Just got off the phone having been on hold for a Service Advisor for 15 minutes. Then get a text message that one WAS Not available. What kind of customer service is this??Now I just got a $20.00 off service coupon on my phone!!!You ve got to be kidding!!!!!I m erasing their contact.The lady (Michele) that I did speak with was very professional and apologetic.

Service agents and mechanics are nice and professional, but I had a 1:45pm appointment for an oil change and tire patch, and I m still waiting for my car at 5pm. What s the point of booking an appointment if they don t start working on your car for 2+ hours? How long does it take for a standard oil change and tire patch? There s no reason not to have a better process to manage simple service jobs. Why even have a reservation system if oil changes take 3+ hours?! Unacceptable!

Whatever u do do not purchase or get any automotive service done hear. They will come up with issues that they cause and make u pay for it. The customer service is awful. I never could get a hold of my service advisor (Nina) to get any information about my vehicle. The are over price and the service is not worth the money. Please save yourself some time, peace of mind, and money and go somewhere else.

THE WORST SERVICE/PLACE EVER !!!!!!!!! RATE -100Stars*UPDATE AFTER 5 MONTHS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE- especially from DEREK AND BIANCA PLEASE AVOID COMING HERE FOR ANYTHING AND SAVE THE HEADACHE ;PLEASE BEWARE!! When taking in your vehicle expect to wait MONTHS TO GET FIX ON A BRAND NEW VEHICLE!!! I m in month 2 of NO COMMUNICATION from the service representative and when requesting to speak with management spoke with someone name (DEREK PRUITT) no help at all even went to the dealership in person since they NEVER ANSWER THE PHONES no help or solutions to the current situation and when you call them to get an update on your vehicle they give you the run around still waiting on parts HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE NO ETA ON PARTS. THE WORST WORST PLACE EVER!!!! RATE -100

We bought a 2023 Suburban, 0 miles on 7/24. Mr. Elmo welcomed us and asked us about the manual, the person who sold us the vehicle did not even know the manual, this is the height we still do not have it, the truck had to be returned on 08/03 due to technical problems, this is it the height that they still have it in the workshop but no one answers me and very bad attention when I get an update, I almost have to make my payment and I have not been able to have the vehicle with me for almost 15 days and know when !! I do not recommend buying vehicles here because they will have to go through very bad experiences. ( Dailan Trucking )

I bought a truck there and five months later the transmission went out. So I got it fixed and just a week later after I got the truck again, the transmission went out.

My Service Provider, Liz Schmolt, at Sterling McCall Chevrolet, took very good care of my vehicle repair needs. She provided recommendations on what services my vehicle needed to keep it running. She didn't push any extra work. Thanks Sterling McCall Chevrolet and Liz. Great and fast customer service.

Service area was prompt to get my truck in. I made my appointment over the phone and when I showed up at my scheduled time there were no long lines. Aldalberto was my contact service guy. He was very friendly, courtesy, informative and walked me thru the whole setup of what exactly each car technician station were going to do and what I was paying for. No loaner cars available but Sterling Mcall paid for an Uber to drive me home and sent another Uber when my truck was ready. Truck was washed and everything that needed maintenance was done in a timely manner. Service was great. Thank you Aldalberto.

Went in there for a warranty issue. I left the vehicle on Thursday and was told it would take 24-48 hours for diagnostic check and part replacement. Adviser was friendly upon meeting, but was unreliable for updating status on parts and vehicle. Didn t get my vehicle back until the next Thursday.

This was our first time using the service center. Jaime was excellent. He explained everything that needed to be done. He remained patient with the warranty company when they kept asking for more information. This kept us calm as well. With our warranty, we were able to get a rental car which Jaime set up for us as well. Thanks for Great service!

I went in for an oil change and def fill. Instead of filling my DEF they put one gallon ($44) in and told me it is full. I brought it back since I ran out of DEF and I think my DEF tank may have an issue. They charged me $85 for DEF instead of calling me and telling me that they didn't fill my tank in the first place. It's like I paid for the inconvenience. Oh, the system had an issue in check out and two of my cards are charged for $85. What a train wreck this situation is!Almost $130 spent on DEF fluid and I never left with a full tank.I guess in the end, the service is great at wasting your time and not listening to you. It's always good to look on the positive side.Service: Oil change

As always there is a wait they are very busy and it s because they do the job right the first time and make it so I don t have to return to them for corrective maintenance.This time it was an oil change and tire rotation, checking and capping all the fluids. Due to rain I did not expect a wash. I also found a deal online and it was honored, no questions.Excellent service y all.

I had Mr ken as my service rep. He did an excellent job, kept me informed on what was going on with my car. Put everything simply ( broke it down barney style ) for me. I have been using the service department since 2015. I have only had one bad experience which was resolved quickly! Overall an outstanding service there. I highly recommend

I worked with Gary for repairs from a recall. It took longer than expected because they had to find the necessary parts. They did put me in a rental and was always available to provide updates when I called. The time it took was out of their control but they made sure to take care of me while waiting for the part. Thanks Gary and Service Team!

