If they service your make/model of vehicle and you are not taking it there, you are doing you and your vehicle a disservice. Not only are the people great, but the place is immaculate inside the customer area and in the garage bays. Every communication I have had with the Garagisti has been with polite and super-friendly people. You feel like they are friends and truly care after just a few interactions. Met the owner as well and he spent time with me just talking cars and shop. All great people. The place is like a showroom and the work area pristine. Fair prices, great work, and friendly people. What else are you looking for. Just try them once and you will be a loyal customer from then on like me.

I have used the Garagisti to maintain both my Porsche 996 and BMW 330. Overall, the service and professionalism is superior to all the main dealers I have used in Houston. They are honest, keep you informed, and most of all respect with customers.I cannot that Jason, Sam and the team enough for the service experience and I would high recommend the business.

We had a great experience at The Garagisti for routine service on our Porsche 911 (991.1) Carrera S. Great alternative to dealership quality service at competitive price and expedited delivery. The staff was a pleasure to deal with and the shop was clean, and very well kept. Will be happy to come back and recommend to other Porsche or European exotic owners. Brought my Porsche 997 in for an oil change, which also resulted in a brake fluid change. The service level was professional. Communication was largely via text and email, with a full inspection taking place. Pictures are included in all the service reports and you also have an online portal for service records.

This was my first time using Garagisti for services on my 2014 Ferrari 458. It will not be my last time.The shop is clean, the support staff is professional, and the technicians (mechanics) are well qualified.Meanwhile, the shop s owner, Sam, is personable, professional, honest, and organized. He got my car in on Monday morning and as promised my car was back on the road early Thursday.All of the work (exhaust install, suspension install, brake flush, and wheel install) was well done. I was unable to find any flaws in the shop s work. There were no loose parts, no missing pieces, and no damage to my car upon its return to me.Prior to this week s appointment, I had heard great things about Garagisti. I can now confirm that its reputation was well earned.I m looking forward to doing business with Garagisti again.Services: Exhaust, Steering & suspension repair, Wheel alignment, Brake service & repair

I had a great experience at Garagisti! Not only were they flexible in meeting me on a weekend to drop off/pick up my 911 Turbo - but they communicated throughout the time my car was there. The workshop is ultra clean and tidy, the people super nice, and the work performed was top-notch. I received a report, along with pictures and documentation of each item that needed to be addressed. My 911 was returned to me clean and ready to go after a hand wash. Overall, I m very satisfied with the service and the experience at Garagisti! I ll definitely be back.

I chose Garagisti based on the reviews, and I'm glad I did! They were extremely thorough throughout the whole process. Jason was great to work with. He even had my M850I picked up for free to bring it in for a diagnostic. AND (Sent an Uber to pick me up after the repair)They aren't pushy in regards to trying to sell you services you don't NEED like the dealer. And on top of that they even found issues that the dealer supposedly repaired a few days prior to bringing it to Garagisti. STAY AWAY FROM BMW WEST AND GO HERE!I will bring all my European cars here from now on!Services: Electrical repair, Auto engine diagnostic

I don't normally write reviews and I wanted to make sure my A/C system has been finally fixed before writing a review. I had taken my 997 turbo to two other shops for a Freon leak. Neither shop were able to find and fix the leak. So, now it has been a few months and I am very HAPPY to say my leak has been fixed. Sam's crew at Garagisti did an awesome job. I also had the blower box replaced to get rid of the black foam that had been blowing out of the vents for years. The Garagisti did a through inspection of my car while it was at their shop and provided me with detailed pictures and explanations of some additional work that shop suggested should be done while they had my car. The communication from Sam and Garagisti crew was a very pleasant surprise. I will defiantly be back and I would defiantly recommend them to work on your Porsche.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Wheel alignment, Brakes, Air conditioning

Sam listed customers car for sale , i put $2500 deposit to secure the car . He said that it is in pristine condition and ready to go. I flew to Texas to find out car had body repairs done on the passenger side. Sam said he did not know about it ,he wanted to work out a deal after. I will not do business or trust people that lie to me, end of story. I wasted 4 uber rides , roundtrip plane tickets and whole full day just to come back home empty handed with $1000 loss . Would not recommend dealing with these people.

Came in for oil change and spark plug replacement. The communication, the timeliness and courtesy of this shop is all A+. Won t bring my car anywhere else.Love the knowledge in this shop. Felt very comfortable bringing my Cayman here. Clearly on the bottom rung of vehicles that is brought into this shop but felt I was treated no differently than some of the top tier vehicles. Found my shop for all future maintenance.

I live out of state and was purchasing a BMW that needed a pre purchase inspection done. Called Garagisti to get it scheduled. They got me on the schedule and performed a very thorough inspection going over the car with a fine tooth comb. Excellent customer service, communication and professionalism. Highly recommend.

Had the 40K mile service performed on my 2014 Panamera Turbo. Great customer service, from the detailed communication of events to the online diagnostic and service docs. Bonus: my light tan leather came back as clean as when I dropped it off. Got the high pressure fuel pump changed on a 2007 Cheyenne. Their service is very prompt and professional. Jason was very precise with the cause of the dash light and also very personable and accommodating. I would certainly visit them in future for dash errors and running proper diagnostics on European cars.

I was referred to the Garagisti by a Friend. Best choice I made . I was very pleased with the service and the efficiency of the job. Excellent customer service from Chandler at desk. Friendly guy helped with estimates and went over inspection report. Report had full car inspection with pictures under car. Got to test drive with technician to resolve any concerns i had before he performed any further work. Very professional and offered uber ride back home and back to pick up car. Did brake fluid flush and differential fluid on Jaguar f type. Competitive pricing vs. dealership. Car was washed. Highly recommend this shop . Needed urgent service for brake issue on our 2020 Panamera S and Eddie was able to get us in the same day. Had some logistics challenges on the pads, but the communication was awesome, which is all I ever want. The technical staff are skilled and it s obviously a tight knit family business people that take care of each other. If you re tired of the dealership runaround and being viewed as just another number, take your European luxury car to The Garagisti! I couldn't get a local company to service my vintage Porsche. They wouldn't call me back for scheduling. I had the car shipped to Garagisti and loved their crew. They enthusiastically accepted the car, took pics, videos, and documented the process along the way. I was extremely satisfied with the service and will continue to ship them my higher end cars for years to come.

Radiator repair due to blades stuck closed not allowing transmission to cool. Big repair. It was supposed to take 15:hours for one of the fixes and another 6:or so for the other. They got it done in record time for me to have it for my out of town trip. Excellent customer service. Excellent follow up. Less than Porsche. Guys know what they're doing.
