My my experience has Sterling McCall Chevrolet collision center started off to be pleasant but later came bitter. I return for a problem that I had when reaching the speed to 45 mph there was a dragging noise I brought it back and it was fixed which was great. Later I noticed that on the side of the accident from the front to the back I was missing my splash shield on the passenger front side. I brought the problem to the man who helped me at first a Mr Hicks who I feel that is very unprofessional everyone there was great but Mr Hicks has a problem and I think he has a racial problem from what I witnessed before I had my problem. Mr Hicks said that the damage that was done on my car he did it for free which I told him I had nothing to do with that that was the insurance company we had an argument about the mud flap he's saying that I didn't have it on there at the time I brought it in and said that the damage that was done on my car was only in the back, which put me in a bad attitude because his attitude had already gone bad very unprofessional I repeat. After a lot of stress and strain the man that helped me was a Mr John Zelaya this man was very pleasant ,ask me what the problem was and he got it done with Mr Hicks I hope the big man there at the corporate office does something about this man, and replace him with someone who has a much better attitude and the will to speak to people with patience and respect. My complaint is against this one man not the company and not the work I had done Just Mister Hicks .

Very disappointed in service at Collision Center. I came to center for body work and left with mechanical issues. Manager was disrespectful. Andy told me I "was not going to keep telling the story that they messed up my car". I was going to have to pay for a rental out of pocket for issues caused during their service, wait possibly multiple days for a diagnostic, then who knows....From the first day I said there was an issue, they would not take responsibility and blamed me. Andy told me to go talk to Mr.Hartless if I had an issue. I have missed work, stressed, and went back and forth with Andy.I was not given diag report post service...only pre service. I did have good help from Mr.Hartless and folks at Service Center but not at Collision Center...and at the end of day Collision Center makes decisions for Collision Center.I do not trust that they will fix the problem and not mess up my car more. It was a bad experience. I am a mother with two kids. It is already hard nowadays and this has set me back.I now have to find someone I can trust to do a job right and not mess up my car more. Make sure you read reviews before taking your car here. Also, random remnants of left over pieces of my car from Collision Center.

THIS PLACE SUCKS! It first started when I brought in my car after being rear ended. It took them almost 4-5 months to fix. No communication this whole time! After the fix I started to have leaking issues in my trunk and the new owner or manager took the car in and did test. They gave it back after doing test saying that it was a wire issue from the trunk. It s clear that he is lying because if they did actually test they would be able to see that the tie was not causing the leak. It took my own testing to see where the leak came from. I took it back for them to fix and the manager or whoever that disrespectful person explained to us that it was the wire when it fact it was not. I did not have a video to show him at the time but when I tried telling him he was just shutting me down. I have wasted so much time here, so if you are looking for a good place to fix your car this is not the place.

Thank you Brinson Jeep Ram!! For being honest and really going above and beyond.On December 27TH,Sterling-McCall Chevrolet in Houston,Tx. sold me a Chrysler Pacifica, 2019.I just have to say how unhappy I have been with this dealership. They were not honest, nor do they disclose all the issues that was wrong with this little van. So I highly recommend that no one go to this dealership and buy from them if your looking for an honest dealership.Today I went to Brinson Chrysler in corsicana, Texas and bought a brand new 2023 Chrysler Pacifica van and traded off the 2019 van. I lost over $4000 making this trade but in the end it was worth it because I do not have a van that will cause me tremendous grief down the road.lol yes they look almost identical, but I am happy and my grand babies are happy so God has blessed!!!