3 hours to plug a nail hole in my tire and reset tire sensor. Absolutely infuriating, 2nd time going here for simple maintenance and waiting over 3 hours. Tires both times. If you plan on waiting for your vehicle choose a different dealership

Every time I need my Chevy fixed, I bring it to Liz in the service department. Liz and her crew always get my truck back to me quickl. I am 100% satisfied with Liz as my service rep at Sterling McCall.

My Service Provider, Steven Patky, at Sterling McCall Chevrolet, took very good care of my vehicle repair needs. He provided recommendations on what services my vehicle needed to keep it running properly and in the best possible condition for as long as I want to keep it. He didn't push me to have all this work done in one visit as others would have and have tried to do. He pointed out what was critical and needed attention immediately and what could be done later. I have had nothing but positive experiences from their Service Department. Robin T. has always been he advisor to help me and he's awesome. My car gets taken care of. Today I was bummed because even though I requested him I got someone else BUT she was also super nice and helpful. Thanks guys for your help.

I love the Sterling McCall dealership! They take good care of me every time I visit. I get all of my service done here, including oil changes and even new tires. I am always 100% satisfied!

They were quick and took care of the problem. I have recommended several people to this car dealership and will continue to recommend people as long as I know someone that needs a car. But they want something reliable with great customer service then this is the place for you.

Deceitful. We drove all the way across Houston because they ASSURED our daughter a car advertised online was in stock. When we finally arrived it was not in stock and the salesman was pushing hard for us to sign papers for a car that was not there. The only reason I give them a 2 star is because I really enjoyed checking out the Z-28 on the lot.

Definitely is the worst experience i have had at this service stationThey have delayed with the service of my car. And it only seems lile they don't even know what they upto here.I give my car with a set of issue's they diagnose my car and send me the issues to be taken care of and then delay all my work after over 24 hour's they then call nack and say oh hey the check engine light is due to other battery issue and pile up more to my bill and yet not deliver my car.Worse my service advisor is the worst to deal withSounds like they a whole bunch of beginners jus stepped out of schoolI m never coming back to this service Center

My experience here was the worst I ever received from salesman's. I try calling to speak to a manager...no onen never came to the phone. The salesman's seem disinterest in my experience...someone there took the keys to the car...I waited at least a half of hour. Management show no interest in greeting and no concern to rectifying the problem... consumers don't waste your time and energy.

Only reason for the 2 star is because of the one service writer that wasn't complaining about the customers openly in front of other customers. The service manager doesn't seem very customers service oriented he probably needs to attend some more classes on CSR.

First of all I just want to point out the fact that I have been coming here for service for 7 years now. Never had I had such a bad experience like I did today. When I arrived for my 11 o'clock appointment for an OIL CHANGE there was about only 2 vehicles AHEAD in the service lane (didn't look busy at all). About 2 hours in at 1pm,still no update on the status of my car. No text,no emails. So i text my service advisor Elvin Carrera and no reply. I go ask a different advisor and he told me to go ask my advisor which was nowhere in sight. (At this point i see the service tech parking my car out front (ready for me) but So he then told me go ask Liz (which is in his team because Elvin was at lunch). I asked liz and she told me with a bad mood that elvin was at lunch so that she would be with me in a few minutes which she seemed annoyed. 20 minutes passed and I didn't hear from liz or elvin. I go ask again and no one is able to help me. My car has been ready for 30 minutes now and no one has come to give me my keys. So finally I come across Mr. Asim Khan and I asked can you please help me, I said my car has been sitting there ready for me for 30 minutes now and no one can discharge me yet. It didn't take Mr Khan no more than 5 minutes to give me my keys and charge me for the service and give me my paperwork. HE DIDNT HESITATE TO HELP ME even though Elvin was still at lunch. I find it unacceptable that the other service advisors were making me wait for Elvin to come back from lunch when they could have simply helped me just the way Mr Khan did. He went out of his way to help me. He didn't tell me like the others " ask your service advisor "," ask liz she's in his team", "elvin is at lunch", "you have to wait for Elvin since he's your service advisor ". Mr. Khan gladly listened to me and helped me without hesitation. Without his help who knows how much longer i would have waited. I ended up leaving at 2 pm. 3 hours later just for an oil change and waiting for the advisor to get back from lunch! At the end of it all i didn't receive my multi point inspection report of my car. When I got into my car my door and door handles were noticeably dirty as well as my arm rest. Also one of my biggest doubt or concern is that when i arrived i had 40153 miles on my car and when I left i had 40163. I would like to know what was done to my car that 10 miles was added!

Sales advisor did a horrible and wasted my time. Instead of telling me about the $165 diagnostic fee up front, he beat around the bush with inputting my information in his tablet. We all know the dealership loves to up charge on any service, but give customers a rate, so they can make an informed decision on whether they want to get the work done. It's a win-win for Chevrolet because they're getting the $165 regardless of work being done or not. This is why people choose the mom & pop shops.
