Took my car in to get a new muffler, and it was met with very professional gentleman who helped me out immensely and gave me a quick quote and very quick service. They were very professional and easy to deal with. I would highly recommend Rubin and staff.

The guys at Heights Muffler shop are great. They did a great job redoing the exhaust for my classic Chevy Truck. Their price is fair and their work is high quality. You can't go wrong with these guys!

When my check engine light came on I went to the closest shop to me BEFORE I came here. The other place gave me a high price right away and did not explain anything. I felt unsure and decided to try The Heights Muffler Shop. Ruben took the time to explain to me what the issue is, what needs to be done, and what further issues can arise if it s not fixed. He told me I can take my time to make a decision, but offered me a fare market value price. I agreed and he got started on it right away, even though I arrived close to closing time. I always fear going in for car repairs by myself, but now I have a forever mechanic!

Recommend 100% came in with custom exhaust but didn t fit my car they were able to weld in a pipe for better fitment came out perfect

They did a great job installing my O2 sensor and adapter and sealing up my exhaust. Super nice, helpful, and great price! These guys are the place to go for sure! I will be going back to them whenever I need service done.

Can't say enough good things about these guys! Came in with a problem with the tailpipe on my RV and they quickly recognized the issue, corrected it, and had me going in 20 minutes at a more than fair price! Very happy with Ruben s work! incredible low prices and his work is exellent I ve know him for years and luckily I had his number saved on my phone. Another muffler shop wanted outrageous amont of money for 2 catalytic converters I call Ruben and his price was less than half the other guy wanted. I will recommend this muffler shop to anyone that s in need of muffler/catalytic converter work keep it Ruben!! Service: Exhaust

Excellent shop! Very clean with great service. Swapped out the rear OEM mufflers on my Challenger with new Flowmaster FlowFX rounds that I provided. A minimal amount of modification to the existing exhaust pipe was required and they got the OK from me on that before they completed the install. The price was fair, there was no unnecessary waiting around, and I kept my old parts. Bonus points for the waiting room stocked with complimentary Keurig Coffee, bottled water, and several types of soda!Service: Exhaust

Wouldn't recommend. Didn't properly align my exhaust tips and the customer service is horrible. They barely speak any English. Wish I could give zero stars.

Had a great experience at The Heights Muffler shop! I called early on a holiday weekend and without hesitation, was told to come on by! I was kindly greeted by Miguel, who listened to the issue I had and heard me out on what I wanted. My car was immediately put on the lift and diagnosed. Within 10 mins we had a plan of action to completely replace my exhaust system and I was quoted a great price within my budget. I was in and out in 1.5 hrs. The waiting area was nice and clean! Drove in when they opened and they asked that we return in an hour when the exhaust specialist would be in to let us know what they thought they could help us with. We returned in an hour and they quickly accessed the problem, gave us the cost for replacement and time it would take. We approved and they delivered on all three. They were so professional and knowledgeable about our issue and fixed it in 1 hour with a price we could live with. Very happy with the repair!Service: Auto exhaust system replacement

Best shop for anything muffler related. Replaced CAT and took off resonator, Replaced etc. All same day and fast as well as at a great price. They actually know how to weld, so anything you need them to do, they can do. Can't recommend enough.

My SUV was making a horrible intermittent rattling noise, and I suspected it was coming from the exhaust system. So I called up the Heights Muffler shop and they said to bring it on by. I was in and out within 40 minutes. They immediately diagnosed the issue and removed and replaced a cracked section of my exhaust and a clamp that had rusted out (thanks to living in MA for years). My car runs so much more quietly and smoothly! Thank you so much to the techs who took care of it. Awesome team here.

Absolutely wonderful experience! I recently had some work done on my daughters Toyota 4Runner, replaced old muffler. Apart from the excellent service the shop is in excellent conditions. I truly recommend their service and are very knowledgeable at what they do best!

I brought my car here for the annual inspection I needed to get done last month. This is a nice shop and the guys were nice. I think this is the cleanest shop I've ever been to. Bonus, they don't just do mufflers and inspections. You can get an oil change and other services too. Nice to have a local car service option.
