Recently got my first-ever car from here and the experience was great. I was helped by Allan who from the start showed me the cars I was interested in, did not pressure me into anything I did not want, and worked with my family and me to get the best deal I could. He answered all our questions and made the process so easy!!

I drove into the service bay and before I could put the car into park someone was there to greet me and check me in. I did not have an appointment, however I was treated as if I did. It was my plan to leave my vehicle and take the shuttle back to work, as I was on my lunch break. The shuttle was gone for awhile and my plan was falling a part. My service advisor understood my concern, called me a Lyft driver and got me back to work. If that wasn't good enough, he called me another Lyft driver to pick me up when my car was ready AND he found me an online coupon to lower the cost of my service bill! I've been to other Honda dealerships, but this one is, by far, the best one! This is not the first time I've gotten good service here, however this is my first service review. I feel compelled to do this review since this dealership has performed well over time with consistency. It has become a predictable pattern of good business behavior. That being said, my car is old and it is just about time to past it down to my teenager and purchase another. You can bet your bottom dollar that I won't purchase at any of those other Honda dealerships (Honda of Spring, Cleo Bay Honda). Sterling McCall Honda gets my business 100%.

Mr. Jessie was my rep. I read on his desk that he has 25 years with the company. He was extremely nice. I received texts, a video and or emails explaining what was needed for my car. I had the right to say yes or no. The atmosphere was good also. Thank you for making my visit great Sterling McCall Honda.

Everyone at Honda MCCall is courtesy and quick to acknowledge you & help even on the phone. In a day where it s hard to find good customer service, I really appreciate that. Jesse was great. He called and let me know the services they were recommended. He also informed me about the recall and even though he didn t have the parts right now, he said someone would call me back in when the received them to replace them. All services provided were done quickly ( within 2 hrs) and communication was great. I dropped my car and took the shuttle home. Even this service was quick and the guy was so polite. I am happy to say that you guys rock and all 5 stars from me.Theresa Roberts

I recently visited for a recall check on my car, and the experience was incredibly disappointing. My advisor, Caroline, informed me that the check would take approximately 35 minutes. However, I ended up waiting for over two hours without any updates or communication about the status of my car.To my surprise, when I finally inquired about the delay, I was informed that there was nothing wrong with my car, and the inspection had been completed quite some time ago. It's unacceptable that I was left waiting for hours without being informed that my car was ready.This lack of communication and disregard for my time is unacceptable. As a customer, I expect better service and transparency from a reputable dealership like Honda. I hope they take this feedback seriously and improve their customer service practices in the future.

After searching for over a month, for the model and color I wanted. I found it on The Sterling Mccall website on 6/26/23. Then I did the online application and was contacted by Mali Evans of the sales department, his call came faster than any of the companies I had been dealing with in my search for this car. Mali was more knowledgeable and helpful than all of the sales people I had dealt with in my search for this car. He guided me through the application via a few easy emails and I was approved. Came in to test drive and finalize on 6/28/23. I would have picked it up the next day but I had to take off of work since I live 3 hours away. The whole process from when I arrived including the test drive was around 1.5 hours. This was absolutely the best car buying experience I have ever had. Every one at Sterling McCall Honda are the best in the business and Mali Evans is the CHAMP

Go to Traveon Boyd!! Phenomenal person to work with, and gave us the most competitive pricing in the Houston area. I went to 5 dealerships and I should ve saved my time and just bought from Traveon from the get-go. Can t recommend enough!!

Overall good, better than many other Honda dealers. Had to return for correction to a couple of issues they were sloppy with. They gave me all possible price discounts that they could. Service writer was great, kept me well informed. I will definitely be back, they have earned my repeat business.

Came to the dealership to have my CRV checked out for a constant vibration at high speeds. The worker was able to diagnose the situation quickly and also discovered that something else was wrong with the car. I did not opt to get my car repaired. The guy at the front desk was really nice and did not charge me for a diagnosis of the vehicle. I was really surprised.The customer service was excellent.I would recommend this place for your car service needs.

Ok this review has nothing to do with the sales or finance department. These departments are stellar. But the negativity is completely the service department. My car started having electrical problems: alarm going off out of nowhere; car not shutting off etc. I had it taken to the dealership. What made me mad and not trust this service department is before they even figured out what was wrong with my car. They send me a quote for some unnecessary minor things like flushing my coolant and other nonsense that had nothing to do with what was going on with my car. I literally got no update on the actual problem all day. But they sure sent me a $400 quote on stupid stuff. I ended up just trading the car in because it was obvious something major was wrong.. but lets the flush the coolant on a car that won t run. It was ridiculous. Anyway my car buying experience was a great one.. my problem only lays with the service department. They take advantage of people.

