Recommended car wash. Normally I like to wash my car but I'm short on time. Saw their good reviews and decided to give them a try. Easy check in, though be prepared to wait a little. Otherwise a comfortable waiting area and a clean car at the end. Nice employees!

I went yesterday to get a car wash I asked the guy to give me the $34.99 inside and out clean. So he talked me into $15 more and that they're really going to do an extra job in my cream leather interior. I told them are you sure because if you make that promise you really got to deliver and he said "absolutely it's going to be amazing as long as it's not cracked it's going to get clean" I said "I'm going to hold you to it". What's the one thing everybody does at a car wash you wait.. well in just a little while I'm told it's finished and I'm in shock what they didn't know is that I was sitting there watching. I came up to the car and I said but that's not clean so that little old man who was not the guy previously who upsold me, said give me a few more minutes I'll fix it. I don't want to start anything so I just got in my car and left because I felt sad for the guy that has a hard job but that was a $50 something dollar car wash. NEVER AGAIN. I'm questioning if the car even went through the actual Car Wash part.

Excellent place to have your car washed and or detailed. Establishment clean and prices reasonable. I'll definitely be back. Thanks for taking care of my car. And the staff are nice and friendly.

I came here for the first time with my new car, and they were very honest in terms of what things I should spend more money on versus when a basic service was fine.As they prepared to do my oil change, they discovered some things that the dealer had left undone or damaged and sent me all the pictures I need to make my case with the dealer . They gave me a free car wash just for waiting and I will definitely be coming back here again.

I went to wash my truck and the service was excellent, the washing and the detail were impeccable, I had a problem, my battery discharged and the cashier and the very friendly guys helped me and were patient with me. I recommend them 100%, the best car wash in Westheimer

For me it was the worst service possibleInitially the communication was good , however the car wasnt washed properly so i had to come and ask to wash interior for the second time. I had to wash it by myself even though i paid 22.99 dollars for the serviceI asked for a refund and manager told me that i had to use more expensive options , if i wanted to do proper car wash. They even didnt vacuum my interior. At the end i decided not to argue about refund and just left unsatisfied.Its just a rip off and worst car wash i have ever been and never recommend it to anyone.

Oh my God.. da best ... they us do a very good job .. they consistent too .. Been there like 13 times already and same quality .. car takes lime 50mins .. I bring a book or watch a movie on my phone .. mh package is the $49 one .. looks like Hispanic run dat place .. luv them they cool ppl there.

Excellent service! Very friendly staff! They shampoo the inside of my Jeep & detailed it too. It looks and smell fantastic and fresh.

Real bad customer service.. They tell a different price over the phone and when you get there they say it was only for 1 package..a full package is much more.. Groupon deal is only for a machine wash . like as if we can't get that anywhere else too.! Big waste of time n money

Got my oil changed and my truck washed and detailed inside, here. I m highly satisfied. I probably should have taken more detailed pictures. Maybe even before and after. But I m pleased with the services.

One my top 3 car wash. I drive to 3 different Carwash and they were terrible customer service along with laziness. I recently visited Super Shine Carwash in Houston and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with the level of service I received! I use to come here all the time great service great car washes. I decided to stop in for a wash. Tires was still dirty. Visible dirt still on car that should have wiped off during drying process waste of money never again. I would have given it a 5 rating, Atmosphere was relaxed, not too busy. Clean, inside. However their communication skills (customer service) is terrible!! Had a car accident and I simply rented a vehicle. My daughter had taken me and since it had not been washed the rental car rep gave me a voucher for a free carwash. Drove down to this place (my first time ever going) and stated to the service guy that "I" rented the car and was given a voucher for a free carwash. I got a receipt, but only one, walked in and gave it to the cashier. Typically, given two receipts and somebody would come in and notify (calling out the name/color of vehicle to indicate that it's ready, right?) Nope, no one came. Nevertheless, from what the cashier stated, it was a common thing (obviously) that ppl dropped off their car and exchanged for another car that was already there. Only problem is...why the hell would I rent one vehicle and mind you, it's on my rental paperwork that I would exchange it out for some other vehicle that I didn't rent!! It was over an hour and still no one came to tell us that our cars were ready. I walked back to the front counter- asked the cashier what was taking so long. Guess what???? The damn car had been parked in the back and my daughter's car up front...both had been finished and ready and yet, not a damn person came to inform either of us!!!! Poor customer service and failure to inform the customer that their car's are ready. Do better!! Both, cars were detailed nicely, but my experience with this place, sucked!

I haven't used this location for quite some time and went back as they had a Military Discount. As I checked out and presented my ID I was told that the new owners discontinued all Military Discounts. I am dumbfounded that they made this HORRIBLE decision to do away with a simple THANK YOU and recognition of service! This place used to be Dr CarWash. New ownership took over a few months ago so I decided to give them a chance and I'm glad I did. The customer service and the job they did was excellent.
