I went there for my first time yesterday, and I have nothing bad to say about the service.FRANK was very professional, knowledgeable and kind. He was very patient and took his time to give me all the options available to service my car.I used to go to Jeep dealership, and it is a good thing I tried a different place for the first time, luckily it was this location.Amazing service, reasonable prices, and I was happy with the great military discount available.

I am loyal customer but this time the price increase was $20 when I asked for the same oil change.They usually do the extra quarter and they didn't this time and they mentioned every time I didn't that for my type of vehicle so they have been overcharging me for the last 5 oil changes.Gotta be in the same page. Guys were very nice though

Great and expedited service with a qualified group of professionals including a certified state inspector that provide a great customer service and they are very knowledgeable about whatever services you may requested. This store at Hillcroft and Westheimer has been my preferred store for several years since its inauguration and it will continue to be for me and friends and family as well, for years to come. I definitely recommend it!

Happy that they had my type of oil, Mobile One 10w30 even though I was so full and didn't need a top off. Their district manager was so helpful and nice. He even Gwen me anew sticker to know when I needed to go back for my next oil change.

I love take 5 for an oil change, but I do not recommend getting your inspection done. At least not at this location on Hilcroft. I was there an hour and a half before someone touched my vehicle. I was sitting in the bay ready for over half an hour. Meanwhile 4 cars went through the bay next to me. The workers asked me no less than 3 times if I was getting an oil change and when I said inspection all walked to the next vehicle.

Enoch and Miguel were AMAZING!!! They offered water, chatted friendly, offered complimentary top off and tire pressure checks, and made sure I felt safe to go on the road! They were funny and so so kind!! Very professional, no unkind words in the workplace and they were FAST!!! Definitely coming back!!

I appreciate the fact that I can drive up and get my oil changed however I had to wait 45 minutes before the technician was about to start. And he had the worst attitude. Which was kind of understandable, see it as though it was only two of them, and the cars just kept on coming. Which was a statement that he made. I would recommend hiring more technicians or have some type of training available for someone who s interested in learning how to change the oil. Also, they should probably change the name from take five because Lord knows it takes longer than that.

I went to get my oil filled, it needed a quart. I was greeted from a very nice gentleman. He explained that he had to have the kind used because he couldn t mix the oil. So I said okay. He was very helpful.

Operating hours posted state open @ 7 am. I showed up for my scheduled 7 am. appointment, and they are closed! Garage doors all down and no answer by phone. It's just horrible business. I even called & went to customer service. Which customer service, confirmed business should be open.

I was seen quiclkly, then after meeting Ahmad he gave me a complete observation of what was needed, ask for my preferrence in the price package and then went straight to work!! Great job!! I will be back!!

Smooth and fast service. Candace was very knowledgeable and explained every step of the process. Oil change and air filter change. Also got my air tire checked which was cherry on top because I m just a girl at the end of the day and I don t want to do it. Thanks guys!

I've gotten my oil change several times at this location never any problem. Two weeks ago I come in got my oil changed without asking me the attendant pulled my air filter out and up sold me on an air filter. ( It wasn't that dirty anyway ( but since he had it out I went ahead and got it. So my check engine light comes on that same day I go and have the codes run and it tells me mass air flow sensor is out I spent $120 at AutoZone on a new mass air flow sensor same problem same code being around. I'll call Chevrolet they tell me maybe it's because I bought an aftermarket sensor so I spent a hundred and sixty dollars on the Chevrolet sensor to no avail. I end up taking it to my mechanic and after about 2 hours of running the smoke machine they find out that when they installed the new air filter they cracked it. Causing the faulty mass air flow sensor to trigger on the check engine light. To be honest I wasn't expecting my money back, but I just spoke with the manager Dean and he didn't even apologize to me basically told me there was nothing I could do that he can make a phone call I don't know I will never be coming back here again it ended up costing me $400 for something that I didn't even need.

I have always had a good experience at the Take 5 on Hillcroft near Westheimer. Candace and her team helped me with my state inspection. I also use them for all my oil changes. I recommend them highly!

I have frequented this location on Hilcroft and Westheimer for years,however the last 3 times I've gone the staff has totally changed and the customer service has declined in a major way. This last experience wasn't very pleasing to say the least. Each time I have to remind the Servicing person to reset the oil reading. They normally do that,but when asked they have an attitude about it. I get it that the job can be redundant, but don't pass that Nasty demeanor to the paying customers. Not that they care,but I'll keep my little Honk of the horn when the service becomes more professional.

The 2 techs were talking and laughing the whole time, not paying attention to their work... The guy detached the bottom plastic cover and it dragged under my car a few days until I finally could take time off and get it to a shop to get it checked out. Then a mechanic told me it was leaking oil severely and it cost $575 to repair! and my expensive $89 oil change at Take5 was all wasted oil, worst service ever and worst deal on an oil change, will never return!!! They also refused to check my transmission fluid (when other fast lube places do that whenever asked), no problem! Beware of Take5 Houston, TX on Voss, they will take you to the bank! It would have been a major breakdown if I didn't get my car rechecked right away!!!

Take 5 damaged my 2017 Range Rover Sport, my vehicle was just requiring coolant service, I went there and just for that I was charged $128.85, after the first attempt getting coolant service he told me, if you notice any change in the coolant temperature, you come back right away, and well make it right, 1 minute after leaving the shop, engine was overheating, went back, and they tried it a second time and took almost 40 minutes! Then when they're done he told me again, if it happens again, come right back again, I was able to drive from the shop at 2717 Hillcroft St, Houston, TX, to downtown so that was around 15-20 minutes drive, the car started overheating AGAIN, engine light came on, battery light came on, car started smoking, battery died, so the car died in the middle of the highway, I noticed the guy that was servicing my car had TRAINEE written in his working shirt!Now the car got towed to Meineke Car Care Center #8 8 at 9939 LONG POINT, HOUSTON, TX 77055. I was told that they were going to give me a call today from 7-4pm, they gave me a call saying, so your car wont start, what do you want to do with the car, I was like, what? So Take 5 did not instruct you what to do or whats going on after the long call with I dont who taking a statement of everything that happened, and now I have to explain it again to you? Now Im calling Take 5 costumer service and nobody is picking up the phone.Mind you, my car is a 2017 Land Rover Range Rover Sport and not a Land Rover Discovery Sport as the INVOICE FROM Take 5 says!And with the WRONG mileage than my car actually has!Take 5 CAN AND WILL DESTROY YOUR VEHICLE. I might have to escalate this situation by filling a lawsuit against them!

The guys at the location off Richmond st in galleria were very nice ! They even went out their way to go to auto zone to pick me up oil filter because they had none in stock . I really appreciated that and will be back to this location for sure !

Only service they provided,Was changing the oil, no filters check, no wiper fluid added and I asked to check my air pressure on my tires, didn't happen. I frequent this particular place. Not any moreService guys are not the ones from 3 months ago. Bad service all around!

I have free oil changes at my dealership but it s such a time consuming hassle where I lose half my day. Take 5 is just so easy and this location has the most wonderful team. I ll continue visiting Take 5 and now the Hilcroft location is favorited in my GPS.

Should be take 30. No bottled water offered, after almost $100 on my high mileage oil changes I had to ASK TO CHECK TIRE PREASURE! Over all not a very good experience as it used to be

I love going here I always get Quick and great service! It is sometimes hard to leave out as They are on a busy street but that depends on what time you go and if it s a high traffic time
