I'm typing this review while currently stranded at 9pm with my newborn waiting on a tow truck. I stopped here to get an oil change, I get home and discover the flap underneath my car that has to be removed to change the oil was not replaced correctly. The entire covering was hanging dragging the ground. My bf had to go buy the bolts that were missing (that were present before going to take 5) from the flap from AutoZone and install them. So they forget to put back the bolts they removed, no biggie right? I thought to myself. My car sits for nearly a week at home and eventually I have a day where I need to go out and run errands. I noticed some fluid running from under my car, a small amount, I couldn't really tell what it was nor was I sure that it was actually coming from my car so I didn't think much about it and didn't investigate further. A few more days go by and my car is sitting because I'm home tending to my newborn. Today rolls around and I have a full day of errands to run. The day is coming to an end and I'm headed home with my now 19 day old baby, temps have dropped and it's cold outside. I exit the freeway to get some gas in my car and upon leaving the gas station my car is now hesitating to accelerate and the engine is knocking as a car would when it's low on oil. That couldn't possibly be the problem tho right because I just got an oil change a week ago. I pull over again into another parking lot and get out to check my oil level just in case and what do I see?? MY OIL ALL OVER THE FREAKING PARKING LOT! I am beyond pissed and will be following up with someone from this location and corporate because this is insane! There's no way I should come to get a "5 minute oil change" which turned out to be 30+ minutes long not including the wait time for my car to be serviced and I leave expecting a proper job was done and this is what has occurred. $100 for my bolts not to be replaced and whatever else not to be correctly installed for my car to SHAT oil, brand new oil!

Had a great experience. Was immediately welcomed when i pulled my car around. There were 3 cars in the bay and 2 waiting. I was instructed to pull my car around behind the 3rd bay with no one waiting. I was greeted at my window, shared the service i was there to have done and given a prompt and ACCURATE estimated timeframe. I was taken care of and on my way in no time. I appreciate the service and ability of questions being answered. I believe Quinton serviced my car. Hoping that was his name because he definitely was quick and polite.

I stopped by and got an oil change. The level of service was OK. I think the friendliness could ve been better but that s not what got me before driving off I asked where all my fluids filled I was told by the gentleman who helped me I immediately pressed my windshield wiper to get the fluid out and that s when I knew that it was a lot so the next day as I m driving my fluid light comes on. I m really upset and would like to go back but I m too angry because they don t understand and that might be something that s so small, but any little thing like that could cause , something unsafe while on the road I ll never return

The sales/technician was courteous, friendly, helpful, & especially honest which I appreciated. He told me I only had 1700 miles since last oil change & could wait till at had 3000 miles from last change. Strongly recommend this location of Take 5 Westview at Wirt road. Will go to them whenever need service.

I think the service out weighs the cost. Keep in mind I did purchase air filters for both engine and cabin. Part of the purchase was also windshield wipers. So it was a bit expensive but I think the overall experience with attitude and professional service was well worth it. I ll be back again. To add they recognized my veteran status and offered me a 25% off discount. Awesome!

I don't normally leave Google reviews, but I got such extraordinary service at this Take 5 off of Westview that I couldn't help myself! I don't remember the gentleman's name that took care of me, it was a little older but not too much older he was still very handsome. The service was professional and courteous as well as quick, and he was very upfront and honest with me about my car's needs. The pricing was very fair! I'm a barber so I will be sending more people your way for their car care. Great job!

I have used this location for the past 6 years. During that time, they were great, then not so great, then awful. I think that they are back to great now. Have seen many changes to personnel during this time. Got an oil change and an inspection.

Manger is rude and obviously hates hates his job, bring back the previous manager. This guy is very unprofessional. And have to wait 30 minutes plus for 2 cars in front of me and they have been working on the car ahead of me for 20 minutes plus, then said manager goes in the bay and talks to an employee then points at my vehicle. Will not be returning. The picture is of said manager.

I don't normally leave Google reviews, but I got such extraordinary service at this Take 5 off of Westview that I couldn't help myself! The manager took care of me, I believe his name is Curtis. The service was professional and courteous as well as quick, and he was very upfront and honest with me about my car's needs. I will definitely be back to this location as it is by far the best location I have gone to.

I don't understand why an oil change was a different price than what I was quoted over the phone, the person on the phone told me it was $49.95 but when I got there they didn't have that oil change anymore all of them were $81.00 and more this is deception I see why they give a $25.00 discount because they are going to rip you off any way. Just be honest with your customers, because of this l will never go back. From now on I will do my oil change myself,I own 2 cars they could have gotten my business for years to come but greed and deception have cost them my business!!! Thanks I should have been doing it myself anyway, beware don't go there.

Whoever this heavy set guy there is, has no customer training abilities. He talks to you roughly and seems to have know manners. A please, thank you, how s your morning so far, would be nice to hear when you come to a place of business. When you don t know who the manager is by actions and leadership skills, then that s not good. Also for the same service that I get at Express Oil Change for $89.00, I got here for $117.00. Most place would at least do something to earn your business, especially after you show them your receipt from a competitor. It is what it is and I probably won t be bringing any vehicles back here and we have a fleet of 14 trucks. They knew this by the way. Good luck and take care.

