Jonathan was fantastic to work with. He was very knowledgeable about his product line. He showed us all of the options that we had within the Palisade line. My wife really liked his informative sales style rather than a typical salesperson style.The rest of the purchase experience was fantastic from the managers to the finance department. We will be recommending Steele Hyundai as a great place to do business. We have not used the service department so I will post our experience with them once we go for our first oil change.We love our new ride.

Dillon at Steele South Loop Hyundai was wonderful. He was calm, patient, and explained everything I needed to know and gave me time estimates so I could plan to leave or stay and wait. I m most impressed that despite me showing up to the wrong location frazzled and panicked, he appropriately placed those with the right location and appointments as priority! That is integrity and can not be taught. What an exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived, Dillon exuded calmness and patience, ensuring I understood every aspect of the service process and graciously repeating things I wasn t grasping due to my rushed state of mind. Dillon s professionalism and genuine care for his customers truly stand out. I Highly recommend him for anyone seeking top-notch service!

Had a great experience getting my car serviced here today. Mark and his team were friendly and efficient. The service center was nice and welcoming. I came in for a scheduled oil change and inspection. The service center sent me a video of them doing the inspection and gave me a recommendation on an alignment that needed to be done due to the mileage of the car. They did not pressure me into buying extra things. I will be going back to get the alignment done and all other services in the future.

I had a terrible experience. I got there for an oil change at 10:30 & my car wasn t ready until after 2:30. My sister called to address the situation of me waiting being that we had somewhere to be by 3:00. She asked for the managers contact or extension & they told her they couldn t give it to her, only the email. Eventually they gave it to her. They were very nasty & rude. I asked why was the price so high & she sarcastically responded, Because you got an oil change . They corrected the price as it was WRONG. None of the card readers were working to tap . I went outside to wait.. the guy came up to me & asked me are these your keys? I stated yes. Y all can t find my car? He stated nope. Well if you had the remote then it ll be easier. I responded my car was broken into. I ve never had an experience like this here before.I m calm & understanding but the rudeness & being sarcastic is where the line should be drawn.

Outstanding service! If I could give it more stars I would. Felt no pressure, got a very good deal, left with the SUV I wanted and Eric and Johannes were absolutely wonderful and understanding. Thank you guys for making this purchase process easy for me!Oil change service- Today I was helped by Armando. He is just great! Very helpful and attentive. I arrived and was greeted right await. I did not have to wait. Was called as soon as my car was ready. Once I arrived for pick up, Armando right away took care of me. It shows that he truly enjoys his job! My car was super clean! Excellent Dealership Experience Marred by Finance Manager's UnprofessionalismIn November 2023, I purchased a 2023 Santa Fe (photo attached), and my experience with the dealership was nothing short of fantastic. The sales team, particularly the dealer who assisted me, was exceptional, deserving a five-star rating for their professionalism and customer service.However, my experience took a stark turn for the worse when dealing with the finance manager, R*ger, whom I regrettably must rate with a zero star if such a rating were possible. My encounters with R*ger were deeply troubling, marked by a series of untruths and misleading information that significantly tainted my overall experience.1. Misrepresentation of Extended Warranty Cancellation: R*ger initially assured me that the extended warranty could be cancelled at any time via email should I change my mind. This assurance turned out to be completely false.2. Deceptive Warranty Deal: He presented a warranty deal, claiming it to be the best available option. I later discovered this to be untrue, as there were cheaper options with better coverage readily available. Once I showed him what I discovered, he had no reply - later saying his email account was hacked.3. Misleading Urgency in Warranty Purchase: R*ger insisted that the warranty had to be purchased immediately, claiming it wouldn't be available later. This was another falsehood, as new vehicles under 10,000 miles are eligible for warranty purchase provided by other Hyundai dealership.4. Obstacles in Cancellation Process: Despite R*ger's claim that the warranty cancellation could be easily initiated via email, the actual process was arduous. It required over 20 phone calls and multiple emails without response, ultimately forcing me to visit in person to sign the necessary documents.5. Carelessness with Personal Information: R*ger incorrectly recorded my first and last name, necessitating a direct appeal to Hyundai Motor Finance to amend the error. I mean, first and last names... Come on...Throughout these interactions, R*ger's conduct was not only unprofessional but also deeply disrespectful. His demeanor reached a nadir during a phone call with a Hyundai Motor Finance representative, during which he accused the representative of unprofessionalism for merely asking him to repeat information. Ironically, it was R*ger's own behavior that was starkly unprofessional.I cannot stress enough the disappointment and frustration brought about by my dealings with R*ger. His approach to business and customer interaction is not only misleading but also lacks the basic respect and integrity expected in professional settings. I strongly advise against conducting any financial transactions with him to avoid similar experiences.To the dealership: your sales team is exemplary, and my initial experience was highly positive. It is unfortunate that such experiences are overshadowed by the conduct of a single individual. It is my hope that feedback like this can be a catalyst for change, ensuring that all customers receive the transparent and respectful service they deserve.

