I've gone to The Pro Amigo multiple times for different issues with multiple cars over the last few years. Each time they've done great work with the repairs, completed sooner than I expected, and with no surprises popping up later on.Victor has been consistently communicative, transparent, and honest about the work needed and costs with every repair. He's always made time to explain further and answer questions when I've had them. The integrity I've seen is why I prefer bringing my cars here and am happy to recommend them.

Brought my car in for an oil change (first timer). Never knew they existed until I got my inspection a few days ago, across the street at R Inspections. The gentleman working told me they owned Pro Amigo, too. I ve gotten my last 3 inspections there and they re always very kind, patient and respectful men.The gentleman working the front today was very personable and had a nice sense of humor. They got to work on my oil change and replacing my lightbulb right away and I didn t wait long at all. The pricing was very reasonable and I appreciated that they didn t try to haggle me for other repairs , especially being a woman. Again, very kind men and efficient service. It s nice to still have honest and trustworthy family businesses in the neighborhood.

Wow! I think we ve found our new mechanic. We ve struck out with some poor quality work with 2 shops here in the neighborhood that had good reviews which caused my hesitation leading to my cranky attitude with Victor (worrying I was being screwed once more).Victor was still patient and showed me (physically) the issues going on with my van. He went out of his way to find us a better price on a part we needed which saved us time AND money and added in some parts that were needed that we had forgotten about that needed done. Victor won t try to upsell and I appreciate that.Good work guys!Thanks for your patience with me and your work ethic. Y all please support this small business as his prices are excellent compared to other shops !!

Needed an oil change, brake check, and an inspection ... V�ctor & team took care of it! They are honest, professional, and reliable - been in The Houston Heights for many years. I recommend Pro Amigo!

5-star customer service!I was intrigued when I saw that this place had a 5-star review but now I get why. Victor and his team were recommended by a friend and it was great. They are super friendly, very efficient & communicate effectively. Their pricing is more than fair. I will return there for all my car-related issues & I recommended them to my friends!

It s the best shop hands down in the heights area. The pro amigo is the place to Come to get anything done with your vehicle. I take my car there all the time . Ricardo Is the men to talk to there . He always takes great care of me and great price . Makes you feel like your family. very honest people. He also works with his brothers great people as well . Don t waist any more time taking your vehicle anywhere else . Just take it to Ricardo at the pro amigo. Warranty work the best of the best .

I needed my heater core replaced and new what was involved so I went in to get a price and thought is was fare so I let them do the work. My whole dash had to come out it was a lot of work and they did a great job I would recommend them to the next person and all my family. Very pleased.

Excellent service! My breaks needed to be replaced desperately so I called Pro Amigos and they were able to squeeze me in last minute. They were very professional and replaced my breaks in a timely manner. I would definitely return for other services and recommended them to anyone who wants quality and efficient service.

I have been taking my vehicles to Victor, at ProAmigo for years. When I take my problems to them, I have no worries that my car is in fine hand, will be repaired "with heart" and at a very fair cost. Sometimes to fair. Victor, his brothers and the staff are good honest people!

Always fair and reasonable. Victor is up front with me about what I m getting into with a repair and why. Also his brother Luis (across the street) is the only person I get oil changes and inspections from.

If your car needs a mechanic, there is no other place that you should go to. You can trust that they will only do what is required, charge you fairly and be upfront. Great service every time!