Very very poor not even a star will I put. I wrecked my car from the front bottom portion of the car. No type of communication at all I had to call and ask how my vehicle was coming along and they would never answer I would leave a message and took hours or days for them to call back. Finally got my car back after a month and something days and could hear noise in my front suspension called back to leave a message and let Johnny know and like always I never got a peep back lifted my car and checked under it was all kinds of bolts loose on my h frame which could have cause a nasty accident. Car starts to shake at 65-75 I asked for them to check my wheels to make sure they weren t bent supposedly they did but doesn t seem like it at all because I took it to a tire shop to get them balanced and they showed me my wheel is wobbly. And also makes a clunking noise on my passenger side. It s common sense to check front suspension/complete suspension if the accident was involved in hitting a curb. I DO NOT recommend these people at all!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Update! I took my suv in and they said the brakes sound is normal never heard brakes sound like that when I park it. A battery was put in to the keyless remote. The tint was supposed to be today, Tuesday but I arrived about 15 minutes late due to an accident on 45. The guy was not there so no tint . When will this nightmare end . I should of gone to Mike Calvert toyota like my friend nurses advised me.

NO STARS NEEDED . Bought my car to get repairs. My insurance paid for certain maintenance services to be made. They only fixed what THEY WANTED to fix. Received my car worse than what I dropped it off. Mr.Andy stated on the phone to me and my insurance rep that my car was drivable once I picked my car up he lied and stated he never said that. Very distasteful customer service from him with rude vocabulary no respect for the paying customers. Do not and will not recommend services from this location Service: Transmission

10 stars hands down! They called immediately after the insurance company setup the appointment. They even let Enterprise know I was ready, etc. They gave me updates via text every step of the way! Johnny called me as soon as it was ready. I really appreciate the time and professional job they did on my 2019 Blazer! Unfortunately I was in a 18wheeler accident this pass November. I wasn't aware my truck was delivered to this location. Once I was able to understand what was going. The Collision manager by the name of Andy he was very rude and very disrespectful towards me.

Unfortunately this time had a bad experience and bad customer service starting from the beginning as soon. I walk in No Greeting at all.looks like the lady in the front don t like her job or she was in a bad mood . This is my Second time been here they done a good job in my vehicle the first time with the paint .this time took my vehicle other Colision somewhere else unfortunately was not satisfied with the job they done . brought it here ,to get second opinion but Andy 24 years of experience had mix up things or either was misunderstanding he thought I was making up stuff about this issue and ask me to clean it first and then bring it to place so they can see the paint more clear . Wow never had to do that before.I talk to my adjuster he ask me to get a quote from this place .unfortunately things didn t work out like I was expecting. I took my day off today to visit this place and be able to help me with this unfortunately wasn t a Good day .I was thinking to bring my Camaro as well that unfortunately today had a little accident by the people from tire shop that they change my tire when they were taken the car out their shop they hit a pole damage my Camaro .Was a bad day for me

well it started off good but it went south. they fixed my truck in 3 weeks. which was good I went and picked up the truck and noticed that they didn't put my front license plate and when I drove the truck at night my driver side light bulb was bad it will move up and down when I encountered bumps. so I took the truck back and it has been 3 weeks and they cannot give me a day on when they will get the new light and replace it. they say because it is warranty work. it needs approval and pretty much I'm left with out a truck because because of a part that was bad and apparently they cannot just get another and replace it. so will see how long this takes. but so far bad experienceService: Body & Trim

