Got my first car purchase in the US with extremely smooth and satisfied experience overall. Jerry Chen is a very patient and knowledgeable salesperson! I had some difficulty in the process and called him several times in the day to ask lots of questions, but he always helped me navigate each of them very conscientiously! The showroom also has several flexible payment options! Highly recommended for your next car purchase or services!

Very disappointed. You can fix your car pretty much everywhere but you go to the Lexus dealership because they know what they are doing and they provide that luxury service. In my experience- both are untrue for this dealership. There was a fuel tank recall last year, they fixed the issue for free. Spilled gas in my back carpet floor and send it home with me. It smelled like I was at a gas station. It was so bad, they had to detail it 3 times before they got rid of the smell. But they did take care of it. Today- my front and rear suspension needed to be replaced. Spent around 2K and just very disappointed to see the car given back as dirty as it did. I think the least you can do is wash my car after I just spent that much money. Not sure if that s how a luxury dealership operates but this was not always the case. I mean charging me 2k for 1 front suspension and 1 back suspension is crazy enough. But at least wash the car.My service specialist was amazing though, he took really good care of me. I highly recommend Matt.

Great place. Ask for Jerry Chen or Danh Nguyen. They are my salesman. It took me less than one hour to have a great deal for 2023 GX460. The whole process was very transparent and the salesmen are super nice, friendly, and straightforward!

Don t purchase a used car here! I bought a low mileage Lexus from out of state. Salesman stated it had a couple small blemishes from driving but nothing major. Car came in and had a hole in the bumper, huge scratch down the side, heat didn t work, missing spare tire, and check engine light came on the first ten minutes of driving. I emailed the salesman and GM with no response. Once they get your money, they are fine with you!

It was amazing! When I first came to the dealership I wasn t sure I wanted to purchase a Lexus. I looked at RX and hailey benefited was able to explain all of the differences and I ended up getting RX350 luxury and I loved it. Hailey went over all of the features and when I eventually decided to purchase the 2024 Lexus RX 350 luxury she helped me keep my payment under a certain amount while still adding additional warranty products. I love my new car and would definitely recommend Hailey benefited and Sterling McCall Lexus to anyone!

I ve been going to Sterling mccall lexus since I first got my driver s license as a teenager and I can t imagine going anywhere else for the consistency in quality of service all these years. Marlon Romero has been a great service consultant with each Lexus I ve driven that needed maintenance. He s upfront with the service and pricing and makes sure I m satisfied with the results. As for the sales side, Juan Cano was very accommodating and patient with me when it came to choosing my recent Lexus. I was eyeing one of the models on the floor and without question he let me test drive it and I fell in love with a model I never thought I would get. He made the leasing process smooth and followed up to make sure I was satisfied with my car. I often speak about the service I get from Sterling McCall Lexus to my other friends with their other brand cars and nothing compares.

I made an appointment for an oil and filter change. While service advisor, Keith, was writing up my service ticket, another male at the dealership started checking my tires on my vehicle in front of me. When I spoke to this unknown male, he never acknowledged me. As a female customer, I felt disrespected and dismissed. I also received a repair ticket from the service department citing several expensive items needing repair due to leaking but they omitted citing a broken tire sensor light and worn windshield wipers on my car. In addition, my air conditioning was blowing cold air on the way to my service appointment and is now not blowing cold air. I will not be returning for service at this dealership.

What a beautifull experience!I bought my LX600 from this dealer, the staff and the dealer in general was just an amazing experience. My Sales Person Mr. ROCK BRAILSFORD and Finance Manager Mr. JOHN WARREN know what they were doing and took time to explain everything in detail. My concerns were addressed to my satisfaction.You know this is coming from my heart because my wife who was 8 months pragnent at the time and we were there at the dealership with our 2.5 year old so things were on edge for everything.Process so smooth and pleasant that we actually enjoyed our time at the dealership, so mush so that I took my brother with me to get his new ride from Mr. BRAILSFORD a month later.Thank you again TeamGreat job.

