The owner of this tire shop is not a very good businessman. This really sucks to type because the guys changing the tires are good people. They work hard and seem like honest men. I came here to get a set of tires for my Jeep. I gave him a call and I gave him the correct tire size. He said I have them he gave me a set price and told me he would take care of it. I was here for an hour and a half yesterday and they finished right before closing time. Everything seemed good and when we got on the road it was driving a bit different. Once we were in our garage and there was light we saw that they not only gave us the wrong size tires but they were two completely different tires. Ok, that s kind of a problem right? Simple fix, just call let them know and they can fix it right? No, he ordered our new tires and when we came to get them changed, he totally flipped the script. He said we would have to pay the difference for a mistake he made, plus labor. He said he would give me a refund and that was his way of doing business. I m alright with the refund but if you as a business owner make a mistake. Own it. The only reason we drove here (45 minutes) was because he said he had the tires and he had them at the price he said they where. I never ever type reviews for places, but this experience here was the absolute worse. It your reading this save yourself the time, go somewhere else, save yourself the headache and the time. I knew a couple of people I was going to refer to this place but yea that s not happening.

Favorite and only tire shop I go to in HTX!!1. Hector is such a amazing guy he never lets me down!2. They always go above and beyond !!!3. They're honesty towards women is A1!! My car needed some help and Mr. Albert had my baby out the same day !!!! If you need you car FIXED Please Come Here as well !!! Their Prices Cannot Be Beat !!! Great JOB Fellas - From Yaya ;)

Needed 4 brand new tires and Hector gave me a real nice deal including balancing & alignment. I was there for a few hours & even ate lunch with the guys. Very friendly & they do good work. Will recommend!

8% credit card fees is robbery, don t come near this placeit is true, i purchased tires for $350 and was charged $378. if you want i can add the receipt

Tire maximum is the best in Houston. I destroyed a rim and the same day Hector had my car fitted with 4 new shoes. Swapped sensors, balanced, and mounted. Best price in all 50 states don t hesitate coming here for all your car needs.

My first impression of tire maximum was an island in the rough sea. I had to get my tire repaired because it was getting a little choppy out on the road. They charged 60 per tire for tahoe. I really had no choice it was like they appeared out of no where houston zoning is great. I decided to look around I had to wait a little because it was buisy during rush hour traffic. My wish my spare tire was returned back to the stock location......one can dream. I would have gladly payed extra to have it returned. Otherwise good service and they're quick. Plus mini coopers are cool and they have a red one for your viewing pleasure.

I called them to ask them if I wanted to install four tires and how much it would cost. The guy answered that each tire is 15 dollars, and the balance is 15 dollars extra. So I told him, Wow, this is expensive; I told him Walmart is cheaper; he told me to go to Walmart; he was so rude. You have to teach them how to talk with customers. This is so sad that you have a bad worker with a bad attitude.

SCAMMERS! Came because I was told the tires were in stock. Arrived & they had none then tried to sell me new tires. When I refused, they came out with two tires. They tried to put on my car until I realize they were not even the right size for my vehicle.

Super expensive place especially for tireThey charged me only for changing tire 30$ per tire plus 5$ everywhere charge for changing tire is 15$ ,the expensive is 20$

I was really impressed with the service and speed Hector and offered taking care of my for tire change installation. Very polite quick and courteous. The best price I have ever paid for tire installation.

Horrible! They either broke or removed my tire sensor. I had to make a special trip back to this place to ask them to fix their error, then they made me wait, and then Hector told me a new sensor is $35. This is wrong! Avoid!

From living in New York Ohio and California I could say that Mr Emad tire shop is the best place I have ever been to the man is extremely respectful kind and will take care of his customers without making them feel any types of way seriously best tire shop in the US Moe Syria

I never write reviews but I've used this place a few times now I'm from out of town and this is the closest place to my office. The service is always great and great prices I've got tires and an oil changes at different times always quickly in and out. Today I had flat and they plugged it for free.

Bought a car from them that breaks down every other week. They were courteous the 1st time, but every other time since then the owner is rude and ill tempered towards me.Maybe if I was an ATTRACTIVE FEMALE that would not happen, as I have personally seen him offer discounts to female customers who come in and offer to take them out to lunch to 'discuss' the car.I think my car has broken down enough times to at least be offered a taco from the local taco truck.

I go to this place for all my tires. They are nice guys that will take care of you. The used tires have a two week warranty. But I've never had any issues.

I should have listened to the other reviews on here, but I was in a pinch to have my transmission repaired and they were the closest shop to me.Not only did they go over the agreed upon price by $500, but it was not even fixed well and began slipping within a week.Upon contacting them, they assured me they would they care of it but to wait a week for them to clear a space for me.After said week, they told me it had been more than 14 days and the 'guarantee' had expired since I had not brought it in. Flat out denied telling me to wait a week to bring it in.You have been warned, do not make the same mistake i did, do not trust these people.

Horrible! Do NOT go to this tire shop! Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. I bought four tires from this place and within a week, two of the tires were going flat. A week later, a third tire was going flat. The service is awful. They treat women like idiots and take advantage of them. I feel like I was robbed.

Believe it or not, this week was the second time in less than six months that I went out to my car and found a nail in a tire :( Luckily, I knew what to do-go to Tire Maximum. These guys are HONEST and FAST-plugged the tire for $5. As a mobile personal trainer, I can't be without my automobile and these guys saved the day again. It was pretty awesome first time here and if I can say one thing is that they're pretty honest and they didn't even wanted to charge me I still ended up giving the guy a tip.

One star for trying to con me out of my money pretty balf move to install a Chinese tires on your wheels when promised subbrand of Goodyear. ...was gonna give them second star for fixing the problem but then I remembered I never got the promised tires at promised price and had no choice but to buy different set more expensive then intended. (They are well priced for the brand but the point is that's not what was planned originally ) Also they didn't mention to me about a dented wheel to make the sale first. Knowing they will not be able to balance the wheels well. And new tires are gonna go to waste . good thing I noticed the vibration after one day. I of course went to another shop to fix it.They might try to con you out of your money . I guess if you are careless about your $ and ready to pay and overpay it's the place for you.Shame that this kind of crap is happening now days. That's not how business should be ran!