I made an appointment for service at the car lot and after looking at my car they called over to collision and were told to send me and my vehicle over.It was an insurance funded repair, so it was explained that since it was a collision issue, I needed to take it there to keep costs down.I d gotten an estimate elsewhere and information that it was the intercooler, but was able to put it through insurance so decided to go that route.I got to collision and went to the front desk. It took painfully long for the receptionist to get someone to come up. She kept asking why I was there and didn t have an appointment. Even after I explained that I had been sent over by the service personnel, she just kind of stood there staring off into space like she couldn t process what I was saying.Finally a guy named Max came to the desk. He told me I needed an appointment and asked why I hadn t made one. I explained again and he acted like it was an obvious conclusion that I should have known I needed to make a separate appointment with collision even though I explained I was sent over at their instruction. He denied this was possible because service would ve known.Come to find out later that HE was the person the service personnel talked to and who told them to send me over!Anyway, he would talk over me when I was trying to explain what my car was doing. He had me turn it on so he could hear what was going on. At one point my engine revved and did what it had been doing (reduced engine power, rough idle, etc), he says, Do that again. I said, I didn t do anything. That is what the engine is doing. It revs and then sputters. I was told it was the intercooler and- . He cuts me off mid sentence and tells me it couldn t be the intercooler because otherwise the car would be overheating and he doesn t rely on what everyone else says because he has to see it for himself, but it definitely isn t the intercooler.Then he goes into this long spiel about if I leave the car it will be awhile before they can get to it because my insurance company is way behind and that he doesn t want me getting upset if it is here for weeks because the estimator hasn t come out. I told him I just want it fixed and that time isn t really an issue because I have access to alternate transportation. He goes off again about how long it will be and he doesn t understand why service personnel sent me over without an appointment.I ask if I should take it back to service and he says they will likely have to send it back to him, but should have checked first. I get frustrated at this point and tell me ride that they re giving me the back and forth. Max gets offended at this and says that isn t what happened. I start to explain the conversation we had and Max rolls his eyes.My ride sees me getting upset and takes over. Max blatantly lies to him about our conversation then reiterates how long it will take and that we need to make an appointment and drop it off in a few weeks so we don t have to leave the car for so long. As we are making the appointment and the conversation continues, he admits it was him so spoke to the guy from the service department!!! Anyway, we finally leave with the car with an appointment to drop it off for an examination and estimate for repairs two weeks in the future. I have zero intention of bringing my car back to this liar or leave it in the custody of this company.Thankfully, calling my insurance company, I was able to find a place that could do the estimate themselves and submit it directly to insurance the following Monday.It is now fixed and guess what? It WAS the intercooler. So yeah. Glad I went with my instinct and didn t let these people anywhere near my car. Nor will I ever consider them for any future work I may need.I have a Chevy so I thought they d be the best choice, but I was very wrong.

I should've chose my own collision center. No one seems to know what they're doing there. I told them several times I already had the estimate from them, I was just coming to drop off the car and keys. Johnny wasn't listening to me at all and Shannon seemed confused the most. Finally after 15 minutes of aggravation, Shannon finally found the paperwork I already told her she had. All of this before any work is even done on my vehicle. I hope they're better than their first and second impressions.

The most stress-free transaction I ve had in a long time. The clerk at the front desk call enterprise and have my car ready when it was time for me to leave she contact enterprise to pick up the rental car. was in and out. BEWARE - I m at a loss for words with their professionalism and customer focused facade. To be fair Ninete had good commutation and kept this from a 1 star. I wrote the director of service twice and they have yet to reply, I reached out to customer experience manager twice and they never called back.-This location scratched all 4 wheels though minor when doing tire rotation.-They attempted to repair something only for it to be worse off (steering wheel mismatch)-They scratched the steering wheel frame on replacement.-I addressed concern of auto braking not working and they wrote completely incorrect notes further proving they never inspected in the first place.-They did replace door panel correctly though upon purchase tint person left a 16in gash on leather when cutting tintAll situations were pictured and recorded before leaving the shop. I have been polite the entire process and not sure where or how they credit themselves as customer focused. This would be disappointing to anyone spending 25k let alone the 88k I just dropped on a new Tahoe.All I asked was for them to treat the vehicle as if it was theirs.Services: Tires, Painting, Body & Trim, Oil change

I choose this business to repair my vehicle after being rear-ended, poor customer service no comunication. I had to be calling to get updates and after 3 months I received a call that my truck was ready. There were still signs of damages, I left it and I was called about two weeks later that it was ready, I picked up my truck and within a week it was making a loud noise. Come to find out the rear axel was damaged and ignored by the collision center. Sterling McCall service repaired it and returned it to the collision center because the tires were facing to the right even after alignment. My truck sat in the collision for a month and no one called or anything. Acording to Manager Andy they were not aware that my truck was in the collision center. I called to get an update and was told there was nothing wrong, after picking it up I notice that the truck bed was not straight and there was still visible body damage. I had to return it to them a 4th time and even like that they didn't fix all the damages from the accident. This has caused so much stress, I will not use their service again. September to now March, Ridiculous.

