I m so glad I went to Swiss Garage! I live nearby and have seen Swiss Garage for decades. I knew of their excellent reputation. I recently needed repairs on my Mercedes. The front end chrome stripping came off. A common repair because the front end is so low, the car tends to bottom out on steep driveways, ripping off the stripping. I went to Mercedes Benz - Greenway for a repair. Their first quote to repair was about $280. Then I got an email that after further review, this problem cannot be repaired. They said they would need to replace the front bumper for a whopping $4,000+. Outrageous! Then I went to Swiss Garage to see if they could fix it. They sure could! Swiss Garage got the parts from Mercedes in 1 day and repaired the car in less than an hour for under $300. This is my new body shop! Everyone was very professional. Great communication, honest, speedy, thorough repair, and really nice guys. Five stars! Highest recommendation. Thanks, y all! I ll be back but hopefully not TOO soon lol. I brought my Porsche Macan in for a 2nd opinion after getting an expensive report from the dealership. Mike reviewed their proposal and after looking over my car, determined I had more time before certain recommended repairs were truly needed. Then we moved forward with the items that were critical. He got parts overnighted so my car could be ready for me the next day. It was a hard project, a real "knucklebuster" to replace the upper and lower control arms. They got the project done quickly and at a fraction of the dealership cost. I could not recommend them more. I will use them as my trusted car shop going forward.

We service both of our vehicles at Swiss Garage and have been doing so for at least ten years. We would not even consider going anywhere else! The quality of work performed is outstanding and the cost is extremely fair. Excellent value received every time! Additionally, everyone that works at Swiss Garage is incredibly kind, knowledgeable, honest and an all around pleasure to deal with. This is a top notch business that provides us with amazing customer service time and time again. Been coming here for years. Almost 8 of 9 years now? Would always bring my 3 series here when I had it and currently bring my Lexus here all the time now instead of the dealership. Honest people. They get the job done in a timely manner! If you need maintenance, come here! They work on Asian cars as well as BMW, Porsche, MB, etc!

This is the best repair shop in Houston especially "for out of factory warranted foreign and domestic cars"I have been using them for years, and I have several friends using them as well. Honest , fair and trustworthy a family owned and operated father and son shop always very helpful explaining the issue and cost.if you are tired of being taken Advantage of ... speaking of Advantage BMW - I had a fuel valve get stuck on a 2014 BMW X3 and had the car towed to the dealership Advantage BMW do estimate, came back with over a $13000 dollars estimate, which did not make sense to me. I called Mike, the owner of Swiss Garage, he took time to explain cost and suggested the work. I even sent him the estimate from BMW, next day car was ready bill was about $1500, he left the car up on the lift for me so when I picked up the car we went item by item on the BMW list and he showed me why each item and why it was not needed . No leak rear axel , no thrust arm being bad , no front struts needed. I will definitely recommend them to anyone.Mike and George will take care of your cars

I visited the shop today to discuss the issue with the 2004 W312 airmatic suspension. I was pleased to have spoken to the gentleman (didn't catch his name). The fact that they bill estimates in half hour increments was definitely appealing. I'll definitely be taking my vehicle to the shop. I just wish they were able to take my vehicle in sooner.

This car shop is exactly what I was looking for. I came in with a list of repair recommendations from the dealer and Michael guided me through which ones were necessary and which ones I could ignore. For example, the dealer told me that my battery needed to be replaced. Swiss Garage tested the battery itself and informed me that it was working fine. I am happy to have found a car shop that is thorough and competent.

Called about a water pump replacement and within 5 minutes had an rough estimate. Was advised to use factory parts as they do even if I get the job done elsewhere. I mentioned I had a slightly lower quote - he said that is a good rate for the area. Very professional, helpful and wished me well. Swiss Garage didn't get this job - but I am happy to use them in the future. Stand up guys.

I have taken my Porsche to Swiss Garage for nearly 4 years. They always do an awesome job. They're honest and explain services extremely well. I took in my BMW recently. Same great service. No need to go to the dealer anymore!

I have been going to Swiss Garage for quite some time. All of the staff are professional, honest and knowledgeable. Their prices are very fair and they hardly mark-up parts beyond their cost if any. They never try to push preventive maintenance too early like the dealers. I would highly recommend them for repairs of European vehicles.

