5 STARS on service, know-how, professionalism and most of all, suggesting the right tires for my '12 FX4! They nailed it! This is my new tire and repair shop. It's hard to find service like this anymore and it was a breath of fresh air! Thank you so much, Tire Service Vision 2020! I'll be back!

Don t go there! Very poor work! They failed to tighten the lug nuts on my tires and one of my tires broke off on the freeway! I m out of over $1,000 on wreckers and repairs and still not done! Value yourself, family, others and don t use these people for anything!

This place is a hidden gem. The Quality of the tires and wheel s are amazing and are fair priced . I m definitely coming back.

The staff and service are unbelievable. Tonight I came in because my girlfriends car had a huge bolt in it. Even though they had the bay closed they still opened up to help me with a tire at a very reasonable price and changed it and had us on our way in under 20 minutes. I'll definitely be coming back because they made a customer for life. These guys are amazing and I can't recommend them enough.

Terrible. Went to get a lug nut charged me 3 dollars went to pay with card said he doesn t take cards less than 10 dollars he went and took the lug nut off.

brought my car in to get my tires changed and they took a few hours then they said that they couldn't do it today and had to wait a week

If I could put 0 stars it would make it the worst tire shop in all of Houston, be very careful they sell the worst tires at high prices and then don't cover the warrantyMy experience was I got 1 used front tire, they told me that they were very good, they kept mine, the old ones, then after 2 days my car began to vibrate and tremble very strongly and I realized that my tire had broken now I went to the tire shop and they treated me in a bad way with a bad attitude they were very rude and they told me that I had lost the guarantee because I sure hit it, which is false I left very frustrated I lost my money I had to buy two used tires in a better place and these are yes They worked for me I hope this helps peopleSi pudiera poner 0 estrellas lo har�a la peor llantera de todo Houston, tenga mucho cuidado venden las peores llantas a alto precio y luego no cubra la garant�aMi experiencia fue llego por 1 llanta delantera me usada dieron que estaban muy buenas se quedaron con la mia las viejas, luego despues de 2 dias mi carro comenzo a vibrar temblar muy fuerte y me percate que mi llanta se habia roto ahora fui a la llantera y me trataron de mala manera mala actitud fueron muy groseros y me dijeron que hab�a perdido la garant�a por que seguro le di un golpe cosa que es falso me fui muy frustrada perdi mi dinero tuve que comprar dos llantas usadas en un mejor sitio y estas si me funcionaron ojala esto le sirva a la gente

No recomiendo esta gomer�a en lo m�s m�nimo. Me hicieron un p�simo trabajo con una llanta que no me dur� nada y encima no quisieron asumir la responsabilidad con la excusa de qu� una llanta usada no tiene garant�a. me quer�an ayudar solamente d�ndome una llanta nueva haci�ndome un peque�o descuento pero siempre queriendo hacer dinero sin asumir sus responsabilidades. Adem�s los precios de las llantas son muy caros. No recomiendo est� gomer�a para nada

Great service my tire was patched here they have decent prices and the customer service here is excellent would definitely recommendBien servicio, mi llanta fue reparada, tienen precios decentes y el servicio al cliente aqu� es excelente, definitivamente recomendar�a.

Very bad job, they cheated me on a tire that didn't work for me and on top of that they didn't give me a guarantee for anything. poor jobMuy mal trabajo, me hicieron un fraude en una llanta que no me sirvi� y encima no me dieron garant�a de nada. Pobre trabajo
