop here for two used tires. Price was settled at $130.00 it took two hours. I left and 25 minutes after the left tire was flat. I put on a spare and drove back. They patch the tire they told me is good to go. I was ready to go then I saw another leaked. They told me to choose another tire which was the last one they had. I was not to happy with the tire cause it was more worn out then the first. I left disappointed. Then I saw they charged me $135 not the $130. Bad experience. Half of my day was gone . I will not recommend this place. The damage of the tire was place in the inside so I would see it. They want your money there tires are worthless.

BUYER BEWARE!Crooked, they will sell you tires knowing they won't balance out or had a leak in them. A refund is impossible. DO NOT USE THIS SHOP!! While waiting I witnessed 3 other customers come back because there was something wrong with the tires they purchased. Check your torque, these guys don't know what torque specs are.

they scrash my new black wheels they damaged almost all the lughs nuts, a tire was bad they had to fix it twice, they are nothing professional, check the reviews before going and you will notice that it only has bad comments, I would never going back to this place.

This is our second time getting tires from here. They have all different sizes and price range so can be very reasonable. Always took great care of us. Would definitely recommend.

Worst tire shop ever. Went in to get some tires, they said they were pretty much new, cost me $400 and when they "finished" installing them I take a look at them and one had a big dash on the thread. Had them replace it for a different one. I left and now that the tire shine wore off you can see that one of the tires they sold me was in really bad shape, and it had a small dash on the side wall so I had to replace it AGAIN. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SHOP!!! THEY ARE A SCAM!!! Only way they take payment is either cash or zelle!!! And they DO NOT GIVE YOU A RECEIPT!!! I knew they were sketchy but I was hoping I was wrong, yet they proved me right!

They sold me a great set of tires at a good price. But they didn't balance my tires like they said they would and they lost 2 of my lug nuts. I had to take my truck to Discount Tire to get them balanced. Discount tire showed me that Tires Of Houston didn't put any weights on the wheels and that's why my truck was shaking and bouncing

Terrible. Went here yesterday to get a set of used tires thrown on my wheels. They not only broke one of my valve stems, then the manager tried to say it was okay, I get home and 2 of the tires have puncture holes in them. I get it if I bought used tires there may be some issues. But, they should test these tires before just throwing them on. Wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy. Shady manager, high prices, terrible tires.

Don t come to this place period and if you choose to ignore ask for receipts and make sure your getting what you paid for because once you leave no one knows and the issue is everything else but what they did wrong.

DISHONEST PEOPLEBuyer beware. Beware to be told one thing on the phone and another when you get there. I asked him specifically how much is it for the tires mounted and balance. He told me one price. Then I drove one hour here and they changed the price. I had three different people tell me three different things. THEY WILL ASK FOR PROOF.Make sure to do all conversations over text message and in writing.Also be sure to just wait around in the car for 4 hours while everyone goofs around.

This company is very untrustworthy , i bought 2 used tires from them at a very expensive price and they sold me a tire that had a crack in the inside. The very next day i had to go to another tire shop and they showed me this tire was bad. They wouldn't do anything to the tire because they didn't want to be liable. Tires of Houston knew this tire was bad because it took forever for them to put the tires on. The guy had put a patch and a plug on the tire just enough to work for a day or so. I do not recommend them at all. They are pricy and sell bad product.

I saw a ad on offer up for some tires, I came to an agreement with Alex to $350 for all four. Once he was done he tried to get me to pay more. $50 dollars more to be extract. Not only that but they also didn t tighten all the lug nuts all the way nor did they lock the rim cap back on. Honestly I will never do business with them ever again.

I love this place! I have purchased 5 full sets from Alex and he is always extremely helpful even when he is super busy. I have tried other tire shops and this place beats them hands down. The staff have always been helpful and courteous as well. I have gotten some phenomenal deals from this place and I won t buy my tires anywhere else!

I was lied to, very unprofessional. I was charged $50+tax for two tire mounting and balancing, 3 people came in after me and left before me (not a big deal, maybe they had an appointment). When I saw the passenger tire mounted on the wrong side (asymmetrical tire) I mentioned this to the owner. He admitted it was his mistake because it was busy (I understand it happens) he offered to mount it the right way. 30 minutes later he put the tire back on. I didn t check it again because I took his word for it and I was already late for work. The next day (today) I noticed he didn t do anything other than just take it to the back for 30 minutes and bring it back out.
