Came to get my front brake, caliper and brake line done, they told me to get another part they held onto my brand new parts, I left and came back a few days later to them no longer being able to find my parts.They took two days to find them and they gave me used parts thrown in my boxes like I wouldn t notice. They gave me the run around for weeks instead of making it right Javier lied to my face on several occasions, the whole shop is dishonest, they have no moral code or integrity absolutely no shame stealing customers parts.Javier had the nerve to get snappy with me and shoo me when he had to pay me for the $40 brakes he stole. I Left with a USED CALIBER when I bought Stein Auto a new one Javier made it very difficult to communicate claiming he doesn't speak English when you spoke fluent English when it was time to take my money Elizabeth Salazar should be ashamed to have a staff that would steal and lie.don t give this place your business they prey on people they think they can get over on. Take your hard earned money to any of the other 20 auto shops around.

DO NOT TRUST HIM. Javier will scam you!! My uncle went to him to get his AC fixed and Javier told him that he needed to get him an airbag . My uncle doesn t speak English, meaning that he tried to fool him and confused him. My uncle had to go and get this car that was left just how he left it. And Javier has NOT PAYED HIM his $900 back. He also accused my uncle of being undocumented just because he didn t speak English and told him that he couldn t do anything about it. Apart from scamming/stealing, he discriminated him. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

Javier is an honest guy. His team does great work and I trust them with our cars.I've had everything you can think of fixed here, from AC charging to engine swaps, clutch swaps, his guys are more than pro.

Small local mechanic that knows his stuff. I've taken my car over to this mechanic for over a year now and there have been no regrets. He has been direct on his approach to the problems and easily understands what direction to take. I've seen older vehicles and newer vehicles at his shop and although the shop is small he manages to keep on moving them quickly. If you want good results when fixing your vehicles do not hesitate to reach out to this place.

Awesome shop to deal with. They do all of the work on our cars. They just finished up my bmw and I'm very impressed with the attention to detail. No missing clips or screws when the job is done like alot of the other mechanic shops out there.

I ve been going for a while, for little things. Haven t gone frequently, but recently went to stein for a diagnosis on why my car was grinding when turning, they told me that my rack and pinion needed replacement, that I would need an alignment as well so I paid 750$ for the pinion and alignment, but they gave the car back to me with the steering wheel basically sideways to go straight. Also the grinding was still occurring so I asked them what the problem could be, and they claimed my steering wheel wasn t like that when they did the alignment that it was somehow my fault? Then they tell me now that the same noise and same issue occurring is now the control arms for both sides of the front end. Wanting 440$ for both arms and another alignment. Very unprofessional and unreliable I am disappointed.Service: Steering & suspension repair

I had my brakes done and they didn't put 2 of the screws in. I need to take my car to another shop becaues now my car is making a loud thumping noises. Watch out and be careful when letting this shop work on your car.
