I took my Rolls Royce Dawn convertible here to get a wrap. They told me $10K. I went down the street and got it done for $5K. Then I came back a few months later because I had a slow leak in 1 of my tires. They ordered me a tire. They sold me an old, used, dry rotted tire for $550. And when I asked for a refund they told me no. If I could give them zero stars I would. That s what they do to their good customers.

I went and was attended with patience and time. They helped me with all my requests and all of my choices. I was very pleased with the service and detail I was helped with. The whole staff from the inside sales to the outside mechanics. They walked me thru the process, thru demonstrating and even installation and warranty. Thank you so much!!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY DO NOT TAKE RESPONSIBLITY FOR THEIR MISTAKESDO NOT COME HERE. THEY ARE JANKY. YOU WILL BRING YOUR CAR IN FOR SOMETHING SMALL, BUT YOU WILL LEAVE WITH A BIGGER ISSUE, AND THEY WILL ACT LIKE THEY HAVE NO CLUE WHAT HAPPENED OR CARE AND THROW A PIECE OF PAPER IN YOUR FACE AND SAY FILE A CLAIM. I BROUGHT MY CAR IN FOR A FLAT TIRE, AND NOW THE CAR WILL NOT RAISE BACK UP, SO MY CAR IS SITTING ON TOP OF MY TIRES, AND I AM NOT ABLE TO DRIVE THE CAR

do not go there they do not put the right parts on ur car or they well put the wheels on ur car and not tell u that u need a certain part to make ur car ride smooth and my car my tire sensor went out n they wouldn t replace them or do anything about them n now 3 out of 4 of my sensors are not working me and my mom be back up there 6 times each with both cars i don t recommend going to them at all yall want good work go to (american wheel and tire ) fosho good work never had a problem with them

If You have a Tesla and your rims are messed up and you wanna get them back to factory just go to the dealership don t go to these guys. Staff was cool, but the work was terrible. They definitely lost my business. 550 for two rims and both of them came out horrible.

Fourth set of tires from this place and always a great experience. The Great Carlos even fixed a problem I had with the last set of rims that I bought from here. Also have some great sales going on right now. GO SEE CARLOS AT TIRE AND WHEEL MASTER!!!

** UPDATE! DO NOT USE!! They have horrible customer service! We did not buy wheels from them because they were much more than discount tire for the same wheel/tire combo... They told me no problem bring the wheels we will put them on after the lift and we need them to make sure they clear fine...brought them in and they did the left when we pick up they say oh you didn't buy the wheels here so we won't put them on!! Nor did they make sure they cleared which they don't.. So he says bring them back and we will charge you since you did not buy the wheels here... But I did buy the lift there and you installed it...Lift for my truck is good but there are plenty of great places that I could have gone to without the run around and cruddy customer service

The name speaks for itself. Enormous inventory on site. Friendly service but get ready to empty your wallet compared to other rim shops I've been to.. 5/3/23. Went in today for tires 295 30 r22 and my man Carlos took care of me. Great selection. I still recommend TWM for your wheel & tire needs for sure.

Bought tires from there was told they were 95%tires. Sold to me as new. Somehow got a piece of plastic in one of them a month later. Brought it in and was told it couldn t be repaired so I had to buy a tire. No warranty Because they were 95%it s used. I would have never bought them if that was the case. They lie to get a sell.

This place has seriously gone down hill the last couple of years went into to get my personal wheels and tires installed and was quoted $425 for the work. I even asked, it s that much just to swap out wheels and their response was well we balance the wheels as well.which is still too expensive for that kind of work. Went to another well known wheel shop and got it done for $60 and the owner even included brand new lug nuts because mine where going bad.

My rims had those ugly curb rash scratches. These guys at TWM did a beautiful job of cleaning them up. My wheels look good again! They are awesome and more reasonably priced than some of these other wheel places around Houston. I highly recommend Tire and Wheel Master. Thanks again guys!

Called and got a quote to get a tire. I get there and they want to charge an extra 100.00 installation fee for 1 tire. I went down the street got a cheaper tire and FREE installation. This place is a huge rip off. Never again.

I have bought tires and wheels for all of my vehicles from here and paid all them off, recently I purchased an enclosed trailer took it to them for wheels and tires I did finance them through a company they told me about called progressive I bought them for 1160 dollars I have been paying on them for four months 230 a month now yesterday I got an email which said it is a lease and I still owe 1500 on them. These people will never work on anything of mine again I assure u, only reason for one star is because I have to in order to write this review. Be aware of of this situation it could happen to you if this is how they do business no thanks I ll pass. They for sure took advantage of me and I was a very loyal. Customer

Yesss!!! I have new tires. I was a bit concerned because I need it my 4 tires and I knew how expensive it can get, however; I came to Tires and Wheels Master and they were awesome! Great staff, and AWESOME customer service, they went above and beyond I would highly recommend this place. I was glad I was able to walk out with all my 4 brand new tires installed for a great price. Carlos was AWESOME!

Great experience , walked in with the intentions to look and ended up with 4 new tires with rims all installed in less than an hour! The price was too good not to purchase , great customer service and great staff!! First time there and definitely will be back
