Recently we were in a front end collision and They brought our car here a week before the actual appointment and finished it very quickly in one week we got our car back They also cleaned it inside and out.The most important part the repair: They repaired the car and made it look brand new! they were very communicative the whole time!

Recently I had a minor accident and caused some body damage to my Model Y. Luckily I found Tesla Collision center at Wagg Way Rd. I am really impressed with the remarkable service and expertise at the Tesla Collision Center. The staff at the Tesla Collision Center took the time to listen to my concerns and thoroughly assessed the damage to my vehicle. They addressed any questions or uncertainties I had, ensuring I felt informed and confident throughout the entire process. They worked diligently with insurance company to make sure my repair was covered.The quality of workmanship exceeded my expections. My car looked brand new after repair. I would recommend to anyone who needs repair work on a Tesla.

It stuns me that Tesla gets a four star. I've owned a number of luxury cars and never in my life have I received such poor, non-responsive service.In December, I drove an hour to the shop to have the car examined for an estimate. I need the estimate forwarded to my insurance for their approval. Despite countless calls and emails, we have received no response.I have since started the process to file a complaint under the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act. We've sent written notification. Tesla is the most arrogant, disengaged auto manufacturer on the planet.If your app request does not 'fit' their tech, there is no recourse to a human or other assistance.I waited 8 years to buy this high-end car (waiting for the tech to get where it needed to be). It's been a nightmare. Stuck for a month with a flat tire. Returned two for defects when bought. Steering wheel material coming apart.Buy a Yugo. You'll get a better end-user experience. If it wasn't for my divorce, I'd trade this car in for a Porsche tomorrow. Take the car to Metropolitan Collision if you want someone who'll actually answer the phone.One star only because there's no option for Zero stars.

I had a phenomenal experience because of Jay! He really fought to get my car taken care of when insurance wasn t being responsive or attentive. I ve had a few horror story experiences when it comes to car repairs, but this one made me put trust in mechanic teams again. From beginning to end, I was kept up to date on what was happening with my car. Super responsive and always ready to help.Thanks again Jay

The whole process from start to finish was very smooth and couldn t have gone any better. Fred is GREAT!!!! He was very helpful and kind throughout the whole process. I really really appreciate everything that he and the whole TESLA team did and I cannot say thank you enough. Very grateful.

Shout out to Fred & team for handling my repair efficiently and doing great work! Was in a hail storm and had all around damage. Was a smooth process from start to finish. All done within the app with timely updates along the way. Highly recommend!

My customer service rep was extremely helpful with communicating estimates of repair timeline and was able to look into a few extra things for me outside of the original scope as well.Repairs on my rear bumper were pristine. I was very happy with the entire experience, including the partnership with Enterprise to conveniently pick up and drop off a rental car.Services: Tires, Painting, Body & Trim

Obtaining an appointment has proven to be quite challenging; however, I must commend their remarkable efficiency and expeditious assistance in navigating insurance matters and accurately assessing the extent of damages, rather than solely relying on insurance provisions. Christian exhibited exceptional ease of communication, and the reporting process was flawlessly streamlined.

Minor damage repair work done from a hit and run accident in a parking lot. Good service and gave great advice for handling any issues. Kept me up to date with repairs and the front desk was very helpful and polite. Time in shop was acceptable, and I appreciate the forethought of ordering parts before needing to leave it sitting for weeks waiting for them to come in. They worked seamlessly with the insurance company. Would not hesitate to return in the future.Want add a special thanks to Fred for his extra effort fixing a couple things after service and making sure I was happy with everything. Great customer service and gives me a lot of confidence in the work they do here.

They were extremely professional. Punctual, responsive, and kept updating me throughout the process, and even coordinated with vehicle rental company as well as the insurance company to make the entire process extremely smooth. I am here on my fourth trip for the same problem. Multiple quality issues surfaced on the repair performed including replacing a damaged part with a dented one, misalignment of the repair causing significant gaps, and paint overspray which damaged my applied PPF and ceramic coating. Also, when I picked up my car, it was full of a white sticky substance that took me hours to clean. My biggest concern beyond the numerous trips I had to find the time for, is when an issue surfaced, I left multiple messages with my service technician with no response, no one answered the main line, and the mailbox is full. My appointment shows cancelled in the system, so to get an urgent issue resolved without waiting weeks for a new appointment you are left calling all day hoping after numerous attempts someone might pick up the ringing phone. The identified issues were eventually resolved with a lot of time invested and a certain level of frustration.