This location sold me my certified pre-owned 2017 RX 350 with the 4 wrong-sized tires and NEVER APOLOGIZED for it. Driving my car in this condition could have caused an accident, which could have taken my life. I had to escalate the issue all the way up to the GM in order for anyone to pay attention to my very valid issue, and even then, I never received an apology from any of the managers I dealt with, which included service manager, Paul Zapata; Larry Miller, Director of Service; and the general manager, Joey Dupuis.In the interest of transparency, this issue was discovered on 3/15/2023, but it has taken me over a year to recover from the mistreatment I endured. And to provide more context, I am a woman and am a person of color (Mexican-American). I mention this detail because I do feel I was dismissed in a way that someone who is in a more privileged position, would not have been dismissed.Here are all the details, which are all documented with an extensive paper trail, which is why I plan on taking legal action against Lexus (I m in the process of interviewing lawyers now)-Timeline1. Purchased car 1/11/21. Lexus should have sold me a car with the correct-size tires, but I was sold a certified pre-owned vehicle that passed a 27-point inspection, with 4 wrong-sized tires.2. I got this vehicle serviced at this Lexus location 4 times:a. 3/16/2022b. 5/27/2022c. Date unknown but I do have the invoice somewhere d. 3/15/20233. 10/10/2023- I had to replace 2 tires, and I decided to purchase them from Discount Tire as they have an EXTENSIVE warranty available. Discount Tire installed the correct-size tires on my car, and at that time, I made the decision to purchase warranties on all 4 tires 2 of which were the incorrect-size tires that Lexus installed and again, I was still completely unaware of this.4. 3/15/23- At approximately 9:30am, I arrive for my 40,000-mile oil change and maintenance service at this Lexus location. At approximately 12-12:15pm, Matthew returned my car to me, and I was told that everything was fine aside from recommending that my front brakes will need to be replaced soon. When I exited Lexus and turned onto the feeder of 59, I noticed a notification I had never seen before turn on, continue flashing and my car was unable to accelerate. I immediately returned to Lexus, and I visited with Matthew and Paul (Paul Zapata, the service manager) who informed me they would take my vehicle to the back and take a look. 5. 3/15/23- I expected this to be a quick fix, maybe someone hit a button they shouldn t have, but I had no way of knowing that this was going to turn into an issue that has been 1 year, 2 months and now 5 days (back when this was brought to my attention on 3/15/2023) in the making.*This review is much longer, but I'm not sure how I can leave the full review due to the character count. I am able to provide more details to anyone who would like to review them. *

I recently purchased a GX460, and overall, the sales process wasn't too challenging. The salesman Thien was responsive and helpful initially, but unfortunately, things took a downturn once the purchase was finalized. Upon inspecting the car at home, I discovered a crack on the fog light, and to my surprise, I was only provided with one set of keys.Despite reaching out multiple times via phone calls and email the following day, I received no response. It felt as though the salesman's responsiveness vanished as soon as the sale was made, which has left me with a disheartening impression of the dealership. This experience has made me question my decision to purchase from them.I am now contemplating whether I should return the vehicle in the next few days if these issues remain unresolved. Furthermore, during the trade-in process for my Honda, I was surprised to see a $1300 deduction from the agreed trade-in value. This deduction was attributed to what was considered 'major' cosmetic damage, despite my assessment indicating 'moderate' damage on the appraisal questionnaire.I expected fair treatment during the trade-in process, as well as receiving a car with no defects and proper documentation, including two sets of keys. Unfortunately, these expectations were not met. Moving forward, I hope for prompt resolution to these issues and improved communication from the dealership, especially after a sale has been made.

I am really frustrated and lost trust on McCall Lexus. I got my new 2023 Lexus ES for 2nd Service after couple of days it was found the lug nuts were not secured properly. Fortunately the wheel didtn't come out while driving. I lost a day towing the car to dealership and was offered free 15K service.When I went to perform my 15K service the service technician insisted not to do oil change and he didn't. Where as on their website it strongly recommends to change the oil every 5K.No Sure, why McCall Lexus service is so pathetic .

Great job!. In response to a recall, Sterling McCall Lexus got my airbag replaced on my classic SC 430. My rep, Michael was very professional. The service in itself was timely executed.Even had the 2024 ES 350 for a couple of days on the house. Now I m eyeing those as in my next upgrade too. Or not.

I had such a great experience here. Imad Khan came into work on his day off just so that I can get into the car I wanted. I d definitely recommend working with him on your next car purchase/lease, whether new or pre-owned. Even before coming to the dealership he was pretty clear with what to expect. I didn t feel rushed or pushed into getting things I didn t want, which has happened at other dealerships in the past. Everything was straightforward and the process was pretty quick compared to my past car purchases.

I have been with Sterling McCall for many years. Always fantastic service. Today I had a new service writer. Michael was super! He understood exactly what I wanted done today. He checked to verify the tires I additionally wanted were in stock, prior to my appointment. It was a busy day today. But, Michael kept me informed, and got me out exactly when he predicted things would be finish. It was a good day!
