I've taken my 2011 Escape, and now 2007 Explorer here. And the times I have gone to them, my cars have always come out great. Too bad they left the location here on Dunvale Rd.

I have been doing business with Texas Auto Care 1 or Freddy who is the head honcho for year s. He is always been very friendly and trustworthy. I have taken all of my Cars there over the years and he has always stood behind his work by honoring any warranties.Also he offers complementary Starbucks coffee which is amazing.I always recommend him to my friends and you should check him out too.Services: Transmission, Air & cabin filter replacement, Steering & suspension repair, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Body & Trim, Brakes, Air conditioning, Battery, Oil change

I went here for an issue with my air conditioner because it was blowing hot air after getting it fixed at different shop. They were very courteous and explained to me what work needed to be done. They even showed me pics of the issue! After they fixed it I have no issue with the a/c. They gave me a warranty on it and I was surprised that I even paid less than the other place I went to. I have recommend my family to come fix their cars here too.

I went here for an oil change, it didn't took me long time waiting which it was good. The staffs are friendly but the owner is not friendly, he was always serious and seems like he was mad unfortunately.

Had my breaks and rotors fixed the other day... I thought it was going to take time but I was done in 2 hours! I'm glad they had a free starbucks machine. And they let me use the wifi to pass the time. They were very polite and had a descent price.

They took almost a month to finish my car, then less then a week after i got it back it broke down on the side of the road. Worse then the orginal problem. After 2 grand they charged me an additional $500 to fix it cuz they said it wasnt their fault. I had to beg them to help me since I was broken down on the side of the road.Pros:They did clean my car very well and that was nice!

my experience with this repair shop was terrible. If i could give no stars I would. poor customer service, don't trust the management, felt like there was shady business going on in regards to them trying to keep my vehicle for more "repairs" and taking pictures of my license plate and VIN number by Freddy the manager. they said it would be ready in two days, when I went to pick it up, had not been started yet. every day after that there was some delay as to why was not ready. had to be very insistent that I get my vehicle back.

This place is the worst ever place I have ever been and will. I went there for my air conditioning check and they told me it would take two days. Then I went to pick up my car but they took off some parts and do nothing yet. They took 4 days to replace the parts. I wasn't even told about that. The worst part of my experience is that they change most of the parts in my car and charged me $1400 but the main problem air conditioning is still not working. Believe it or not. U can go and give a try. I would rate it -0 star. Actually they don't even deserve a review.

They did a great job and even made sure that my car was cleaned both internally and externally. They kept us notified of the work being done and made sure everything was done accurately.

I've had my car worked on here a few times over the past few years. Prices are reasonable. Mechanics take the time to explain services. Owner is friendly.

I just want everyone to know that my boyfriend experienced a flat that can potentially harm himself on the road. He didn't have a dime on him. He politely asked them if they can please put some AIR in his tire so he can make it to the shop to get his car repaired. They declined, meaning that they have zero compassion to help a human in need for some AIR. Part of being a business is to represent your company in the most positive light, and holding a heart inside to help others. Even if its a simple air in the tire. It makes me sad that business owners like this one exist. They must not believe in good karma, since their reviews reflect this incident. #getaheart #bebusiness #represent

Great place to take your vehicle for any service or repair. Fadi even has a body shop that will leave your vehicle looking new again. Fadi is the owner and is very friendly and is always available.

My car had a strange sound so I decided to get it towed. My driver recommended Texas Auto so happy that he did. I need a new motor. The staff is great.

GREAT PLACE. GOT MY OIL CHANGED QUICKLY AND MY INSPECTION DONE. PRICES WERE VERY REASONABLE. CONSUMER SERVICE WAS FANTASTIC.

They are ok for oil change, brake change etc for that kind basic works. But for big issues and big repairs sucks.

Came for a state inspection, and was in and out in just over half an hour.They even placed the sticker where I wanted it on the windshield.
