Wow! What can say but thank you! My experience with Steward and Stevenson was amazing! I first went into the service lobby and was greeted by all the service advisors as I started to ask some questions about my MCI J4500 bus. The service manager Mat came from behind the desk and started telling me how awesome his mechanics were especially Jeff expertise with buses! He wasn t lying! Jeff took no time to pull the engine out the bus and do a complete overhaul! He keep me updated on progress and also parts he suggest I might want to change. This process is not cheap but worth every penny spent especially the way Jeff handled my engine like it was his own. He is very respectful and honest! I felt he was always working to do the job right without any delays! Steward and Stevenson should do something out the ordinary for this guy! Catlin was very helpful on keeping me updated along with Destiny! Mat the service director is the man and you should go give home a chance with all Detroit s engines or Allison transmissions. Again thank you all! I m a forever customer as long as these faces are working for the company!

Horrible service and customer care is a understatement. As someone who is servicing the oil and gas industries, they certainly do not have a care in the world about communication, quality service or customer care. We had a HPU with a Volvo engine (they are a VolvoPenta auth. repair facility) with only 2500 hrs on it that was having some issues. We were told it needed a new cam , after ordering 3 and losing each one we had them resurface the old one and then they blew up the engine. This has now been almost 4 months and we still can t get management to step up and communicate with us about what is the next step on getting this equipment back up and running. Avoid them if you want to have a successful timely repair.Another very frustrated customer!!!!

As always, when I have to go to this facility, I get top notch service and they treat their customers with respect. I know they're gonna do a good job on my truck and that's why they get my business.

Have some issues with my truck and came in to get serviced, unfortunately because of the situation with my truck we were unable to do business together. However, Steven, Caitlin, and the service manager Matt were very professional, very informative, and provided me with excellent customer service. Even though we could not do business, I parted with a lot of knowledge about the situation with my truck. Thank you guys, and hopefully we can do business in the future.

Dropped off my 26 box truck for transmission issues almost 2 weeks ago. Still haven t got a call back or even an emailed invoice to inform me of the issues I need to take care of. Still waiting!! They say one thing but do another. Oh we ll call you back. Still haven t got a phone call, Go figure!!

Horrible service at the front counter. I provided the part number and it still took an unreasonable amount of time. Ira Jarmon is who took my order. There was absolutely zero sense of urgency from Mr. Jarmon. Now for the call room or inside sales (not sure what they call it) was the exact opposite. Mr. Perez was very polite and straight to business. He's email correspondence was lightning fast.

AMAZING Techs and service. Had mistakenly gone to freightliner first for a busted radiator to find out after 36hrs there'd be another 5-6 day wait. Called Mathew Richardson here he got me in same day and radiator repaired that day even staying late to do it. He went far above and beyond not only in the exceptional service and repair time but even found out my repairs were still under warranty when Freightliner tried saying they weren't. If you need repairs in the Houston area this is definitely the place you should try first and if you do I'm sure it'll be the last place you need to ask for repairs.

Only star is that they answered the phone only after several tries!! Allison Trans in motorhome not working, set up an appointment possibly in two days. We called on the 2nd day and said the Tech had to go offshore, didn't know when he'd be back.They kept saying first come first serve and they are backed up with work. But they charge 165/hr, 2hr min. If a diagnostic takes 15 min you still pay the min. Then THEY can wash & wax my motorhome!! NOT CUSTOMER FRIENDLY and Service Management is non existent!!

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!!! Took two buses to be fixed. Buses sat untouched for over six weeks, was told they were ready for pick up several months later, went to pick them up. Neither bus were operational. Epic failure. If I could post negative stars I absolutely would.

Can never get help finding exhaust parts. I get asked, "do you have a donaldson exhaust number? If not, I cant help you."
