My car came back looking better than ever! Tony gave great customer service through the entire process. I felt this was a honest and upfront shop. My expected completion date was moved back due to the shop receiving my replacement parts and the parts had defects. Tony communicated that to me and said they returned them to get better quality parts. I really appreciated that and I knew I was in good hands. I would say getting more updates would ve added to the experience but overall I d rate the whole process 5/5.Services: Tires, Painting, Body & Trim

Ecstatic about the repairs on my vehicle is an understatement. I had gotten into an accident in my 2023 Toyota Tacoma with 300 miles on it first week owned. They had my vehicle towed immediately and started repairs. From the fender to the paint and inner workings, front end, and alignment the truck came out beautiful. The repairs were completed on time, and Danny kept in touch every other day with updates, and photos replies within minutes. Thank you to all the service people who took a hand in repairs through the busy holiday season. It is back on the road for some more fishing trips this weekend!

One of the best experiences ever w auto repairs! Danny was very professional and kept me informed along the way. The text message updates were awesome to have. Once I dropped my truck off I didn t have to deal w insurance again from there!

My experience over the phone when I first inquired about bringing my car was fine. However, I was told that my car would take about 4-5 days now I cannot get an update unless I constantly call, I m now on day 12 of my car being in the shop and nothing has been done other than my car has been torn down. At this point I m highly upset because I am paying out of pocket for a rental car and have to turn it in and it s costing my 1k. I went in today because this is ridiculous and asked for a manager and spoke with Danny and he was not helpful at all ! Danny told me what you want me to do How unprofessional is this ?? He showed no empathy, Wasn t apologetic or anything ! I thought customer service is suppose to be number one in his field. He seemed a bit racist I could be wrong. But He couldn t give me any further information about my car because the guy that was working with me has been out sick. I would not recommend this place and I wont be returning as a customer! I would like to speak with someone in the corporate office if possible.

Fast and efficient service. Danny was wonderful. Kept me updated about the status of the repairs of my car. Was in contact with my insurance which made the experience very smooth.

I will never return here. My car got fixed fine. But someone stole $50 cash from my car while at the shop. I called and left two voicemails to the the shop and have not spoken with anyone yet. I called group1 the owner and they asked me to send an email. No one has replied to my email. Good work, horrible service.

It's been over a month and they keep pushing my date back. The communication is horrible. YOU WILL NOT GET A CALL BACK UNLESS YOU KEEP BUGGING. All I get is answering machines. They claim there was additional damage, but failed to specify what it was, and it was minor damage to my car, so either they stretching out the time for insurance to get extra money off the insurance, or they're lying. I'm dealing with Tony over at Falcon Insurance and the experience has NOT been good at all.

Danny and crew are unquestionably THE BEST at what they do. That is, making cars look new again. Superb attention to detail, and the most friendly staff around. Why in the world would you go anywhere else?

Let me explain why I gave 3 stars because although sterling McCall completely revived my vehicle from a bad accident, y'all forgot to bleed my brakes. & When I bled my brakes at our shop, we noticed that y'all over torqued the wheels back on. That's amateur hour for a company like sterling McCall. 3 stars.

My accident was on 8/28, in your shop on 10/9, and got it back on 11/30!!! Steve who handled our case told us about the claim process and warned us about possible supplements and delays. But we had never expected it took two months to get a simple $3100 claim done (the initial was $1900 and 4 days repair allowance) Might be we can take the drivable car home and wait till the final settlement ? We brought it in on 10/9 and did not get our car fixed until 11/30. It was a very frustrating process to watch the back and forth negotiations.

They had my car for over three weeks and I went to get my vehicle from the dealership they just colored in the spot. They didn t do a professional job by taking off the bumper and bondo the spot. So I voiced my concerns and wasn t going to leave it another three weeks. So I had to bring it back a two hour drive.

Sterling McCall Collision Center of Jersey Village did my first repairs on my Honda Accord Sport 2.0 back in November after an accident. They were very efficient and timely and the customer service was beyond exceptional. They touched basis with me every step of the way and always kept me in the loop. Not to mention, the repairs were phenomenal. You'd never guess my car had been wrecked without me telling you. My car was only 36 days only when this happened so they replaced all parts with brand new Honda parts, which I greatly appreciated. I recently took it back last week because of another accident (I know bummer neither have been my fault) to have my bumper replaced & the repairs were done within 4 days and my baby is looking brand spanking new again. I will never bring my car anywhere else. Tony & his team are AMAZINGGGG! Thank you guys so much.

Highly recommend working with Semona if possible. Had truck repairs done over the span of 5 months and was constantly in communication with Semona, who was patient, transparent, and helpful throughout the entire process.

The staff was very friendly and they took their time and did a great job on the repair of my car. They also tried to get used parts where they he could to reduce the cost of the repair. I would highly recommend them.

I am a driver for Enterprise Rent A Car and have picked up and dropped off customers at Sterling Collision for the past 6 years. Literally every customer has expressed positive remarks about the quality of the service and the worked performed on their damaged vehicles. So when my wife backed my beloved F150 into a pole which dented the back bumper I took it to my trusted friend Jeff Skinner at Sterling Collision. In spite of delivery problems and delays that has nothing to do with Sterling, Jeff kept me notified daily. When the parts were delivered my pickup was repaired and ready for me the same day. It was a perfect job and good as new. I highly recommend Sterling Collision. I would go nowhere else for collision repair.Dennis Miller

The work the shop completed on my vehicle was successful and looks like new. However, 1) the communication from the shop regarding updates or delays was essentially non-existent unless I initiated the contact. Over the almost two month period waiting for the repairs to be completed, it would have been nice to not be the only one calling about updates or delay information. 2) A repair need (windshield wiper reservoir is cracked) was missed until I discovered it 3 days after getting the vehicle back. Called the shop and left a message for the employee who managed the initial repair. It's been over a week now. And, unsurprisingly, I've yet to receive any call back or other communication.