I in morally had a bad experience, emailed the GM and Mali reached out. I had already been dealing with a different dealer for 5 days trying to get the deal structured correctly for approval. Mali asked me for 15 minutes and said he would get it done. True to his word his team and Effran in finance got me squared away in the vehicle I wanted. They now have a lifetime customer when I need another. Purchased a Civic SI, honestly one of the smoothest experiences ever.

Took my new Ridgeline in for very minor warranty situation.My Service Advisor, Keisha couldn't have been more pleasant nor easier to work with.She told me the vehicle should be ready in 2 hours; it was ready in 1 hour 30 min. AND, with problem fixed and free car wash.Very highly recmmend their service Dept.

Disheartening Experience - Unfulfilled Warranty Promise I recently purchased a 21 Honda Pilot from this dealership and, unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory. My dissatisfaction stems from the misleading information provided during the purchase of the bumper-to-bumper warranty.I was sold on the idea that the warranty would cover all types of problems, only to discover that it exclusively applies to OEM parts. This was never communicated to me at the time of purchase. Consequently, when I brought my car in for a headlight service, I was shocked to learn that the warranty didn't cover the aftermarket parts in my vehicle, leaving me with a hefty out-of-pocket expense.The service process further exacerbated my frustration. The first day my Pilot was held for hours, only to be informed at the end of the day that the service would be carried out the next day. The following day, after investing more time, I was told that nothing could be done, resulting in a complete waste of my time and resources.I have been a loyal customer for years, having purchased two cars within the last year. It is disheartening to see the lack of support and transparency in the service process, especially considering the trust I have placed in this dealership. The finance manager, Joseph, assured me that the warranty would cover potential issues, yet the reality has been quite the opposite.I am not seeking a handout; all I ask is for the dealership to honor the warranty as promised or refund the money I paid for it. My wife and I have lived in NC,PA,MI,CA and in now reside here in the Great State of Texas, we have serviced vehicles at the Honda Dealerships in those states. All I can say is that Sterling McCall Honda has been the best dealership we dealt with thus far. In the last three years, I have been servicing my three vehicles there and they never disappointed. Most recently, my service rep, Jacob Walsh went above and beyond to ensure we were taken care of. Chris was very patient to answer my questions. And his answers were very helpful.An update: I am puzzled to find out that another dealer found a nail in the tire. I had asked you to check on 25k check. But even after that. I kept having a low tire pressure issue, and also went back and mentioned that the warning was coming back in an increasingly shorter time span. I had to drive on highway, with a nail in one of the tires I specifically showed my concern about. Even a cashier told me that can happen. Right, of course. My point is about assurance. I tried to make sure there is no such issue but it didn't work right. 25k check was not of any help, a waste of money and a greater risk. Really lucky is nonaccident and a good dealer service guy found it out in a half hour. After buying Honda cars nearly 59 years, I am very disappointed.

Would not ever recommend this dealership to anyone. I have had nothing but the worst car buying experience of my lifetime here. I have owned 7 other Hondas, all from another dealership and always had the best experience in the world. This one, sadly, fits all the bad stereo types a car dealerships have. Protect your investment and money and go any place else.

I just bought a 2024 Honda CR-V Hybrid Sport-L AWD.Julie J. was my Salesperson. She made it her mission to satisfy my every need during the purchase.I'm very happy with my purchase. I'd recommend anyone who's looking for a quality vehicle to go to Sterling McCall Honda. The Sales Manager made sure I was getting the best deal possible.Julie J. made sure I was familiar with the Car's multiple functions. Julie the salesperson was extremely customer friendly and provided me with a good number of options within my budget. Sri the manger was super friendly and helped me understand how the price point varies for different models and what would be ideal based on my needs. What I liked is he was straight to the point and did not beat around the bush. Also, kind enough to offer coffee lol. Finally, Ryan the finance manager was very knowledgeable and informative. Explained patiently the questions I asked him onthe credit history and it's impact on APR all that stuff... overall they provided me the info that I need to make an economical selection..it was a happy purchase!!!! Highly recommend the dealership!!!

If I could give zero stars, I would. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.I spoke with Traveon Boyd on the phone before coming to the lot. He said, we have a big selection to choose from over 500 cars on 9 lots We go to the lot and he shows me one vehicle and says it s the only option. I loved the car so I bought it. AFTER signing the loan paperwork, Tre comes out and says well, you can t take the car today.. it hasn t gone through service yet. I told him that was a major problem because I needed a car for work. He says I can take the car but plan to bring it back for service next week. I took the car back for service. They had it for 2 days and called me to come pick it up. When I got the car back, it was in worse condition than before. They put me in a Chevy spark for a loaner and said they d try to fix the car again. 3 days later, they called and said I had to choose a different car because they couldn t fix it. After going back and forth for a week, they said I had one vehicle to choose from again.. a jeep. We ended up having to cancel our loan so we can go somewhere else to buy a vehicle.Going to Sterling McCall was nothing but a waste of time and resources.I highly recommend nobody buys a car from them.