Swiss Garage has helped me with my Porsche 997 for several years now, and I am impressed with the level of professionalism and customer service. They understand how much we love our cars, and it shows. Back in 2019 they helped me to install a 3rd radiator, replace an AOS, and prepare for an HPDE with the PCA. Most recently they helped me replace a broken door handle. I tried several other shops in Houston before I found Swiss Garage - I am pleased to report they have been the best.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Body & Trim, Engine repair

The rudest establishment I have ever stepped foot into. I went to them at least 4 times, and every single time they are the most unwelcoming people. You bring your car, try to ask them a question and they either act like you are not there or treat you with a "why are you here" attitude. Always your hellos and thank yous are left up in the air. If you are used to being treated like a person by your dealer, leave that expectation at the door coming here. It will surely be cheaper, but you may not be able to tolerate it too long.

I've been going to Swiss Garage for 15 years, since the current team moved to this location. It is a fantastic, fantastic place where they treat you with integrity at all times, and never perform unnecessary service or charge you for things they don't perform - which is something that many other places do. I always go here first with any issue related to my car and if they can do it, I let them do it. I highly recommend them to anyone.

I ve been taking my Range Rover to Swiss Garage for the last 18 months (prior owner had it serviced there) and I ve been very pleased with them. They are always very friendly, honest and trustworthy, more cost efficient than the dealer, and deliver great customer service. I highly recommend them!

Highly, highly recommend Swiss Garage. Excellent work and great value. Very quick turn around. These guys incorporate integrity, efficiency and excellence in service. I can't recommend recommend them enough for service on any vehicle. They are professional and courteous. Would give 10 stars if I could. Wouldn't consider going anywhere else.

I ve been coming to this mechanic shop for about 4 years now and let me tell you...they are great! Very honest people and they get things done in a timely manner. Mike and Nick are great people! They work on a lot of different cars. I bring my Lexus here for all my maintenance needs etc.

I brought my car here for them to replace a battery they installed that was still under warranty. It was 1.5 years old. They told me the battery tested fine and that the problem was corrosion around the connections. They cleaned it and sent me on my way. My car was dead again by the time I needed to leave work. Had to uber to pick my son up from school and get home. Had to take uber to drop him off in the morning and get back to work. Huge inconvenience and cost. Took it to Goodyear this morning and the confirmed the battery is bad. I will never bring my car to Swiss Garage again. I'm not sure if they lied to me because I'm a woman or if they just didn't want to deal with it but it caused a very stressful ordeal for me.

Good Day! My first experience with"Swiss Garage"was positive."Michael Grivon"was GREAT! He was honest and shared what he thought was the best resolution to my needed repairs.I have a older vehicle and he and his staff were able to work on it.I was concerned but,ALL was resolved in a professional and detailed explanation.I regained my"peace of mind"."I recommend Michael Grivon and Swiss Garage!"

They aren't cheap, but this is an honest garage that you can trust for working on German cars. These guys have been around forever and know what they are doing. They will cost you more than the sketchier places outside the loop, but you know they'll do a better job than the far more expensive dealer, especially if you have an older car.

Highly recommend this place - very courteous service and high expertise. They pay attention to your specific problem, no attempt to up-sell more repairs.Diagnostics were done quickly and the problem was determined spot on. They take their time to explain to you everything on the phone as far as necessary repairs and costs to make sure there is no misunderstanding. The car was ready the next day. My repair shop of choice now.

They didn't care about my issue and just told me to clean up the engine. If they had checked the alternator they would have ben able to find out that that was the issue. Autoparts checked my engine pretty quick and found out that it wasn't an issue that was caused by a slippery belt but rather by a weak alternator. Don't go there if you're expecting a good service and a wide knowledge of the mechanic guys.

Youseff is the manager of this shop, and he's one of the rare honest mechanics anywhere. The fees they charge may be a little upmarket, but you may rest assured that they are not taking you for a ride. An honest auto repair shop...it's comforting to know such places do exist!

Amazing and trustworthy. The guys here only sell you what you absolutely need, they communicate well the whole way through, and they over deliver all of which is rare in this industry. Gladly trusting them again with my LR4 when the time comes.

My boyfriend and I always go here. Neither of us has a German car, but we know that at Swiss Garage, they are reliable, trustworthy, and not cheap, but fairly priced. You can't go wrong here.

Just spoke with a guy on the phone about replacing rear struts on my S60 R. He'd didn't even know that the R has an adjustable chassis (which would need to be calibrated), said to take it to a dealer, and hung up on me.. Hehe- wow. Definitely wouldn't trust this place

I have had my car serviced here exclusively for years. Always the best; always a fair price; reliable; quick. I would never go anywhere else for car repair.