I had a self inflicted fender bender on my brand new Yukon Denali. I immediately called the dealership and they told me to take it to Sterling McCall (SM) collision center in Jersey Village. Once I receive the claim and initial estimate from my insurance, SM took over immediately. They initially told me it would take 8 business days to repair if the parts were available. They even had an U we for me to take me back home. Unfortunately there was a slight delay but not bad. I kept receiving texts informing me of the progress. I called one day to see how it was going and they told me the parts were arriving shortly after lunch and if all went well it would be going to quality control shortly thereafter. When I checked the next day they told me that the paint did not pass QC. In strange way I was kinda glad to hear this. I would rather have had it done right and take longer than receive it and been unhappy. Two days later they called to tell me that it was ready to be picked up. When I arrived I was delighted to see that I could not even tell it had been wrecked in the first place. Kudos to SM for a job well done.

A big Thanks to Danny Frayler and his team for taking the time to fix my truck when no other shop would. I had been to several different shops multiple times trying to get a popping noise in my cab fixed. Danny's team took the appropriate measures the first time around and solved the issue that I have been dealing with for two years. They were very polite and professional. I highly recommend them. By far the worst communication of any body shop I have EVER dealt with. I had to call for updates, that would take several day to hear back. Would be transferred to Tony's voicemail, with them knowing he is not in the office. Delays on parts due to ordering the wrong thing over and over again.There were scratches on the vehicle that were not there previously, assuming due to not prepping the area to put the parts down when removing them.(bumper, tailgate).Obvious repair on the rim instead or replacement. Did not even properly paint certain areas.Promised 4 different delivery dates, totaling a full month and a half in for repairs. Originally quoted a month.The work that was done was solid. Only upside.I won't be back.

Very poor communication; we had to consistently follow-up on progress. At times we were told progress was further along than it was. We didn t receive the final estimate until the work was well underway, which wasn't an issue in our situation as we were just responsible for the deductible. When we told them we were coming to check on the car, they informed us they had over buffed the car and had to repaint. A few days and calls later we could finally pick it up however they informed us that quality control identified some places that needed more buffing. We saw a couple, but needed the car as it was well overdue! The inside of the car was filthy, dust everywhere. Very disappointed!

I recently had my vehicle repaired at Sterling McCall Collision of Jersey Village for collision damage. Unfortunately, my overall experience with their services has been quite disappointing, primarily due to the extremely poor communication and substantial delays in completing the repairs.One of the major issues I encountered was the lack of effective communication. Despite numerous attempts to reach out and speak to Tony, the designated point of contact, my calls consistently went unanswered, leading me directly to voicemail. This made it nearly impossible to address concerns or obtain updates regarding the progress of my car's repairs. It was frustrating to consistently encounter such a lack of responsiveness.Initially, I was informed that my car would be ready by July 26th. However, I received notice that the completion date had been pushed back to today, August 3rd, due to the discovery of additional damage. While I understand that unforeseen issues may arise during the repair process, the lack of timely updates and prolonged delays only added to my dissatisfaction.To my dismay, upon contacting the collision center today, I discovered that there were still no updates on the status of my vehicle. Additionally, learning that Tony is currently on vacation further compounded my frustration. It is disheartening to experience a lack of accountability and continuity in the customer service provided.I must admit, I am shocked to see so many five-star reviews for Sterling McCall Collision of Jersey Village. Given my personal experience, which has been marred by poor communication and extended delays, it is difficult for me to reconcile these positive ratings with my own unsatisfactory encounter.Considering the aforementioned challenges, I find it difficult to recommend Sterling McCall Collision of Jersey Village. The poor communication, prolonged delays, and lack of updates have significantly impacted my experience. I hope that they can address these issues and improve their customer service practices to ensure a more satisfactory experience for future customers.

Sterling McCall took my car after an accident for repairs and gave an initial estimate to insurance which indicated that it was not going to be totalled. A month later they started repairs and found more damage which led to it being totalled. We were in a difficult position with insurance telling me they needed me to turn in our rental because we only had 30 days on our policy. But we had just learned our car was going to be totalled! This could have been avoided if Sterling McCall had had a more accurate first estimate or had started the repairs earlier.Service: Body & Trim

Had an accident about a month ago, damages were done to my truck. I was hesitant about deciding where to take it. I am glad I came here. I was assisted by Jeff. He made everything easy since the beginning. He made sure my rental was taken care of. Jeff kept us updated with how the repair process was going. At the end, Jeff made sure everything was of great quality!! I will definitely be coming here again if I need repairs done. Jeff and Danny with the Sterling Mcall team were great! They had to replace the lift gate toy Acadia and the repairs looked great. I will definitely be using them if ever I need a collision center again.

I already knew they would do a great job before I dropped my car off, but they the job in less than 20 days which meant I didn t have to pay any extra for the rental car. I am absolutely in love with the work they performed on my car. I had so many people asking where I got the body work done and GLADLY let them know Sterling McCall Collision of Jersey Village did the work. I worked with Jaime who is no longer there, also Jeff great customer service front desk ladies were also very helpful.
