1st time taking my car here due to convenience, and not at all disappointed...Service Bays are plenty and very clean as was the professionalism rendered by the receiving agent, explaining in detail....Dealership Lounges are numerous and clean as well, with coffee available....Detailed analysis was given to me addressing potential issues with my car, several of these issues had already been performed at my normal Toyota Dealership...Only Fly in the Ointment, and it's not a reflection on this Dealership, however ON Toyota Motor Corporation, is that when a Toyota vehicle is brought in, the dealership should be able to scan the Vin Number and be able to see the history of that particular Toyota Vehicle...but that's me..

Thanks again Mr. Rick Howell for helping me with my service appointment today. Between you and this dealership I know me and my Toyota are in good hands. Thank you!

I went in for another routine oil change on my 2021 Toyota Tacoma, returning for my second of three oil changes as part of their accelecare package. After taking the truck back, the service guy who checked my truck in came and told me the oil cap was missing and that someone had likely tampered with it or taken it. I had a very hard time believing that someone would tamper with or remove my oil cap. He argued with me on the plausibility that they had left it off after the previous oil change, and said he would get me a new oil cap the next day since there weren t any around, on my dime. Ended up talking to the service manager who was very apologetic, said this was unacceptable, and offered to replace the missing cap. I still have one more oil change/additional service from them, but I don t trust anyone other than the service manager enough to perform the maintenance well. Disappointed with how I was treated and that these guys left my oil cap off between oil changes and who knows what got into the reservoir.Another heads up, these folks always try to sell unnecessary things to my wife whenever she brings the truck in for scheduled maintenance before they ve even looked at it.

They overfilled my brand-new car with oil for the first oil change. Make sure to check the dipstick before you leave them. This is the 3rd incident with this location. Will never come back. You lost a customer with 3 Toyotas. Jean was my rude unprofessional service advisor

Came in to get my 2016 Corolla checked out.. Oscar Casares would have to be my go-to. He is very informative and will answer any and all questions I have about my car. Very detailed in his explanations. And makes sure you are taken care of if you need to be somewhere while waiting for your car. Definitely recommend appointing him as an advisor.

Don t use Toyota service when you there. Only drop off your car one day before.Oil change just 2-4 hours will take. ( except express service)

Brought my Tundra in for fluid changes, they didn't refill the coolant reservoir, left hoses loose, and now a maintenance required light is on the dash. I spent over $2k there.

I want to give a huge shoutout to Ernest for repairing and looking after my car so well! Throughout the process, he maintained excellent communication and fulfilled his commitment to return my car to me by the end of the week. Without a doubt, he will be my go-to advisor from now on.Moreover, I must mention that this location has consistently delivered exceptional service, especially when it comes to check-ups and maintenance. Whenever I have an appointment, I can typically expect to be in and out within an hour or so. Keep up the outstanding work!Services: Tires, Tire rotations, Vehicle Inspection, Wheel alignment, Oil change

I drove my car to dealership because I heard some noise below the car. Gus was my service contact. I was told they didn't find anything. On my way home, I noticed the car couldn't accelerate on highway. Then when I drove it the second time, the check engine light came on. I had to drive it back to dealership and paid $199 diagnostic fee. They said the Mass air flow sensor needs to be replaced for $485. My local shop told me I could replace it by myself. I cleaned it first. The car runs perfectly fine.I trusted this dealership for years. It is not close to my home but I kept going back. But this time the MAF malfunctioning was very suspicious. The car was accelerating when I brought it to dealership. When I drove out, the MAF failed. I will not go back again!

So far, Carlos the service advisor has provided a customer service that is far beyond my expectations . There was a mix up in scheduling but he was still able to get me in right away. He gave me honest timeframes with updates as needed. When I had a concern post- service , he provided me very reasonable solutions (no other representatives that I have spoken to offered as such). He even helped work around my hectic schedule to find a time convenient for me. I have another appointment soon and look forward to updating this post with hopefully the same feedback on 5- star service !!Service: Auto maintenance

Went for routine multi-point inspection and oil change. Thanh, who was not my service manager, went out of his way to help me enable opening my car windows remotely with key fob. This feature s availability depends on your vehicle. So tremendously helpful to let out steam from the car during crazy hot Houston summer before getting in the car! Really appreciate Thanh s excellent and expert customer service!

