If I could I would leave zero!!! Save yourself headache and take your Luxury vehicle somewhere else. Took my 15k miles GX for oil change and after coming back home discovered oil everywhere in the engine bay. The tech must have spilled half quarter oil in the bay, even jiffy lube does a more decent job. Now the engine bay that was clean as whistle will look like garbage after road grime accumulation over all spilled oil. I tried to clean as much but it s basically everywhere. To prove it see the photos.

Good clean atmosphere with complimentary snacks and coffee . I received my 12k mile service . I'm very excited and happy and pleased .

2:23 PM My service advisor is very thorough. Having my 30K service on my 2016 GS F. He offered a loaner, but I declined, so I'm waiting comfortably at the dealership.I'm looking forward to having my car highly detailed next week.

I have been using this facility for the last 6 years. The service has been top march and their procedures are great. My advisor Jesse has been excellent with guiding me through the service process.

I Had oil leaking on my way near service center, so I felt let them check it out last night Friday , left car over there due to transmission output axle shaft oil seal not set it right, and charged me 4 hours labor fee $ 792. it can be done within 2 hours according to book for replace a new rubber seal, the advisor Justin is insisting on estimates charging and bad reputation for this company.Car was in shop 1 hour before closing, and got my car back 2 hours after opening Saturday 2/25. No techs will work after closing, scammer. I was asking for manager but said not available lier.This kind of charge , I had to sign the paperwork and paid the invoice # 1234901 in order to get my car back for work again. Overcharging service center and commission base advisor is not helpful at all , those people once get money will not come out from their pockets again . Refund me and don t say you can not find me for any kind of excuses to work with quotes again..you got all my information at car loaner Updated after 2 months of whining sound came out , checked the transmission oil level, it was a quarter shortage.. car is ruined

Went in for a recall on my car, had stellar service with each representative I came into contact with. Kevin and Lisa were both super nice, and it was nice to feel no pressure in buying anything or upselling any costs when I got the bill. Also another plus point- they wiped the car down (for loaner) for extra precautions to ensure safety of all of their clients! Brownie points from me!EDIT/ had to go from 5 stars to 3 stars for when I picked up my car that was being serviced. Was promised a car wash, didn t happen. They took my mats without cleaning the dust or trash on them just threw them in my truck for me to clean (not a full service type of place). And to top it off, they were clueless as to where my car was, and made me walk across the campus to pick it up (didn t even go the extra mile to bring the car to me). Was thoroughly disappointed in the lack of customer service upon arrival of picking up the car that was serviced through the dealership.

My appointments are always lost, rescheduled, I'm first in line but last one given acknowledgement to, never seen a complimentary wash or inspection as noted on the website... what's the point of this location?Westside in Katy is so much better. Take a few pages from their book.

Bumper clips were laying in the trunk. Front bumper wasn t clipped in. Someone cracked the new engine cover that service king just replaced. Emailed the advisor & his manager. No response. Unacceptable.

Malfunctioning door handle sensors on my 2019 RX350 locked my 16-month old baby inside on a 100 degF day in Texas with the key fob inside!! I had to call 911 to have the fire department rescue my child from this lemon. I purchased this vehicle new from Sterling McCall Lexus and always had it serviced there. I called Lexus to file a claim since this is not the first time I ve had issues with these sensors but it WILL be the last when it endangers the life of a 1 year old baby. Sterling McCall Lexus Service Center did NOTHING!!! Unbelievable and by far the worst service I have ever experienced. Total lack of care for the SAFETY of their customers.Update: I was promised remote start as a solution to faulty door sensors. I have yet to see Sterling McCall cover these fees. This facility and their management should be ashamed of themselves. Highly recommend to find another Lexus dealer!

Hadn't been there for a while for maintenance. Everyone was friendly. I had my own Service Rep, Marcos. He provided a clear estimate of work needed, provided me with loaner car, got my car finished ahead of schedule. Adhered to their work estimation. Any applicable ongoing sales discounts were applied without having to ask. Everything was completed correctly. Plus they washed the outside, wiped down and vacuumed the inside of vehicle. We are in business.

Great place and staff seems nice but two stars are not there because, 1) I requested a rental car which I had for free and they told me I didn t request it. And later on paper I did saw I requested it. 2) I was told that there will be car wash for free but they didn t do that as well. Waited 2 hours just for car service which is normal for dealership but now have to wait additional 40 mins just fir car wash. And yes I will get the free car wash lol. Just don t lie to your loyal customers that s all. Thanks. I posted a pics showing I did request a loaner, tried my best to hide my information.