Brought my 3 week old vehicle to this place because I purchased my vehicle at Sterling McCall Chevy and thought well whom better to work on my brand new vehicle than the dealership name themselves. Well if I have to give them a rating it is a 2 star only because they can get original parts. I'm not happy with the workmanship given on my vehicle. Don't go here they'll steal your personal belongings and don't lock the vehicles in the yard at the end of the night. I just got my truck back and my oakley sun glasses weren't there and if y'all know oakleys they're expensive. Everything was a mess inside with papers from my center console. My phone charger and apple watch charger were also missing. They were working on the rear of the truck and had NO business going into my center console. Horrible experience, money hungry and thieves literally. Pocketed 13k from the insurance and my car is not fixed and rusting already. Two different colors for painting that was horribly put on there and will be peeling in about a yr. They had my car from May- Aug and nothing was fixed. Max Villagomez and the GM did nothing nor cared about the concern s and told us they had nothing to do with it and I had to go with insurance. My car is in another shop and they have found multiple errors also they pocketed a check that doesn t belong to them and are causing me a huge issue financially and mentally about to lose my job because they did such a horrible job and stole money refused to help me when I went back regarding the issues and Max doesn t have any class. Someone rear ended my car on June 26th. My car was taken to a tow yard and transferred here after a few days. I chose this dealership because it was a good hands dealership with Allstate and I was familiar with the name although I never specifically had service repairs here. My car was completed on August 22nd and returned with a crooked brake light and a cracked windshield. Frank took pictures and stated Allstate will have to review and approve and once done a third party company will fix.I spoke with Allstate the next day who reached out to the dealership and was told by the general manager Ken that there were two large rock chips at the top of the glass that caused the crack- and that it was already there .When I left my vehicle there was NO crack there that I saw.There could have been a crack from the tow yard to the dealership BUT the ONLY way we would know that is if the dealership took CLEAR pictures upon retrieval of the car confirming the same. I think it is completely ridiculous that it is the responsibility of the owner to cover damage that didn t happen in my presence . After speaking with upper management with Allstate- THEY will cover the damage caused however the added stress of dealing with all this during my FIRST accident has been extremely dissatisfying. It is stressful enough getting into a car accident and being without my car for almost two months- then to retrieve it damaged and have to bring it BACK to still get fixed is shameful. Do not recommend- next time I will do extra research-

I took my car there for some body and minor mechanical work after an accident. They were finished within two weeks (which was much faster than I thought it would be) and despite a minor glitch with my headlight, they were fantastic to work with. Ken Mueller was friendly. WARNING!!!Be careful with these people! Take pictures of the out side of your vehicle before dropping off and make sure you are present when the shop takes pictures of their own that exact day.When I went to check on my vehicle. I walked around and noticed a scratch on my vehicle ( where it was not to be worked on) coverd with a thick layer of paint, same color of my vehicle but very noticeable.I asked to talk with the person who actually worked on my vehicle and got Mack an office worker. He was no help at all. I also tried emailing Mr. Mueller and still haven't heard from him.They make mistakes and will not own up to them. I will never go back.

My truck was broken into. They replaced the broken window and ignition along with steering colum. They cleaned the broken glass and washed the truck. They did a great job. Even short handed they finished in record time. Thank you. It's nice to have my truck back.

I was initially given the estimated date of service completion of 19 days. They completed the repairs on my vehicle in 9 business days. Considering the amount of damage incurred from a front end collision, that was pretty impressive. The vehicle looked better than when we bought it brand new. They even cleaned the inside of the vehicle. Customer service was great! They kindly and patiently answered any questions that I had. They went over with me step by step, while inspecting the vehicle, what parts were going to be replaced. Whatever concerns that I had, they put me at ease.
