I worked through most of the process of these sale of my car with Mitchell who was efficient, kind, respectful and happy! Thanks Mitchell!!!!! You made this painless! Had a great easy experience with Mitch. He responded almost instantly over the weekend and we had a deal all together to start the week. Beautiful Range Rover that they made sure was in great condition when my husband picked it up. Very happy with our purchase!

Mitchell was incredibly helpful - I am located in a different state than Team Autoplex and Mitchell spent a considerable amount of time going over every detail of the vehicle I was interested in via FaceTime call. He was very prompt and detailed in his correspondence and very upfront and honest about the level of interest around the vehicle in question. What a fantastic buying experience! Michael, Mitch and Kimberly were so helpful and patient as we went through the buying experience. We drove in from out of town and they made sure the whole experience went smoothly. They listened to our concerns, helped communicate with the financial institution and helped us to walk out with the perfect car. If you are looking for a friendly, professional place that won t push you into something you don t want or make you feel like just a sale then you are at the right place. I had a really great experience purchasing from Team Autoplex. Mitchell was able to videochat and give me a thorough virtual tour/inspection of the car. They were patient with me when it took several days for me to get financing for the vehicle, and the price on their website was the true price of the car, no hidden charges or unwelcome surprises. I was nervous at first buying a car from a thousand miles away, but Team Autoplex made it as easy of a process as they possibly could. Thanks guys for fantastic customer service and for hooking me up with one of my dream cars!

I can't emphasis enough how happy I am with the body work Michael Roa and his team at Team Autoplex did on my BMW X5. It's like I have a brand new car! I recently purchased a vehicle from Team Autoplex and I was very pleased with the entire experience from the beginning to the end. Mitchell was quick to respond to my initial inquiry of a luxury car that they had for sale. He was very friendly and professional throughout the entire process. I had a lot questions concerning the vehicle and Mitchell answered them all patiently and thoroughly. Kimberly handled all the financing aspects of the sale and she was also very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I give the staff 5 stars out of 5. I highly recommend Team Autoplex!!!

This is the best dealership experience I ve ever had. The customer service as well as the integrity of this dealership is phenomenal. The owner, Micheal Roa, has gone above and beyond to make sure the purchase was perfect! Ms. Kimberly was also extremely helpful making sure I understood the buyers contract!! Everyone in the office is kind and exudes professionalism. Thank you Team Autoplex!! I love my BMW and it drives absolutely perfect!

Hands down the best car buying experience ever. I usually don t like the process because you never know who is trying to rob you or scam you. Mitchell was one of the nicest most honest person I ever met. Kept it very honest and I left the lot with a 2017 Mercedes Benz. Something I never thought would happen. Thank you for everything

Our experience with Team Autoplex was excellent. This is a family business and they make you feel like a part of it. We did most of the deal over the phone. Very accommodating to our schedule and needs. Drove from Austin to do the test drive and finalize the deal on a Saturday. We got plenty of time to look over the car and do multiple test drives. This was a no pressured deal. They were very fast to process the documentation and got my plates very shortly after getting the car. I would recommend Team Autoplex to any of my close friend or my family. Thanks again for the great service.

I am overwhelmed by the customer service and body work provided by Team Autoplex. My sunroof shattered and caused some additional damage to my car. Michael and his team worked diligently to make sure that the repairs were done to the highest standard. They had a lot of pushback from my insurance company, but they stayed on top of all the red tape to ensure that I would be safe in my car. The detailing made the car look as good as the day I bought it. The work was also done for an excellent price. In the current times of profits over people, I can honestly say that Team Autoplex doesn t operate that way. I won t use anyone else!

I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Mitchell made the process of looking for a car a breeze, I told him what I wanted and he went above and beyond. He kept in constant contact with me and answered all my questions without delay. Kim made the closing process extremely easy. I would highly recommend Team Autoplex for vehicle purchases, and I look forward to getting my next car from them in the future.

I have been purchasing cars from team Auto Plex for 25+ years, and have never been dissapointed. The service is very personal, and they are very thorough when looking over your car. I have also have used them to do many after market projects that turned out beauiful! If you have had a accident and want your car looking like new, hands down this is the place to go. 5 plus stars without a doubt:)

What a great auto buying experience. Quick easy hassle-free. I bought a Mercedes from them. The car was in immaculate shape, low miles and priced to sell. They are good people, I will be shopping with them again... PS. Their showroom has some very very nice cars.

While hours are shorter than most other dealerships, the service you can get there is genuine and top-rate, and the vehicles are well maintained and polished. They won't push you to buy a car you don't want, and make a great effort to accommodate your concerns. I was able to come in past the official closing time to get my license plates, which surprised me as well.

Mitchell could not have been more helpful helping me find parts for my 2005 BMW. He went above and beyond to answer all my questions and he found exactly the item I was needing and it was in like new condition just as he said. If i were in need of a vehicle or additional parts I would not hesitate to use Team Autoplex again. Mitchell treated me great and I appreciate his great service before and after the sale.

Best service in town, i was rear ended in my jag and when i got it back it was truly as good as new , i even had one minor issue when a light came on and they fixed it no questions asked. Its my only go to spot for purchasing and service!
