Pulled in, got a used tired, and was out in less than 10 minutes! Prices are good and people are really nice! Highly recommend!

Worst tire shop ever. This tire shop most definitely is not a stop for women. Kevin is a get over. He stole $180 from me within two days.Before pulling out, I stated it s something wrong with the tire he given me . He stated I need a front alignment . After paying $180. I went down the street as he instructed me to do to get an alignment on the front and back of my car. Today is day two and the tire has strings coming out. I told him something was wrong with the tire before pulling off as the tire felt worst than the tire I pulled up with. He stressed the point when leaving you have 15 day warranty. I went back, he stated it s for a manufacturer warranty, yet I told you something was wrong with the tire before pulling off. This shop does not deserve any service as this shop is filled with so many heartless individuals.

rude,and didn't help, went to another small ture shop only to find out i just needed a fix not a whole new tire which this place said they didn't have and when i asked how long to arrive of they ordered he just shrugged, so i said ok thanks and he jist walked off not interested in helping me further even though there was no other car at the shop so it's not like they were busy ! . will not be going to them again !

This is a good place to get good used tires if you're in the area, and their prices are a lot more reasonable than the other tire places nearby. They do quick work, and you'll be on your way within a very short time.

Excellent place. I have used them a couple times for used tires. Great selection !!Also used them a few times to fix flat tire. I went there tonight just before close at 7 pm. I asked the price for patching up a tire and they told me $12. I said good because I got like 18 dollars cash . Then I saw them remove the tire right in front of me and we both saw the tire had 2 nails .... the guy offered to give me a discount and I told him to charge me regular price of $24 for both tires and I paid w credit card.Highly recommended !!

Super great service. Guys were willing to help out and were not just looking to make money off of me. They did not have the tires i wanted but they helped me find some that would fit and put them on. Quick easy service was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Most definitely will return to shop there.

It is what it looks like at first then once you're there the people took good care of me and my car. They were helpful and very respectful. Will definitely go there again.

Ask for Jesus but sEveryone here is nice and decent and honest for a regular car lightly used tires are $45 all my tires have lasted at least 2 years the only times I had to change them out was because I work near construction areas and I get nails.

Before I came in last evening to purchase 2 tires, I called ahead to make sure that they had my tire size on hand. The man I spoke with assured me that they did. Upon arrival I let the guy know what I came in for and he immediately frowned. He asked about my tire size, and once I let him know that these were not the original tires he let me know that the tires were too big. That was not my problem, and this is what separates good service from bad. Instead of explaining to me the risk that they would have to take it they sold me tires he lied and stated, " We have no more". I literally called 5 minutes before I pulled into their shop so I wouldn't waste a trip. I visited the first location on Bissonet, and they gave me the tires without a problem. He saw the condition of my tires and didn't feel comfortable sending me out again with a bald tire. Service can make or break a business! Always be honest with customers, we are more understanding than you think!

Had a trailor with 2 tires balder than Patrick Stewart. They were an odd size. Pulled in and they had w at a decent price. They balanced em and put them on included in the price.They were fast. They were polite. And they got the job done.Will use them for more tire and wheel related issues.

It took almost an hour to change 3 tires lol that's a bit much guys, it's 5 lugs and a tire....The two guys there were just laughing and not paying attention to customers. No one is attending the office for clients coming in and out. The sign says "4 tires for $80" FALSE!! The guy told me one for $45. (no where on the sign does it say it ranges in price) I tried to bargain with him and he got rude and said no. I will never come here again.

I wanted to thank Gusto I believe is the owners name of this shop. I was on my way to pick up my kids from school, when my tire got a flat. It was very scary as I am eight months pregnant, stopped on the side of the Hwy. I was stopped on Hwy 6 and he pulled over to help me change my tire and put on my spare. I'm so blessed that their are still genuine good people in this world. Thank you again. If this guy was this helpful and he didn't know me or even ask for money, I know his shop is just ask great. Thank again.

I took my car there on the way home, thinking to have the SW tire shop swapping the new tires that I had bought. But when I arrived at the place, there was a this Hispanic guy walk up and greeted me. He ask me what can he do for me, so I went ahead and explain to him about wanting my tires swap out. ( Mount and Balance), he ask me if they were the same size, I told him yes.I ask him how much and he looked at me, and look at my car then say $90. I thought he was kidding at first, because they have a sign up that said 4 tires for $80. How can that be if he is just to mount and balance my tires. Just labor and nothing else.So I ask him again, and all side was "you want to paid me $20?" he just laugh, and I told him no, I had that done at another place that charges $50, and I was just on my home that is hwy I stopped by this place.(Big Big mistake) I would assume that it be similar price. He didn't even bother to continue talking to me about it.Just walked away and start talking to someone else that just pulled up. What a terrible way to do business.Since I worked for a tire whole sale company, we don't mount tires. I will not take the business to him nor recommended that place to anyone. He is a big rip off, he give you a price judging on the way you dress, who you are, and what kind of car you drive.This is how the small business want to survived by having a big box store mentality?Buyer beware...

These guys sold me a used tired for 40$. The next day (Saturday) it was flat. I called them and asked them to come to my apartment to fix it. They said they wouldn't have enough staff for that until Monday. I waited until Monday, then they said they wouldn't make the trip. I'm trying to get my car towed to the location to let them replace the tire.Not recommended.

Good tires but they will price gouge you and don't care. When we asked why the price was so high and low quality tire he because it's his shop he can charge whatever he wants... never go there again

They told me a price for used tires which was WAYYY over priced but I needed a tire so I was like fine instead of 4 tires just replace the one with the nail in it. ok they jack the car up and then the guy comes back out and says oh the boss says he cant sell the tire for that price its $10 more. It's a used tire. Get real.

Horrible service, the guy that is in charge was extremely rude and not helpful at all, he was trying to sell me a used and in bad condition over priced tire that I could of bought a new one for a few dollars more. I would not recommend anyone to shop at this place.

Went in for some used tires to replace some dry rotted tires I got on a used car I bought. They wanted $250 for mismatched set that were already starting to dry rot! I can buy a brand new set for just $20 more from Discount Tire. Even told him too much and he didn't want to compromise. Don't bother stopping here, Discount is just down the road.
