Still amazed.....It's been MONTHS since I had my Jeep repaired at Sparky's and I still can't believe after almost a year of having electrical alarm issues that it's FINALLY fixed. I've gotten so used to my alarm randomly blaring throughout the days and night, vehicle not locking or unlocking, me getting stranded because the alarm wouldn't stop blaring and door not opening....etc, etc, etc.....and now I just press the button and it's still working with no issues at all and haven't been stranded. I've been to alarm shops and they advised me to take it to someone who specialize in electrical issues because it wasn't the alarm at all. So I took it to Sparky's and they found out EXACTLY what the issue was and before they got on the job, they informed me of the issue and an estimate. Needless to say, they are very professional, nice and competent in what they do. I would recommend anyone with electrical issues to them.Thanks for helping me get back to driving my jeep normal without all of the drama I was experiencing.

Love them! I ve been here twice and they are fast, polite, and informative. They show you the new part before putting it on and the old part once taken off which I like. They explain the reason of why they did what. Being a single woman a lot of mechanics have ripped me off but I haven t got that vibe from Ruben. Glad to have a found a mechanic home!

Where I've been taking my trucks to the past 3 years. Always has a fair price. Quick, affordable, and polite. Ruben is a great guy who never let's me walk out guessing what he's doing. He explains things very well. Before and after the job is complete.

I went here to get my air fixed and he charged $125 for a diagnostic. He then said I had a leak after fixing the leak he said that I needed my full fuse box replaced, that was all a lie. My fuse box never needed to be replaced. I ended up having to go somewhere else after because my air still didn t work and it was a module all along. My total came out to be $368 and my air still wasn t fixed and the diagnostic fee didn t go towards the total how most mechanics do. I don t recommend going to this shop, they re not honest and they re lazy ! ! ! (I would like to add I waited months before posting this review because I didn t want to discredit his skills as a mechanic, but I ended up finding out he was just lying to get quick money out of me)

I was very satisfied with the service I received at Sparky's. My car wouldn't start on my lunch break, and I knew it wasn't a battery or starter issue - it was an electrical issue that needed to be diagnosed by a professional. I had my car towed to Sparky's, and within about 4 hours, I got a call back with the diagnosis, and repair was completed. Ruben's communication was clear throughout the entire process, and his shop is very clean and professional.Service: Electrical repair

I went to get my fuel pump and AC fixed. Within 2 days I had fuel pump issues again, paid for a tow and paid them again to fix it. My AC went out 3 weeks later, and after they told me they would fix it if it leaked again, they quoted me almost twice what the original cost was. Basically, they do not guarantee their work and Im 0 for 2 with them.

Absolutely the best mechanic I have ever used. After searching for a second opinion an electrical harness issue, a local mechanic referred me to Ruben. That referral saved us thousands! Our usual mechanic wanted $3500 just for the parts, but Ruben found only what was needed & installed it for under $700.He's been equally good on a few other issues, too. Reliable, timely service, work is warranted, prices are fair, and trustworthy.Ruben has been servicing my work and personal vehicles for a several years now, I feel he always goes above and beyond for us. A few years ago he replaced my AC system, a year later my vehicle was in for a different problem, he called and said " I noticed a part from the AC is starting to go out, it's still under warranty so I'm going to go ahead and replace that". Who does that, only a trustworthy mechanic that's who! Most mechanics wouldn't have said a thing, and waited until the part broke and the warranty had expired. I have had nothing but positive experiences with this shop and Ruben, I highly recommend them!

I have known and used Sparky's for some of my very difficult electrical issues with cars I have worked on. They have never let me down, were able to find the electrical issue, in a timely fashion. We've been taking our family cars here for almost a decade, service has always been great and prices are excellent. We've had so many different things done here I couldn't begin to list them all. I always have complete faith in Sparky's and won't take our cars anywhere else! Thank you for always being a straight shooter and doing quality work.

I love sparky automotive! I have been a customer for a few years and never had a problem once. Ruban is very knowledgable and honest, he will give you the price upfront no guessing or sticker shock at the end. I just went here to get a lug removed. It was cross threaded on, which was spinning the stud. This is a horable task,especially without damaging the wheel. But yet again they did it with finesse and whit no damage to the wheel. He even threw a couple value added extras in for me. I highly recommend this shop for all your automotive needs. Thank you guys for your great service to all my cars!

I had two other mechanics look at my car before and both said it was my alternator. But battery was still dying. Brought my car to them and with in a few hours my car was fixed. I will definitely be back. Great customer service also.

Ruben is always professional courteous and always willing to work with you depending on what the fix for your vehicle is they are a great bunch of guys at Sparky's Automotive he's and I would not take my car anywhere else

Sparkys was my savior . After three weeks of misdiagnosis and hundreds of dollars. Sparky found the problem the day I brought my vehicle in and made the repairs. I would have saved $750 bucks if I knew of him to begin with.

Big time liar ...WARNING THIS GUY IS A THIEF.Took me on a big time ride claiming I had 3 bent rods when in reality it was the timing chain that he also tacked on top of the engine rebuild price.$$$$$ no wonder mechanics are hard to trust with guys like you ruben.Service: Auto engine tuningService: Auto engine tuning

They fixed the problem when no one else could figure out the issue with my vehicle. They tell you what's the issue, and give you options on how you want it to be fixed. Within your price range. I'm a loyal customer to Sparky's for now on.

I took my 2012 Mustang to Sparkeys a few months back because it wouldn't pass inspection . Ruben found and replaced a bad air sensor . Car runs great . Highly recommend

Ruben fixed the shifter in my 2005 Ford Mustang GT Convertible.I called other mechanics but nobody knew how to replace the shifter on my automatic GT.Ruben said he could do it so I took a chance with and had it fixed the very next day.I highly recommend Sparkys Auto Repair fair prices and very friendly service I'm so proud of these guys.Service: General repairs & maintenance

BAD EXPERIENCE ,had the worst experience with Bruce and Ruben ,took my 71 conv cougar also 82 buick conv riviera for minor repairs 1st problem was with Rivi when I took it in Ruben broke front seat where I couldn't operate it tryn to work on conv.top motor and all he had to do is go thru trunk , now when I brought it in was workn fine but was told it's a old car and couldn't be responsible for things that go wrong after telling Bruce that's not acceptable and he fixed it. 2nd they worked on sequential tail lights (cougar) wasnt working in order Ruben worked on it also and I told Bruce I wasn't to sure of him bc of Rivi issue ,just like I thought they said it was a short and it took hours to find where I could have replace wiring harness long as it took them to find it,now this guy said he been doing electrical for 30yrs and he taught Ruben but neither seem to know or just ripping me off Bruce sold shop to Ruben(dad) but neither had good customer service, Ruben would break things and lie and Bruce would stand behind lies.i also had them put new a/c in cougar that never blew cold till this day with all new parts.Ruben been trained by a old crook.......YOU'VE BEEN WARNED.
