I trust Christ with Auto Doc wholeheartedly. They are very professional, concise, and clear with their descriptions, and they always have multiple options for your fix. They look for ways for me to balance top-notch service and cost-effectiveness. I cannot recommend them enough. I've taken my Honda here for the following services: brake fluid flushed/changed, antifreeze/coolant flushed/changed, rear brake pads replaced, rear brake rotor(s) replaced, power steering fluid, flushed/changed, and brake system bled. Thanks guys!

Chris was great! I needed a repair done quickly and his quote was $800 less than Adam s Auto! Trustworthy mechanics are hard to come by. I definitely recommend! Sending my daughters car next. My recent visit to The Auto Doc left much to be desired. The gentleman at the front desk displayed a rude and unwelcoming attitude that immediately set a negative tone for my experience.What added to my disappointment was the exorbitant markup on the items they provided. It felt like I was being taken advantage of as a customer. There are certainly better shops out there where you can get fair and reasonable pricing for your automotive needs.I strongly recommend giving your business to a more customer-friendly and transparent auto shop that values your patronage. The Auto Doc fell short of providing the kind of service and pricing that encourages customer loyalty.

Greatly appreciate the customer service at auto doc and the work they do! I really like that during a full inspection they give me feedback on whats urgent to fix and what can wait until next visit. I also like that they dont work on the problem without permission first. They were quick to get my car in and back to me. Thank you for your amazing work!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Owners answer says everything about the type of business this is. Snarky, unapologetic and demeaning.I was a referral to this shop but will not be returning.Top dollar prices without the quality or service to match. When I picked up my car, $700 for a thermostat and oil change. Quoted for $2500 brakes....The actual thermostat for my car costs $10.00 I was charged $150 for the same part (not including install.)Interior door panel was broken when I picked it up.Shop was clean but the mechanic wouldn't even look at me when discussing any future work needed on my car just here's your bill, cars parked on the side. I asked him to pull it around for me and he pointed and said it's just right there. As a single mom, I wouldn't ever refer anyone I know here.Service: Oil change

It seems like they did a good job. They said my brakes were still good and they flushed the bfake fluid and did the recommended work on my vehicle. The check engine light is off now and I think they did a good job.

Used Auto Doc for AC and coolant issue on my 10+ year old Ford. Chris was very communicative providing updates along the way. I felt confident in their work and pricing. Will definitely use Auto Doc for any further car issues.

I had a great experience here! They did quality fast work to repair the water pump causing a coolant leak on my vehicle. They have labor and parts warranty with their work which is important when I choose a mechanic so I would highly recommend them!

Great service !! Ran into brake issues ,, took it to the Doc they had me back on road in about a day and half parts are confusing when it comes to 07 silverados but they did not let me down ,, weeks after my truck is running great , Chris always updated me on truck status I highly recommend this place .. thank you

Chris helped me out pretty quickly. Service was great. Got the job done in a short period of time. Went in for a 60K service for my Audi a4. Will aim to return to them for future work as well. Because it was an oil change, I really don t have proof of what exactly was done. I trust that the oil was properly drained and refilled with the correct synthetic oil. I assume that the oil filter was changed as well.I had asked for an updated check on the car regarding specific repairs that were suggested on a previous appointment. That was not done. I was told that they were too busy to do that, according to the gentleman I dealt with they were slammed with cars needing oil changes. I dropped my car off at 8:30 am, asked for it to be ready by 3pm, it was still on the risers at 3:05.The folks there were very polite and professional.Service: General repairs & maintenance

UPDATE:I am well aware of the establishment that I am reviewing, this is the AutoDoc on the corner of W Clay St and Montrose Blvd and I do not appreciate being attacked by the owner for simply sharing my experience. That in itself should reflect the standard for service. It is unprofessional to deflect the issues that I have presented by mentioning other establishments, as you have not shared my experiences. I would have very much appreciated a sincere apology, instead of such a distasteful response. I will not be bullied for simply having an opinion and I can not control the actions of others and who they choose to do business with.Very rude customer service, I was completely ignored by staff and waited 15 minutes before leaving without a single person helping me. I was eager to support a local, small business and had had decent service in the past but my experiences here have progressively gotten worse. Seek auto services somewhere else.

Chris and Dave are both awesome! They worked with me and my insurance to get everything completed fast and well done. They also were willing to work with me with my busy schedule to drop off parts and pick up my car. Absolutely would use them again!

Cam shaft issue:Chris at AutoDoc keep me informed through out process. When my car was ready; I went to pick up. My car started, died and would not start period. We thought it was the battery- nope. Chris and his staff did not hesitate to keep my car and diagnose the issue. Again, Chris updated me and the issue was resolved. When I returned a second time: my car was good to go. So far so good!!! I appreciate the updates and the fact that Chris did not hesitate to provide excellent customer service. Hopefully I will not have to return anytime soon. However, should I experience future car issues I WILL return to the Auto Doc: 5 stars for sure!!!!Service: Exhaust

I've been using Chris and his team at Autodoc for about 8 years now. They are a very dependable auto mechanic shop. They have kept my old Yukon XL running beautifully through its old age. I hope to get another 100k miles with it. They replaced my Transmission 4 years ago and I have never had an issue with it. Fixed my issue in a day. (Windshield Wiper pump motor out) Reasonable price for the work they did. I ll go back again for future service. Very friendly and professional. Down the street from where I am at. I recommend for any auto/truck work. I liked how they call you with updates of issues found and keep you in the loop. Good communication. Great job Auto Doc. This is the first time I remember someone telling me my car s alignment was fine, which makes me confident they weren t just trying to charge me for extra services. I hadn t had any issues with the alignment but still wanted them to check. They also got the low tire pressure warning to turn off for the first time in a year. No one else who has worked on my car has been able to.Drop off and pickup we re both very fast.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Tire rotations, Oil change

While they seem very professional upfront, they don't know what they're doing. Went to them for several years and had numerous issues. Having to bring my car back because they didn't finish the work on 3 separate occasions, re-did the entire AC system to have it break within a year and a half, tried to sell me generic tires for $300 each telling me that's the standard price and the list goes on and on.Not sure if I just had bad luck as everyone seems to review them very high (they do incentivize positive reviews), but I would steer clear.
