Absolutely fantastic experience. I went to the other take 5 on Holcombe, and they stated inspection is cash only for whatever reason, so I drove here, and I will forever come here. Everyone was quick and got to doing what they needed to do to get me seen and out ASAP. They even gave me a complimentary water bottle when I drove up. The experience was pleasant, fast, and honest. I highly recommend coming here for all your needs. Avoid the one on Holcombe.

Highly recommend this facility!!They are very friendly, professional and kind. (They explained my cars needs in layman s terms [which was much appreciated]).I had originally brought in my employer s vehicle for an oil change and the staff was so great, I brought my personal vehicle in for maintenance as well.

Am a regular and came on a Saturday. Totally night and day when GM is not around. Should have known when they were vaping while pulling me into the bay. They didn t even bother to check air filter nor cabin filter nor refill wiper liquid. They didn t even offer me a water bottle. Had to ask for receipt at the end. Always been a satisfied customer with their services but employees doesn t seem to care at all anymore.

If you want someone stoned doing your oil change, this is your place. As I pulled up, all I could smell is pot smoke from the person greeting me.After changing my oil I was asked to start my vehicle. I did so and then was asked to turn it off. He pulled out my oil dipstick and brought it to me showing it had new oil. After leaving and driving down the street I realized he never wiped off the dipstick to check the oil level. I pulled over and checked it immediately. When I checked it, oil didn t show up on the dip stick so I went back.Turned out they forgot to put the other 2 quarts of oil in my vehicle. Could have been disastrous.If I was the owner, I d show up randomly and see what s going on. The place is empty (no other customers) for a reason!

There was Greasey hand prints on my hood and the body of my car. He did not adjust my tries pressure. I know I had them over inflated. I was waiting on them to go to my tries so I could tell him to let some air out. I will consider another oil change business for my next oil change. And yes you do don't stock oil filters for a G90. I being my own. The 1st time the shop deducted the price of a oil filter. The last two time your company would not. I am not satisfied with the service.

It s quick and fast and drive through. I liked that they showed me my air filter instead of telling me directly whether I need a change or not, then showed me after oil change they showed me the clean oil meter

This place is amazing. I was in Houston due to my daughter having open heart surgery. Not only did they change my oil but they also replaced the gasket on the oil pan which was causing an oil leak. It was absolutely money well spent. I went on a Sunday and was in and out in under 15-20min. I recommend everyone in Houston to let this amazing place change their oil!!!

I visited this location while on a lunch break. The visit ended up taking the entire hour and my oil still wasn t changed.The technicians couldn t even get my oil filter off. To add insult to injury they left my car exterior filthy with black oily handprints.Don t even bother with contacting Customer Service. They don t offer it. Your submission will go unanswered at least my multiple attempts did.I had to take my vehicle to another location in order to get the oil change. Thankfully I documented the events that occurred at the first location, so they didn t give me a hassle.Document everything. Heaven help you if they do something that causes damage to your vehicle. I can t even imagine the runaround you would have to endure.

My experience was not good.. customer service was up to part, he gave me my sticker for me to put on myself. I was not given a receipt. I was told it was error that had been going on for a week now. I told him I needed my receipt to email and it was not sent. And then my car was making noise after I left. So I returned back to see why I didn t receive my receipt through email? I checked my receipt and said several things were replaced when all I needed was air filter and oil. No tires were check, no wheel shield was cleaned. Not even water was offered. But I m not even upset about the water. It s the principle I m never coming back.

Prompt Great Service Never have an issue . I m a regular customer .. Only spot I go to for an oil change / state inspection . These guys take care of me with the up most respect . Excellent Customer service and Victor the manger on duty always have the place looking clean and approachable .positive attitude everytime !!

I came in yesterday for an oil change before work & when I tell you Ahamad changed my oil so fast while informing me during the process I was eagerly impressed. Dude needs a raise best customer service I ve ever had at any Take 5. THANK YOU AHAMAD

The employee vaguely pointed to the row I should go in (not making it clear) and then the staff chastised me for going to the wrong one. I ve also been sitting here for 20 minutes waiting for a vehicle that was already there when I pulled in (it was clear the person behind them had been waiting by the look they had). I m very certain state inspections don t take half an hour. It s been 15, maybe 20, minutes for the 12 years I ve lived in Houston everywhere else I ve gone. Why are the staff not actively checking non-exhaust components while the emissions test is running? Or even doing quick things like lights and horn on the vehicles waiting when they have multiple waiting When I did pull in, the worker had me stop and then walked off without a word and I sat for 5-10 minutes being ignored. Overall, a disappointing experience.

I went to this location recently to get my oil changed for my 2000 Toyota 4Runner. There was considerable wait because there were 2 cars in front of me, but when the line got to me, it only took about 15 mins to get my oil changed. You would think with how they advertise themselves to have "the quickest oil change," that they would do a decent job at minimum? I arrived home after the oil change and find that my front skid plate is hanging because on closer inspection, I find that they just threw out 2 of the 4 bolts that hold up the skid plate?? This kind of treatment after paying over $100 for some good oil because I have an old car? Really? You had one job. Properly reinstalling a skid plate with all of its bolts would not have made a night and day difference for how many customers you would've gotten through for the day. Now I have to worry about this thing very noticeably hanging low until I get the proper bolts to put it back in place. For somewhere that has one job.. I don't recommend you go here, because it looks like they cut corners. Especially if you're less knowledgeable about what exactly they might be doing to change your oil, they may just take advantage of you like they did here with me. Though, they picked the wrong guy for that! Jeez.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

I stopped in for an oil change, inspection, and wiper blades. Thankfully they also offered to check my cabin filter because it was in BAD shape. Victor is the manager at this location & he is so sweet. He was very nice. He explained everything thoroughly for me and gave a perfect recommendation based on my driving and car. I only came for an oil change but he informed me about my air filter and tire air refill. I will say everytime I come here the prices go up and up but I guess we need oil. I will say this is the best location in this area and I usually go to the Kirby or Bellaire location.

The Take 5 location on Holcombe is great for the most part. Once or twice (including yesterday) I ve asked the tech if they could please also check my tires since the pressure light was on. The tech I spoke to seemed like he was in a bad mood and only did my oil change. I m not sure if he ignored my request to also check the tires or if he forgot, but I didn t feel comfortable asking again. I would say I have a good experience at Take 5 80% of the time!

The mechanic erroneously filled my wiper fluid reservoir with anti-coolant, and unfortunately, he was not transparent about his mistake. Additionally, the manager's attempt to cover up for him highlights a necessity for retraining in service recovery procedures. Poor customer service and the worst oil change experience I've ever had.

The huge guy who attended to me was acting as if he was forced to work. I had to tell him almost everything that was suppose to be his duty to put in order. I was very disappointed in the service.
