I have been bringing my vehicles for service here since 2019 and I have to say I am never disappointed with their service. I get a professional advice and honest always!Today I went in for inspection. I was told that I needed tires and breaks at a different place but when I took my car to reliable auto he told me I still have good breaks and tires as well. I was so happy with his honest response I will definitely continue coming here! Thank you guys!!!

I needed the inspection asap. When I got there they were friendly. Mind you this was a brand new car. I waited about ten minutes and they told me that I had a recall on it and mentioned the booster failed. They told me to drive a certain amount of miles and to get it fixed. A couples days after I took it to a dealership and they said it was a false recall and it was fine. So, I took it back in and did the miles and waited for the inspection a 2nd time. About five minutes later they said it was failed the inspection because of the recall. I told them it was a false recall and that it was fine. All they told me was drive it more miles. It was a complete waste of time and money overall.Service: Vehicle safety inspection

Our car AC was not working but we have to go to Dallas. But they fix this issue in minutes. Experienced and humble man. Thank you so much.

If I could give zero stars I would. The customer service was good, they were friendly. However, I went to get my alignment done on a Friday and it took them 12 minutes (I know alignment doesn't take long at all) and when I got home my steering wheel was crooked and my car was moving towards the right. I called them back on a Saturday and the person said I can come back Monday in the morning which I did. I arrived around 9:30 a.m. and he said oh the alignment guy isn't here yet and he isn't picking up my calls either. you can wait until he gets here. And I didn't have time to wait because I had to go to school. Then I came back Wednesday and the alignment guy said oh I fixed it right there is nothing wrong with it. But my steering wheel was crooked and my car wasn't driving straight. I told him well can you please fix the steering wheel that you didn't do right the first time. He said I'll make your steering wheel straight but I did the alignment correctly. Then I said I came because my steering wheel is crooked and when you were fixing the alignment you didn't align my steering wheel. Well long story short he supposedly fixed my steering wheel and re-did the alignment. Then at the end he said well your car will tilt towards the right because you need any more than just an alignment.

I been going here for years for state inspections. It's not nice or flashy or anything, but I can usually get in and out without saying a single word. Buddy will move your seat and mirrors though, so idk.

Super Fast State Inspection. I walked in around 3:40 pm and I was out in about 15 minutes. I had previously called Firestone and told me it would take 1.5 hrs to get an inspection done. I m so glad I stopped by here instead.

Went yesterday to get my new car inspected and the owner greeted us kindly despite the high volume of costumers at the shop. Front desk was also very helpful with any questions we had. A job well done with quick service.

Echoing other's reviews of this uhaul rental location. Had a rental for 930a. Got there at 915a found my rental truck. I placed some moving supplies on the bed. Then I went to get my keys from the desk and was informed that the truck was already gone??? They had given the key/rental away in the time it took me to walk from the truck to the desk. I come out and sure enough the truck was gone and so were my moving supplies with it. There were no other trucks at the location.Uhaul is great but this location is far from it. So unprofessional and unorganized. Oh and they charged CC even though I never got the truck

Vehicle was failed for "Master Cylinder - Fluid Level" and "License Plate Lamp - Operation"Upon checking my license plate light, they proceed to tell me in person and say it would be $10 to have them fix it. I tell them to go ahead. 5 minutes later they return to tell me the new bulb didn't work. I told them that in that case I would take care of it myself. I was never informed of my "master cylinder - Fluid level" being low as outlined on the test.After leaving I started trouble shooting my license plate light on my own to find out that the headlights not being on was why the license plate light was off. The light worked all along, they just were not turned on by the inspector to actually test if they worked. As for the master fluid level, this was never outlined to me what exactly this was, but I also made sure to confirm all of the fluid levels were within their regular ranges. Really upset that the vehicle should have passed, but was failed, forcing myself to have to return to the station once again.Although I believe they were not trying to take advantage of me as they didn't charge me an extra $10 dollars for the bulb that I didn't need in the first place, I have reviewed them so low for not effectively inspecting my car. I do wish I had brought my business elsewhere and would not recommend this place to a friend.

Fast & friendly service for my emission check sticker. I pulled up without an appointment and they fit me in right away. Also, they have a cute little cat that hangs out in the office with you while they are working on your car :-)

Absolutely the worst experience renting a UHaul trailer. Signed in online to "Save Time".Got there at 7:45 to pick up a reservation at 8:00. They didn't show up until 8:10. Took 20 minutes to get "through the process".I had movers waiting 15 minutes away at 8:30!I didn't get there until 8:50.Wasted 20 minutes of paid moving time.Also requested a dolly. It was NOT in the trailer however there were leftover moving blankets in it. Obviously, they didn't even open the door to look at the condition if the interior.Also the lot is mud. I have said "mud" all over my truck, inside and out.Not at ALL happy with this place. Disappointed that U-Haul even allows them to display the U-Haul name.

I have gone here for the past 4 years for car inspections, break pads, etc. I really put my trust into these people. This past month for my car inspection I was told there was an issue in my steering wheel column. I was told this was an issue they ve seen with several Hyundai s and for a new part it would be $1300+ and $550+ with a used part, keep in mind this was before they even looked inside my steering wheel column. I asked if there was a recall for this and they stated no. They also stated that this was a very serious and dangerous issue and my steering wheel could stop working while driving. Upon further investigation I found out that it was in fact under recall and it was not in fact a safety issue. It was just a worn down rubber piece that needed to be replaced. Hyundai replaced it for free and had it not been recalled it would ve been $100, not $550 and definitely not $1300. Typically, I d expect to get ripped of from the dealership.... not from Sticker Station. Will not be going here anymore or referring my friends and family members. I really expected more from them.

Absolutely the worst experience renting a UHaul. Reserved a UHaul Van online early in the week. Show up and they didn't have any. They were over booked. No call the day before to advise. Totally made me waste my time and delayed the move. Their customer service is here you go, call UHaul and figure it out with them.

A complete disaster. When renting a U-Haul the staff couldn't understand the city, even after literally spelling it out, or the ZIP code. The paperwork had an empty destination space, and then I got a text saying my destination city was a city 300 miles away from where it was supposed to be. When I tried to have it fixed, they charged me again for the first rental, refunded only one charge, and then still had difficulty understanding that the destination city was wrong and that it was a problem. It was so bad it's almost difficult to believe

wow! granted only one person ahead of me when i arrived but as soon as they got to my car for the emission/vehicle testing, it was done in minutes. Wow! will be back for sure! and the staff was EXTREMELY personable and nice!

I always go here as they are very reliable and fast. I had my rear light changed here. Planning on having my stickers done here soon. Quite nice people too. :)

Came for an auto inspection and they continued to put people that arrived after me first and got to my car last. Every time I asked about progress they continued to say theres x number of people before you and continued to change that number from 2 to 3 to 4 and 5 people. These people are not honest.