I bought a used 2018 Toyota Corolla at a Honda dealership north of town. Although the car came with two key/fob combos none of the remote buttons (lock, unlock, trunk open, panic) worked on either key. However, the metal portion of each key started the car just fine.I took the fobs apart, each had a battery. I hooked the batteries up to a voltmeter and each measured a steady 3 volts. Also, considering the car and remote are less than one-year-old, I would think the batteries would be fine.My thought was that maybe, as a security feature, the car was dis-associated with the fobs. Thus, the fobs needed to be reprogrammed to work with the car again. However, all newer Toyotas require special equipment and software to program fobs -- therefore requiring me to go to the dealership. At the dealership, I explained the problem and they tell me it will be $170 to reprogram the keys. Fine. They take the car and I proceed to the lounge area.About an hour later, I get a call asking me to come out to the service area. There, the guy servicing my car, Edwin, explains to me "these keys aren't Toyota keys". He points my attention to the chrome Toyota logo on the back of the fob. He says "look how the logo is wavy and rumpled, this isn't real". I quickly point out that there is a thin layer of plastic protecting the chrome logo (as is common on new electronics). After removing the thin layer of plastic, the chrome Toyota logo appears perfectly normal.Edwin then decides to further show me how "fake" my car keys are. To do this, he takes one of my fobs apart and then says "look I have another customer key here, let me show you the difference". He then proceeds to open the cover on the other "real" key to show me that mine is *not* a genuine Toyota key.To his own astonishment, the two were identical inside. Each had a "DENSO" italicized logo. The FCC ID, IC, and Model number were all printed the same (same font, same size, same color, same position). Each fob then has its own unique ID printed in larger lighter characters near the top. Again, same font, same size, same color, same position. The only difference was the individual characters (each fob has a unique ID).Then, finding nothing different, Edwin points to the string of characters on my fob and says "these aren't Toyota numbers". What was the point of that demonstration and comparison? To show me a string of characters then claim something that requires trust in his knowledge anyway?I have included pictures of my "not Toyota" key (but, in reality, OEM and genuine).I put it quite simply that "the fob looks OEM to me". Edwin replies, "I don't know what you want to do". I ask "how much it would be to make an entirely new key" -- "it would cost $240 and would have to be special ordered". I just ask for my car back, Edwin hands me the key and points to the nearby adjacent exit lane. However, my car is not there. He then says "oh, they have it out back" and then takes the keys from me and disappears "out back".A few minutes later, I see him hastily driving my car across the back of the service area to the exit lane. I get in and drive away quite frustrated.I then drive to an independent car locksmith nearby. About 5 minutes after arriving, the independent locksmith puts new batteries in the fobs and that solves the issue completely. Yup, just needed new batteriesBasically, I wasted an hour of time at this service center just to hear a bunch of poorly thought-out lies. The only silver lining is that I wasn't charged anything and now I know to avoid this service center.

Came with appointment. They made me back out and go to some other place I guess for 2nd class customers. What to do? Had to look for a tech to find out what's what. I don't even know what they did with the car. Super pushy to sell other stuff though. Not even a car wash. Employees there looked how to put it: tired. I know I won't be back!

Best experience ever. We wanted to thank BK and Johnathaon Matos for all their help and support on our new purchase on a 2023 Toyota RAV4. Both of these gentlemen were on point through the whole process very attentive and had all the answers to all our question. Overall best experience we ve had in buying a new car.

Lack of communication and customer update on service. Waited four and half hours to have my vehicle serviced only flipped service prices, some of the service advisers are inexperienced and pre occupied with so many customers they lose their senses and forgot other long awaited customer. Eventually I was sent home without having my car serviced

I would give it a higher score but what I experienced today I have never encountered before..Part of it's my fault because I didn't make appointment and due to the fact that I didn't everyone just kept walking by me..I had to get out of my car to talk with one of the guys. Which was very nice..i was told the wait was about 2 hours..One man told he'll be back and never came back to see what I wanted. Other guys were sitting at their Computers but noone ask me what I needed..Plus my car was the only one in line. The one guy did come back to take my number sign to throw it away..I just told him I would leave and go home and schedule my appointment so I wouldn't be walked over.. Customer service is very important and today was bad. All someone had to do was check to see what kind of services I needed and everything would have been fine..I'm going to go back but schedule appointment first.

Always treated very well. Ernest Umana is my guy. I would recommend him to anyone coming here for their first time. All my times here, I've never heard anyone complain about the service they've received.

Customers beware of fraudulent and unnecessary charges. Ernest helped me with my services yesterday for oil change, keys, and windshield sign on dashboard. I asked for a key fob and was quoted $314 out the door and Ernest told me $50 for windshield washer repair but at checkout they charged me $448 for both and "Low windshield fluid" sign right back after a few miles. When I cashier, they don't talk about charges and just take payments. When they called Ernest he said we are charging you cheap. I'll remove the hose again if you want us to remove the charges (the part was only $20 according to Ernest). I signed up AcceleCare for 3 oil change but now regretting my decision. Also, never scheduled an appointment. I scheduled an appointment and they were taking care of customer coming without appointment before me and I was waiting for a long time for my assigned rep. I really hope this review help others project against high charges for no reason.

In short you will get nothing but an attitude, clueless cashiers that doesn't know that they are charging you but will know how to take the money, be ready to lose at least 5 hours of your life because service people will lie to you about time estimate just so you go away. Oh, and don't even try to ask random people for help because they'll say things just so you go away. Service advisors, cashiers, parts personnel are irritated by your questions and presence. This little review won't change anything but you really have other options than this trash dumpster.Service: Oil change

I came for my factory maintenance that I always do normally and professionally by the staff however that guy called advisor Mike kept insisting on services i am not interested in and giving high prices than the one on the website anyways i agreed with him to do the factory service after tax in 80'$ and he told me to do something else that i already did!! Anyways he took the car then called me to do another thing throttle clean and the total would be 300's $ !!!! I told him just give the factory and he said ok 97$ ??? He kept over charging and changing his words to the point i got frustrated and left the facility without maintenance!!This is a really awful and unprofessional encounter and i am not happy at all I can't even trust their maintenance anymore having such untrustworthy advisor I didn't drive one hour for nothing this is really absurdService: General repairs & maintenance

Will not honor the competitor's coupons and told me to go to that particular dealership for oil change. He was busy on the phone. I had been coming here since 1993.
