Service can be a little slow, but overall, they do a great job every time. They also offer a nice discount if you show them a recipe from a nearby restaurant (like Chick-fil-A or Wendy's) from the same day. It's probably one of the most convenient oil change stations I've been to.

Two very nice young men helped me. They did offer to drain my coolant (I think) as it had not been drained before so I agreed. I felt like it was a good deal and I don t recall it becoming done before. I knew I was out of wiper fluid but I did not ask them to put any in however later I found that I had wiper fluid available. Thank you guys! Quick service and very kind.

Incredible staff at this Take 5 location. Very kind, patient and accommodating. Their professionalism and honesty goes way above their respectable stations. An oil change isn't the hardest part of your car's regular maintenance so doing it yourself isn't difficult at all, but when you're in a rush or you need it done properly, I can easily recommend the team at this Take 5 location. Amazing service.

I ve had quite a few oil changes in my day, but I ve never had the feeling that I was getting scammed, until yesterday at Take 5 (actually, I was in the bay for more like 30). My truck takes 10 quarts of oil, I feel like the technicians drained 2 quarts or so, added back some, spilled most of it on my engine. They then had the audacity to show me my dipstick after, with jet black oil on it - said diesel s are like that, the oil is always black, even after a change . I crawled under my truck when I got home and snapped a pic - it was not a replacement filter, it was the old one. $159 later - I got screwed, not an oil change! Beware of this joint - bad business practices - ripoff joint!Update: I called their Customer Service Department to discuss. The gentleman that I spoke with was very helpful and he resolved the situation to my satisfaction.

The services I received at Take 5 was fast, efficient, and the communicated with me throughout the entire process. The agents were nice and friendly. Due to this great experience Take 5 has gained a permanent customer in the future.

This was my first timeI visiting this location on 1/11/24 and Sam was my auto technician. He was courteous, professional and took care of my tires. He explained what he was doing and corrected my tire pressure quickly and there was no wait. I have been to other Take 5 locations and did not receive this same awesome service. I was well pleased with the service I received.

My second visit with Take 5 and I received the same friendly atmosphere from all the employees. Change the oils and replace My wind shield wipers.They'll gave me Great Services with a Smile . The guys here were great, they informed that the other Take5 location put newer Toyota oil into my Kia Sportage my engine light was was on, but they fixed me up and everything is great now both guys were friendly and helpful

I m not sure why I ever got my oil changed anywhere else! It was so easy to just pull in and not have to get out and sit in a waiting room. Everybody communicated well and nobody tried to push anything on me I didn t ask for. They were quick and professional! I will definitely be going back.

I am facing a difficult personal situation in my life at this time and going into auto services related businesses have always given me anxiety. As soon as I pulled up to Take 5 Joshua approached my vehicle with a very welcoming smile and demeanor. He was kind, courteous and respectful. He asked me how he could be of service and once I told him my specific needs proceeded to help me determine other items that needed to be addressed without making me feel like he was pushing more services than actually needed. He talked me through everything he was doing, from the oil change to flushing the coolant, checking the air filter and airing my tires. 10 stars for Joshua!!I also went in for an overdue inspection. Raymond was the technician who assisted with this. He clearly communicated every move with me promoting trust which made me feel safe being in his presence. I state this mainly because we, as the client, are sitting in the car while all this work is being done around us. To me, being a woman, this is extremely important. He clearly communicated when he intended to open the door to read the car information/ barcode and asked if I was ok with that. The same with when he needed to reach under the wheel to plug in the machine to do the digital reading. I don t believe I have ever felt this comfortable, valued and acknowledged at an auto services related business as I have my very first time visiting Take 5! 10 stars for Raymond as well!!A couple other gentlemen also assisted with other smaller tasks and also were very courteous, pleasant and polite. Overall experience was amazing and I can honestly say all the guys were true gentlemen and did a great job getting me in and out I would say in less than 20 minutes. Services purchased:Oil change, Coolant exchange, State Inspection. (Tires aired complementary)

The guys there are so considerate, professional and nice they knew I was waiting a pretty long time to get my vehicle serviced and because of my patience they rewarded me for the wait. I can t thank them enough!! they are located down the street from where I work on S. Dairy Ashford I will make sure to always go there for my oil changes and recommend this specific location to anyone that needs their car serviced.

