I want to express the appreciation I have for the fellows at South Houston Nissan for first of all having a welcoming and friendly approach as I pulled up. You may say it's their job and it is but they do it well. You have to have a great attitude at any establishment you work at and sometimes that maynot be the case. The guys work together there. I'm big on customer service and they got it all figured out there. Big ups to the guys that I've come in contact with today Obi, Lawrence,Josh, and Chris keep up the good work it's not going unnoticed. Hope your boss sees this.

Josh was such an amazing guy! He s very honest, very polite, well mannered & professional. He goes out of his way to ensure your needs are met and you are comfortable prior to leaving. I would definitely recommend him!

Josh in the service department is fantastic! He kept me informed throughout the process, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I will definitely request him when I go back and have my vehicle serviced.Update: I am having the same issue for which I took my vehicle in two weeks ago and I left a message four days ago requesting Josh call me and he has yet to do so.

I came in for my oil change and was greeted and attended to by Josh Rios. He explained a couple of things that my auto needed, showed me why and what those parts looked like. He also provided me with the hanger flyer with coupons and told me about the 120 days of service. Josh was courteous and professional. Great experience.

5 stars to South Houston Nissan & Josh, he did a great job. I pulled into the service area and he greeted me and from there started the service explanation He went through and explained EVERYTHING. Very informative and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

Josh Rios was excellent ! Best customer service. Fast and Easy! I have two vehicles, ones a Nissan and the other is a Ram. I love going to South Houston Nissan Service because they understand my concerns and work with me to get my vehicles goals. I love coming here so much, I purchased a premium package. This helped me save money and maintain my vehicle. My advisor had the best advice and I hope to see him promoted soon.

Josh Rios - made my oil change visit very pleasant today. When I mentioned to him that I needed to hop on a teams call he immediately offered me a more quite waiting area which helped tremendously. He was very thorough on the work that needed done on my car, he was very helpful!

I love South Houston. I ve been coming here since I purchased my last vehicle in 2015. Today, Josh serviced me. was very friendly and helpful. He got me in and out quicker than the expected time. I appreciate that type of service immensely.

i want to thank Josh in the service department for going above and beyond with service on my Nisan Rouge. I m new to the city of Houston and this is the first dealership I visited and after the friendly service I received this is my new dealership to have any car service. Back home where I m from (Wisconsin) I have purchased three Nissan vehicles with the same location, so with that being said thanks Josh for making me feel welcome and bringing a new customer aboard here at South Houston Nissan.

Hi South Houston NissanI was writing this review to inform the staff that I received excellent work on my 2020 Nissan Murano vehicle Friday, December 29, 2023. Mr. Lawrence was my service representative. I had previously come to the shop due to the fact that a sensor light had popped on which immediately he had the issue checked out, it was a very expensive issue. Mr. Lawrence waited no time with calling my extended warranty staff. An appointment was scheduled and the problem was handled. The light is off and I really appreciate everything that he did to expedite this issue. I would like to thank Mr. Lawrence and the service staff at South Houston Nissan. I would highly recommend him and the crew. He receives a EXCELLENT COMMENDATION. Thank you very much.

Lawrence Mouton is my Service Advisor at South Houston Nissan. He has been my Advisor on several visits since the purchase of my car in 2012. Mr. Mouton has longevity with the company and exhibits an impressive knowledge of the mechanics of cars. He is always polite and courteous and greets me with a smile and a handshake. On my last visit to the shop, Mr. Mouton was right there with me to explain the maintenance items that were suggested as needing attention. Thank you, Mr. Mouton, for your service, knowledge, and consistency!!

I have been servicing my vehicle at this service center for about a year now and the experience has been great. Hobiedy Diaz is a great service advisor, he takes his time to understand any concerns that I have, he explains to me any necessary services and answers my questions patiently. I really appreciate his commitment and honesty, he is always upfront about the costs that are involved and is understanding when there are services that I would rather take care of in another time. He always keeps me updated on the status of my vehicle in a timely manner.

I would have given 5 stars, but my wife's first experience was horrible. I returned on January 19 and had a great experience thanks to Josh Rios and a few others , but it shouldn't matter if it's me or my wife customer service should never change. I am supposed to be contacted to schedule another service. I'll update on how it goes.