Honestly I ll be going back to that exact location every time because you can truly tell that they care. From the moment I pulled my truck up, to the moment I pulled away I had a smile on my face from how welcoming, informative, helpful AND FUNNY they were, and I m being so serious. Every SINGLE employee that was working there when I arrived was hands down the best representation of what a TAKE 5 should be. Phenomenal job guys 10/10Plus you can spray cologne/perfume on your filters!!! My truck smells amazing now.

This location was the best Take 5 I've ever been to. The staff was so incredibly friendly and explained everything thoroughly. Sometimes as a woman, getting car services done can feel intimidating (bad past experiences) but I felt so taken care of here. One of the staff chatted with me about my dog while they changed my oil and my windshield wipers and it just made the experience more enjoyable for me. Getting your oil changed is never fun, but I'll be returning here every time.

Typically I m over the top pleased with the people and services at The Take 5 on jones Rd @ west rd.They were having issues with aquipment so took my car to another location. Had the oil changed and assumed the other items were checked and topped off or whatever. Within a day the washer fluid low light came on. Then the tire pressure low in two tires. Then recalled they didn t check the air filters because I was going to change on next visit.Anyway amazed at the difference in service and attention to detail from one location to another. This time disappointed.

Greeted by enthusiastic people who gave me a free bottle of water. Needed an oil change which took no time at all. They checked my tires, my wipers, all my other liquids and asked if I needed blinker fluid. I said maybe next time. All good in and out fast.

Yeah it was a fine oil change, but the guy who changed my oil also tried to sell me an engine air filter but then didn t put it back together right when he was done showing it to me. I was starting to leave and my dashboard lit up and my car stopped moving bc of the air filter not being put back together properly. Not a huge deal and an easy fix, but I just got my car back from the mechanic which cost a ton and then I spent more for an oil change for someone to not put stuff back together is really annoying.

Right when you pull in, there is already someone ready guiding you into the entrance. The moment I roll my windows down, they hand me a cold water bottle! Wow how kind! Right off the bat they re so informative and provide you the suggestions of what oil is right for our car and walk you through what s being done to my car as they go.. the techs are super professional. All the staff here are friendly and polite. I never felt so taken care of.. Ryan was our guy and took great care of everything. The manager (I didn t catch his name) but was helping everyone between all the cars inside. I loved how they wave people to pull around. Ryan mentioned when we come back they ll top off our fluids and check everything under the hood for no cost next visit! Definitely will be back!!

I like coming here. There is an a oil change establishment less than 2 mins from my job and my home but I would rather drive the 10 to 15 mins it takes to come here. The workers are always so cordial. I never have to wait long. The only thing kinda wrong was they were out of oil for the least expensive oil change wouldn't have it until 12 so I had to get the next one and they couldn't put air in my tire cause the compressor was down. It's not a deal breaker I'll be back for my next one.

I changed my own oil but my car showed a low oil warning still so I pulled in here hoping they could help. They quickly recognized the problem and fixed it for cheap. Didn t even have to get out of my car. Great service.

2 of the employees were rude, dismissive Due to having body damage to my car. They made me feel like they did not want to change the oil in my car because of the front end body damage. I actually had to get out of my car to open the hood with 2 men watching me having a hard time only because my hand is small and I couldn't reach the lever. Luckily they walked away after directing me into the bay, I did not see them again. I was just sitting in my car for a little while until a 3rd employee came to help me. His name is Joshua, very professional and pleasant. Only reason I gave a 3 is because I have been going there for a while and never had a bad experience like this before and Joshua made the rest of my visit better.

I ve used this location for the last few oil changes because I like the convenience of getting in and out quickly. However, my experience on 11/1/23 may cause me to look for a different place moving forward. The oil change was anything but quick. I had originally tried to stop in on 10/31 but they had a vehicle stuck in front of me that day and I gave up waiting after around 30 minutes. On 11/1, I arrived approx 12:10 pm and didn t pull out of the service bay till 1 pm. Made me late for a business appointment. Multiple issues that I won t detail here, but at 12:40 pm I told the tech not to do anything else that they could not finish in 10 minutes. They did anyway. It felt like they did not respect my wishes and, since I was stuck in the bay with hood up and drained crank case, I was at their mercy. That s a bad way to feel as a customer.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

The two young men who were working both seemed aggravated that I was there. Their customer service was nonexistent. I reminded the one kid that they didn t put air in the tires and top off the windshield wiper fluid. So he passed it on to the other employee who then huffs and puffs like a child throwing a tantrum and with a attitude and a whining voice says it s full! But I ll do it anyways! Then yells at me with a attitude to open the hood. Then proceeds to fill it up aggressively . ( it was empty btw.) then he slams my hood and walks off. They still didn t touch my tires. Even after I said something.I just decided to leave instead of have to deal with a grown man acting like a rude child to his customers. This is definitely not the first time the same employee has had a attitude and acts like he s being bothered by having to actually work and do his job. He is obviously the manager too, which says a lot about the leadership of this store . It s not hard to be courteous and do your job right. Especially when it s as simple as what he has to do. Please pay attention to who you hire and leave in charge.