The customer service was good but when I left the location my ball bearing in my right tire was making a lot of noise and still does when I drive now. As opposed to before I got the oil changed my ball bearing for my tire was great and wasn t making any noises. Very unfortunate

i wouldn t return to this location at all. This was my first time even trying take5 & i was truly disappointed. From pulling into the parking lot behind the bays and waiting over 5 minutes for someone to come tell me to move to a different opening and then 10 min later i finally pulled inside a bay. There was a guy working in slides also. After sitting for another 10-15 the slides wearing guy came over and asked what i wanted. I informed him i wanted full synthetic oil change. I had a coupon also that was sent to me beforehand. He lifted my hood and proceeded to be what i guess take my air filters out. He was having trouble with that for over 15 minutes and i just feel like something is messed up just because it seems he never worked on a infiniti before. Even the guy under my car was using a drill and making alot of noise and it took him over 10 minutes just to get the cover off and back on when they were finally done after being there over a hour!!! I still ended up paying over $115 for a simple oil change and filters. On the paperwork it say they topped off my tire air, windshield fluid, etc but they didn t do anything extra. I would never return to a TAKE5 again and i hope to not have to come back for any damages that my car may have now after visiting this particular location.

They hired some new folks and the quality of service here is the best I ve ever had on an oil change. Specifically, they re much more explanatory about each step of the process and even check for any leaks, etc. I drove away feeling confident in their work.

The recent experience I just had was horrible. And I can honestly say it is because I am a women. This location gets 0 stars if that was possible. They (I now believe purposefully) did not put back on the splash cover properly back on my car. They only put on 1 screw which honestly stays on. Mind it, this location is way out of my way, and I had to return to the same location of which I did and the supposedly replaced the screws. THEY DID NOT. I came home and checked myself and NO screws were replaced. I m not an incompetent woman but they clearly thought I was. I called the front desk and all they said was to bring my car back. THIS IS RIDICULOUS!! And I 100% believe it is because I am a woman that this happened. All woman beware! I think they will do anything to make you go back! My splash cover was left unscrewed TWICE! I am fixing if myself before it is a hazard on the road.

The ads are true! The take five crew is a friendly bunch, they get you in and out in a flash, and take good care of you while you re there. I do my own oil changes, but they do my inspections every time, and will continue to do so!

They do not know what they are doing. If you have a Mercedes, just run. I asked if they knew how to do it and they said yes. The guy was shaky and kept asking the other guy questions om doing the oil change. Well, my car now is dripping oil. Now, I'm late for work. This is plain ridiculous. Your supposed to specialize in oil changes but you are ruining folks cars. I will never return here again. I should have paid attention to the previous reviews. I cannot believe you! I paid for a oil change, not to have my car ruined.

I received top quality service at this location from Jamal and Sam. They treat me and my vehicle like I was driving a Bentley. Bigg up's to the service and hospitality. Thank you both for such great service. It means a lot to me. Especially when I had a bad day. They made me feel better about my day with their top quality service.

Take 5 advertises as being oil change specialists, so I decided to give them a try. I was in and out in 30 minutes on a Monday afternoon, which is 20 minutes longer than the 10 minute time they promote on their website, but I'm still happy with the 30 minutes. The price, with a $25 off coupon, was good too. Overall, price at Take 5 (with coupon) is more or less same as Walmart Auto Service, but time to complete the oil change is significantly less (30 minutes versus 90 minutes), so I recommend Take 5.

Super fast and efficient service. Customer service is great. Pricey but you re paying for the faster service instead of sitting at a car dealership for 3+ hours.

Second time at this location, First time they had no issue doing an oil change on my 2020 Alfa Romeo Giulia, Went in without any issues and even brought my own oil and filter! Second time i do the same thing, brought my own oil and filter, guy says we cant service the vehicle due to its price. I know its an Alfa Romeo but its just like any other car, simple drain plug and remove/reinstall filter, then putting fresh oil. All said and done i wont be taking any of my vehicles here anymore.

Went in for my first oil change since moving to Houston. Wasn t sure what to expect. Super nice, friendly and helpful is what I got. Even gave me a cold bottle of water while I waited. Would highly recommend the Dairy Ashford Take 5!

Came to this location for a vehicle inspection. They were friendly and professional and had me in and out in about 15-20 minutes. Engaging employees and efficient service.