I had an excellent experience at Steele South Loop Hyundai. I brought my vehicle in for routine maintenance. All of the staff in the service department were pleasant and went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. I especially appreciated my advisor, Armando, who presented the specific issues that needed to be addressed and kept me informed of the work progress of the technician who was providing maintenance to my vehicle. The wait area was also clean and comfortable.

Armando greeted me promptly on my arrival at the dealership (Steele South Hyundai). The reason for the visit was an intermittent failure of the tailgate latch, and Armando tested it several times but of course it would always work perfectly. I asked about a regular service since I was there; the car has low mileage but is a year old (today!), so they did a full service oil change, tire rotation etc. I was told 2 to 2-� hours, but I think it was a little less than 2.Overall, I was happy with the experience. Armando was courteous, professional and explained everything to my satisfaction.

Craig in particular had a smile on his face and genuine concern for making sure I was getting great service from start to finish. My experience at Hyundai was amazing thanks to my salesman Tre Guerra! He provided nothing but superb customer service! He made sure to explain everything thoroughly, so there was no confusion on my end and did his best in every moment to get me the best deal possible for my new 2024 Elantra! Special thanks to Darius and Claude as well. Darius for assisting with the process along the way and making sure my gas tank was on FULL before leaving the dealership. Lastly, Claude for taking further measures to seal the deal for me ensuring I left the building satisfied and happy with my new vehicle! I will definitely be sending over anyone I know that needs a new car! Be sure to ask for Tre when you arrive!

From beginning to end, our experience with salesperson Edward was outstanding in every way. After a warm welcome he patiently walked us through the process of our purchase and was happy to answer all of our questions. No doubt, the negotiation process was the smoothest and most professional experience we've ever had with a salesperson and dealership. We were able to close the deal quickly with NONE of the run around we've had with other dealerships. I cannot recommend Edward and Steele South Loop Hyundai highly enough and will certainly use them again for future automobile purchases. I would encourage anyone looking for a new Hyundai to make your way to Steel South Loop first!

If you re in the market for a vehicle, go see John Allen at Steele Hyundai. From the moment we met John, he treated our car shopping experience with care and integrity, which can be hard to find! From start to finish, he was involved in every part of the process, checked on things on our behalf and gave the best customer service we ve experienced while shopping for a vehicle. He was respectful of our time and never pressured us to make a hasty decision in the name of closing the deal . The team even stayed late so we could complete the paperwork and not have to return the next day to complete the transaction. Thanks John and team! We love our new Palisade!

Dillon is the man! I arrived promptly for my appointment, and Dillon, who was both friendly and welcoming, efficiently checked me in and engaged in pleasant conversation. Afterward, I headed next door to Pappasitos to enjoy a couple of beers. I appreciated that they kept me informed via text when my car service was completed. Overall, it was a delightful experience. This is a really good dealership and isn't so gigantic that you feel like a number.

My service was as requested.I do feel compelled to officially bring attention to the grossly UNPROFESSIONAL conversation everyone in the service area was forced to witness between your Service rep and a dissatisfied customer. I believe your Service rep may benefit from a Basic Customer Service 1.0 AND Basic Effective Communication course. He never attempted to de-escalate the situation but perhaps he s not been properly trained for conflict resolution. His communication was combative and extremely uncomfortable for me to witness.

I bought my car there and went regularly for maintenance without concerns. Today was another experience. My engine light was on and the oil light would come and go, so I just stopped by. They told me I would need an appointment, which was a bit disconcerting, but ok. Then, even with an appointment, it would take 3-5 days for the diagnostic. That part was not acceptable.Even less acceptable because of how easy it was to solve the problem. On my way back home, I stopped at O'Reilly which was able to connect to my car and assess that the engine light was triggered by the O2 sensors. Apparently, I got bad gas. The oil light should have been on as I was missing 3 quarts, which O'reilly happily sold me and even poured it!

Edward had a great attitude, was good at his job, and seemed to stay busy even when not working with me, which I respect and liked to see. He also proposed I take the vehicle for the weekend which was convenient and appreciated.Improvement could be setting more realistic expectations on how long things will take. 2-3 times I was told to expect the next step to be quick, maybe 5-10 minutes but each took far longer. For example after financing was completed it, it took over an hour to get my car which frustrated me because I was told 10-15 minutes and no one can explain why it takes an hour to do what they needed, having known I was coming into the finish the deal. Took about 6 hours to purchase a vehicle I showed up ready to buy.