As a business owner of over 100 employees, I constantly am on my team about excelling and providing the ultimate customer experience. Our goal every time and aim, is to turn the would be one time or casual customer into becoming a raving fan of our services, so they become a repeat customer. This leaves a lasting impression and is the best way to grow your bottom line exponentially.Fast forward to my experience with Sterling McCall. You have to literally call this place 10 TIMES just to get an answer. Secondly, no one even returns calls in a timely fashion. (Called and left a message twice, never got a call back until I had to call back once again)This is a direct reflection of the employee training and who they decide to hire, as every customer inquiry should be treated as high priority throughout the whole experience, not thrown to the wayside until you call multiple times.In these uncertain times and people struggling to hold onto their jobs, there definitely needs to be a refocus on the customer service experience, starting from the beginning, ANSWERING THE PHONE AND RETURNING TO YOUR CUSTOMERS NEEDS WITHIN A REASONABLE TIME!!This instance was definitely used in a weekly operational meeting with my team as an learning example of how not to treat the customer.Hopefully Sterling McCall gets the customer service experience right

We have had a Lexus for years and love the service but let me tell you Marcos takes it to the next level. He is the best service advisor, took his time and helped me out. We needed brakes changed and he handled all that for me to still get the car out early enough for me to return the loaner and get to pick up my kids. Won t be working with anyone but him!Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Wheel alignment, Brakes, Brake service & repair, Oil change

This place is ALWAYS Busy but run very efficiently!Amber took care of me from Drive Up to Drive Out. They even complimentarily washed the vehicle after the 5K mile service.They even make the wait bearable with snacks, coffee bar, flat screens, comfy leather seating and even a QUIET ROOM where no talking on cell phones is allowed. Brilliance!!!Kudos!

Ok, so they only got better after their renovations. Customer service is still top notch and atmosphere in lobby is still very much relaxed. They did remove the iPad rental while you wait, but I'm sure they had their reasons.. but please consider bringing it back for those of us that need the entertainment during the extended waiting period please. You guys still have my 5 stars.

I gave them 2 stars as I was unhappy with technical services but the manager took care of my issues in a professional and timely manner. He was very knowledgeable about my car issues and so was newly assigned to my car technician . Do not expect knowledgeable technical services as some technicians know what they are doing and some have not a clue and need more training and/ or experience. But, surprisingly, even experience does not equal there as knowledge. Sometimes u may need to take your car for a second opinion to your trusted mechanic and do not think that if its service provided by Lexus , you get the best. I appreciate manager's help and also two thumbs up to IT team at Lexus you are great at explaining and teaching customers how to use all the electronics.

Although I had gotten my safety recall procedure done in December, last week I got a call requesting another one. I asked time and again if they checked records and are sure my car still needs one.Anyways, I drove all the way and went in only to hear, "Oops! You're right, yours is already done."Seriously? That was so unprofessional, when I even requested to recheck records and confirm if I still needed this appointment. No compensation for my lost time, energy and money.

I went to the Sterling Service Department to get an old change on my RX350. The service representative advise me to replace the passenger side front and both rear tires because they were unsafe in additional to the oul change, etc. The cost to replace them was $786 plus taxes. I agreed to do the service for over $1000 and left the car at the Dealership. When I went back to pick the car the next day, I noticed the have a new tire and the old tire on the front, which caused to car the car to to jolt when you press the break above 40 miles an hour. Neither did I received the complimentary car wash. I payed the bill(over $1000k) and left. About 20 minutes later the service rep contact me to asked me when I was going to pick the car(I guess they were not aware). I explained them the situation and the rep asked me to bring the csr back to for them to take a look. I then drove the car on the road with a technician and he mentioned the sudden shock the car make when we pressed on the brake was because of the rotor or the brake path. We went back and I agreed to the change the brake(I do not want my family driving an unsafe vehicle). The rep quote $365 for taxes plus taxes. They did not honor the 10% discout because according to them the brake path was already a great discount price. I immediately realized they were too money hungry and left the store because It felt to me they were not focusing on the customer experience. They are charging a premium service fee for a lousy service.

Trying to get of parts is so hard. No one ever picks up the phone. Weekday or Saturday. You have to catch them sitting at the desk next to thier phone doing nothing otherwise good luck. I've been on hold for over 20 mins. Called 3 times prior to that. No one picks up.

Been coming here for years, but this time they did not honor their own coupon and added extra 30$ charges, which seems unfair. They have good business not sure why they had to resort to this tactic, not happy.

Changed their loaner car policy. Also, they discontinued drop off service along with Valet pickup. Might have to change the service location next time.

Came to Sterling McCall to purchase a vehicle. The sales person was great, however after finalizing the details with the finance team, I was lied to and manipulated in believing the best Interest rates available. I spoke to their finance director to rectify the situation and their response was to give me a free car detail for giving me an interest rate double what the same bank was providing. Their team lies and will not acknowledge their mistakes and continue to disrespect their customers. Terrible experience, terrible customer service and terrible dealership. Avoid at all costs

This was my first time bringing my car to Sterling McCall Lexus. I was very impressed when i drove up to meet my service advisor Brian. When I came inside to wait for my car , the waiting area had plenty of space with free Wi-fi 2 TV's. a bar with fresh coffee and refreshments. Also , there is a quiet waiting area separated. Service was good.

This is the most sophisticated customer care and service department that I've ever seen. High volume but great communication and thorough setting.
