I was recommended and decided to give Ken and team a try since I ve heard great things and I ve seen them before getting off 290. I had an issue with brakes. Taken to a dealer and they had said it was fine. But it was NOT!! Not a major issue, but still annoying! Ken was quick and knowledgeable and more importantly kept me updated of status all the way! Price for everything because I also included some maintenance seemed very just and I just appreciated his honesty. I have already recommended to my husband as well who will be taking his vehicle in soon.

I have been using Ken since 2008 . My wife had her Chevy Malibu and Chevy Camaro serviced at his place and I sent my Dodge ram diesel to be worked on. He got it in and out and working order and everything is fine. Great job , Great service , Great people . Highly recommend them .

BEWARE! Quoted $425 for a $24 dollar part. Took car in for State Inspection. High brake light not working and did not pass inspection. Was quoted $425 to replace. Ordered the light on Amazon for $24. Yes, you read that right, $24 dollars! Installed it myself in 10 minutes. Now I understand I would have probably had to pay for a full hour of labor, and would have expected a bill of about $100, NOT $425!!! SMH, what a rip-off!

This is the best place to go to if you re in need of getting your car serviced in the Houston area. Amazing service and incredible job they did for my car. Will be coming back and definitely recommend them to anyone and everyone! Ken was incredible!

This establishment was very quick. They attended to with welcoming hospitality. I could tell immediately that the mechanic cared about the health of my vehicle and even offered future services that would prolong the life of my car. Thank you for the great work.

Customer service was great...the front disk personnel was awesome she need to leave to make someone else business great...the worker was rude as hell ...I ask how much to even out my tires and he told the lady up front 15$ and she told me but he didn't know how he said it to her..then I said that's OK I'll do my self he says yeah I thought he would...mind you when I pulled up an asked him ...do u guys do inspections he just looked at me like can't u read ....so it gave me we don't want your kind vibes and Kenneth Gardner if it's your company I would not come back ...since u told the lady up front it's not a tire shop even though you say it's a car care shop....that's why small businesses don't make it because of people like you my friend....overall front desk experience was awesome 20 out 10 back shop experience -5 out of 10 keep your comments to your self sometimes sir...lucky I'm a business owner that also has a job too.... you're rude and I feel like u don't like people other than your own and will not be coming back to that shop or until you are gone away ....thanks in advance Cornelius Transport LLC aka Mr. Not a tire shop.

Amazing service!Fast, friendly and economical!Ken is very knowledgeable and explains the problem your vehicle is having and what needs to be done to get it up and running again. I truly appreciate the superb service I have received. Give them a try if you every need repairs on your vehicle. You ll be glad you did. I found out about them on the Better Business bureau website and decided to give them a try and haven t taken my car anywhere else since.

Ken is wonderful! I called & told him the issue & made an appointment for the next day. After the diagnostic, he called & quoted me the exact price. My car was done the following day. This is a great hidden gym in terms of an Auto Repair shop. I was able to get an appointment ASAP when I needed my car's routine maintenance. Staff is friendly and accommodating and answered all the questions I had in regards to my car. You want good quality you have to pay for it and their work is of good quality. Great customer service and they get the job done. They make sure their customers are satisfied and that the job is done right before u leave their shop. Found out about this shop through Google maps and it was a life saver! Great customer service. Came in for an Oil change. Was fast, fair price, and they did a great job. I'll come here everytime. They are honest here and very respectful. Also they check your car info to make sure you're getting the right oil regardless of what you tell them so ladies have no fear. If you end up saying the wrong thing they will still double check and confirm if that's what you wanna do.

Well they have always asked for us to comment. Well stay away from these people had a new transmission put it 4 yr war warrantee ran out 2019 so they say not even ten thousand miles just had it at a shop needs new transmission not to mention other work always had to be brought back never posted because afraid they would be even worse after they fixed something within a week we had to bring back again 13,000in repairs n now we need new transmission and we only drove to store n Dr appts maybe 6000 miles put on their 4300 dollar tyranny.