The service is great. I walked in for my appointment and they greeted me by name without me having to introduce myself or saying I have a 10am appointment . They got me in and out in about 10 mins and the collision specialist was very informative and helpful. Hopefully I never have to see them again for repair but if I do have any more collisions, this is where I m coming.Service: Body & Trim

Resolve all the hard issues seamlessly within 24 hours, proper planning, very detail-oriented, got the car back clean, friendly staff, very professional, and great management team. Could not be happier with my recent repair experience. I was rear-ended, and Michael, Tristan and Yuri did an amazing and helpful job. The communication was great, and my car looks fantastic. I never thought I could like a body shop. I have hated all prior body shop experiences until this one.Bravo to this Tesla Collision Center! Highly recommended for Tesla owners. And fortunately, my insurance, USAA, was very cooperative, and worked with the at-fault party's insurance to get everything repaired as-new. They also had the courtesy to fix something that was missed at the factory. Amazing!

Mike was great. He made sure that I was updated on the repair to my vehicle multiple times a week. He spent time explaining everything that was needed and addressed any concerns I had. The car came back looking new. Using Tesla for the repair just felt seamless. I was able to see the status of my car on my app and I was able to pay with the credit card I had linked to my account. I had to pay more than my deductible because State Farm doesn't pay Tesla's hourly rates, but it was worth it. Find out first before you go because you could be paying significantly more than your deductible, but that's on the insurance company and not in Tesla.

Tristan was an awesome advisor! Also many other employees at the Collison were a great help when having to deal with my insurance Allstate which wasn t helping much! Definitely recommend. My detailers at the shop approved of the work and quality. No over spray or anything. Good job Tesla!

My Tesla S has been there since January 5,2022. Five months later, I still do not have my car back. The loaner I was given broke down "electrical support" was needed. I am paying $1,350 for the lease with no car. Jonathan the Manager, Nick and Yuri do not even return my phone calls at this point. For a point of reference, I have never left a negative review on a business. I would seriously consider this before purchasing a Tesla. I was hit by someone else who took full responsibility Nov 28,2021 so there were no issues as far as insurance arguing. Feeling hopeless & carless at this point.Service: Body & Trim

My wife needed minor body repair for her Tesla X.We considered Tesla Collision Houston first, but were hesitant because the shop is 30+ minutes from our home. We quickly learned however that only official Tesla shops can get parts. Another non-Tesla body shop we trust told me the quickest way would be if I bought the parts from Tesla and delivered them to their shop. So we decided to try Tesla Collision.So I dropped off the car and Lyfted back.Everyone at Tesla Collision was a complete pleasure to work with. Repairs were estimated at 6-7 days, but took only 3. They sent photos of all the work needed before starting. And they worked seamlessly with our insurance company.The Tesla shop itself is impressive. Probably 20+ bays, all spotlessly clean.When we picked up our car, it looked like new.Bottom Line - The entire process was flawless. I can't think of anything they could have done better.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

There's a lot of negative feedback for how long it takes to get your vehicle repaired with Tesla. My vehicle was towed after someone used it as a speed bump in a parking lot yesterday, by this morning they had already called me before they even officially had opened, and the vehicle will likely have repairs completed by tomorrow! I spoke with the manager and a few of the employees, and they are trying to run this location different, and from what I can tell they are doing just that!

They dont even answer the phone when u just want to call them and ask if they are ready to accept a vehicle. Tesla is anyway known for its bad service and this center is no different.

10/10 - Would definitely hit a tire again for this level of service! LolAwesome service here and amazing job communicating!! I had a texting driver fling a bouncing tire into my lane on HWY99 and it smashed up my left front bumper. The day I walked in to the body shop, Tristian clued me in that they were doing something new at this location and promised me I d be happy with both the work and the delivery time. He told me that a whole new bumper, paint, and all body work would be completed in three weeks 9 days later, he called to say my car was ready and that I could come pick it up at my convenience. Excellent job guys!
