Incredible service location. Today they were able to squeeze me in, though incredibly busy, because I had an issue gone unresolved from another dealership (the other dealership was very nice and helped me out connecting with this location). Glenn was my primary contact and worked diligently with the technician, Alan, to get my issue resolved in about 2 hours. They communicated well with me and Stacey from the team even checked in on me to see how I was doing while waiting. Great service all around and I would recommend them to anyone.

Got a great price on a part that everyone else had it for much less. Shipping was reasonably priced and the item arrived in a timely manner. After purchasing they sent me updates of my item and where it was in the shipping process. If I need any other parts in the future I will be sure to check their site first before going anywhere else. Highly recommended!

To be clear this local dealer is also on the web as certifiedsubaruparts.com which is how I interacted with them. I have a 2013 Outback and the overhead sunglass holder uses a mechanical switch to hold it in place but it broke. They carried part for less then other sellers. Shipping costs were high so I added a pair of screws and a interior air filter cover that I needed. Those parts with shipping made the total purchase less then any other way to get them short of a "pull you own parts" method. Parts we all new as expected from a dealers part desk. The one star drop was due to them sending the parts internally before shipping to me. They acknowledged this could/would be the case when placing the order but it took longer which may reflect the small size of the parts or something else. Once all parts were together they shipped quickly and arrived safely and were the proper parts.

I ordered two Subaru parts from Gillman. The parts were shipped fast. There's only a couple of notes to mention: (1) when checking out, the customer pays for freight; however, there is a disclaimer on the email order acknowledgment if there is more freight due to oversize, Gillman will call to settle up and (2) the packaging was poor. Customers expect to know (and pay) the freight up front in the shopping cart, they don't want a surprise a few days later. Also, wouldn't be a bad idea to go down to the local corrugated box plant and purchase a few stock boxes in which to package the products shipped. I was quite surprised the two boxes taped together did not separate during transit and spill the contents.

They respond when I contact them so that is good but it has been over two weeks and I still have not received my order. Not sure why in 2020 any thing takes that long to ship any where. The usps tracking number shows no information. Still says it has not been excepted.

After waiting for my package it came and was scratched and damaged.These people are scammers and are not worth the time. Please trust someone else for your products.I ordered a hood scoop and it came scratched all over!!! Ridiculous and they wanna charge me 30% to return!!! Insane.

I ordered parts on the 5th of feb. I didn't get any update email after the the initial auto generated response. After a week I called the parts department for an update, the guy said they had just gotten the parts in stock and I should get an email with tracking in 24-48 hours. One week after that email didn't come I called again. this time the guy says the parts are there and I should be receiving an email with tracking soon. I told him that was the story last week and asked if they were actually going to be shipped, he said he'd make a note of it and hung up on me. I got a tracking email 10 minutes later, so I think its safe to assume that the parts were sitting around waiting for someone to do their job. after three weeks the parts finally arrived, the day AFTER the vehicle inspection I needed them for.

Still have not received the part I ordered 2 weeks ago online. I checked with them a few times about the status of my order and was told they had to order the part. Why would they advertise online a part being in stock that was not in stock. They weren't pulling my part from their stock, they ordered it from SOA and let me wait over 2 weeks to get it. I'm not stupid. It infuriates me to get the old bait and switch, so I will never buy another part from Gillman. I suggest to whomever is reading this review that they should consider a source OTHER than Gillman Subaru for their parts.

The part i bought was not in stock and had to be ordered in. This was not shared with me and should have been. There was a delay shipping out part after Gillman received it, this was due to UPS I'm told, but they did make a serious effort to make it right and part was correct and quality part. If I was notified part had to be ordered in as it was not in stock it would have been a 5 star transaction

Do Not Buy Parts Online Here - Purchased part online that was apparently lost during shipping and they offered little help other than stating wait and see and we will file a claim eventually meanwhile I had a car broke down for 2+ weeks and needing the part urgently. Customer Service was horrible and had to demand a refund and purchase elsewhere and pay double to next day air to get the part in a reasonable amount of time. I WARN YOU TO STAY AWAY FROM PURCHASING FROM HERE

I was asked to give a rating in this survey about my experience with this company. It is extremely hard to give a rating when I have not received my package/part yet. I have been waiting for over a week and I have not received anything. And the tracking number I was given will not work either. When I receive the part I will be glad to come back on here and rate the company and the part.

How do I keep my 2007 Subaru in tiptop shape? I get my parts from Gillman North Subaru! I ve been buying parts from these fine folks for several years now. It can be tough when the closest dealer is a couple hundred miles away, but Gillman makes it easy. From order to delivery they frequently update by email. Parts are always OEM, reasonably/competitively priced, at shipping rates that are very fair. Providing the vehicle identification number (VIN) guarantees that the parts will fit your car. Thank you, Gillman!

I have had the most pleasant experience as a customer from Gillman Subaru. I have to say always ask for Jose Avila in parts and his manager Logan John's. I purchased a front lip for my 2018 STI and there was an issue while shipping and they were very responsive and helpful and made shopping a real experience. I am in Florida and would tell you they have the best prices and best customer service. It really made me feel there are people who genuinely care so for it's a 10 out of 10 wish I could share a picture of my car cause they made it look real good.

These folks earn a good review with me. They had the part I was looking for, for the new Ascent at a good price on the internet. Check out was simple. Best part is I received my part in just a few days. The fit is perfect and quility is great.For anyone with the Ascent I highly recommend the seat back protector along with the cargo try, turns the whole back into a sturdy protected area for cargo or even leaky groceries which happens eg: milk, melting icecream. For $54 bucks you get allot.

I live in Sugarland, but due to the amazing customer service at the service department and the part department, I always make the one hour drive up just to ensure i will get an awesome customer service experience. Logan working for the part department is absolutely a delight to work with. Very Quick and easy and knowledgeable with the Subaru parts. I have ordered a Group N STI transmission mount and he knew exactly what I was referring to.I highly recommend Gillman Subaru North Parts Department for all your Subaru related needs.

This guys are crooks!!! they just want to raise the msrp with made up accessories and don t even want to help if you ask to many questions. Don t want to sell if you don t trade in a vehicle and tell them before hand. Ridiculous!!! Horrible customer service. Never coming here again.

My wife's sun visor on her 2010 Forester broke. Gillman had the right part and helped me out of a jam. I had the part in 4 day! Their website kept me from making a mistake by checking the VIN number of my vehicle, this was great! I'd rather the extra work of getting the VIN, than have to send it back because it was the wrong part.

The service department manager Tony makes things happen quick. He will go the extra mile to get the parts you need and get your car rolling asap. Nick at the service department is helpful and courteous. I highly recommend to get your car there if you need it rolling asap. Thank you

Needed a replacement speaker grill for my wife's Crosstrek. It was easier finding the part, ordering it online and having it shipped to Florida than driving across town to my local Subaru dealer. 5 Stars for a great website and even better pricing!
