These guys (Daniel and Al) are very unprofessional and therefore I cannot, in good faith recommend them to anyone else! My husband and I took one of their cars for sale to a local shop for a pre-purchase inspection. The mechanic explained and showed my husband several issues and explained what repairs needed to be done. Daniel Trevino, who was present for the inspection refuted everything the mechanic stated. While we were still interested in the car and expressed this to Daniel and Al, we wanted to negotiate the price because of the repairs that needed to be done; they refused and we were understanding of this! We took some time to deliberate on this huge decision, but reached back out to Daniel about 30 minutes later to let him know that we are still interested. Daniel said that he would call back with the total cost including TTL. He did and my husband immediately sent him a copy of his ID to get started on the paperwork. On the way to the bank to retrieve the cash, we received a text message from Al, stating that the car was sold. All the time and resources spent was a complete waste. Daniel mentioned nothing of this a few minutes earlier when he asked my husband for proof of ID. Daniel also ignored our calls when we tried reaching back out to him regarding this. They operate with zero integrity and it shows. Thankfully, we found and purchased a much better vehicle, so I guess it worked out in our favor. Hopefully this review helps someone else before making such a huge investment.
