I made an appointment and he here right on time! He greeted me with a smile and was very welcoming. I wasn t excited about spending the extra money for a much needed alignment but I m glad I gave my business to Smart shop. I will definitely be using again

Extremely good and clear service provided. He is knowledgeable and explain in details with all the services needed in the car and gives you suggestions. The prices are good and the quality of work is better. Definitely a good place to go with no worries about being over priced.

My family and me have been using this guys, they ve been around for over 10 yrs at another location, they are trustworthy, excellent prices and the owner will talk to you personally if you have any doubts. I ll recommend them a 100%.I know some guys will say they are expensive but I ve prefer to pay it and not go with cheaper services and paying double at the end because they didn t do a good job ; it happened to me before so I ll stick with them .Services: Transmission, Air & cabin filter replacement, Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Brakes, Air conditioning, Battery, Oil change

I was in Houston for the week of the 1-6 of July. I took my Honda Civic to Smart Alignment on 7/4/23. Mr. Louis was so nice, he checked my tires for ware and said they all looked good. I went in for the alignment front and back. His crew and him took me really quick. They did the alignment and also went above and checked my AC Freon. They said all looked good. I recommend going here, I am a senior and got my senior discount. The price was sooo reasonable another place quoted me well over 150 to do an alignment (crooks) . I trust smart stop alignment to do work at a price I can afford. Go see Mr. Louis on the south side of Houston on college street. Thank you so much Mr. Louis.Service: Wheel alignment

Luis and Anthony did an impeccable job in my car. They were really fast and super helpful. We are from out of town and we were really stressed but Luis has great customer service skills and helped us tremendously. He even gave us a ride to our hotel. I haven t received service from a car shop like this before. It s also very affordable. I recommend this shop 1000%

This shop is like family to me. I found them quite by accident. My driver side window stopped working. It would not come up, and it was 5 pm. I explained that my car would be in danger of being stolen because I lived in a complex with no security. They went beyond helpful with finding the part and fixing my window that very day, and they closed at 6:30 pm. They had more than one person working on it. Since then, I've had other issues, and they always have my back. I will never call this place cheap. The window problem was a year ago. They are inexpensive because they are professional, courteous, and above all, they are very honest! I only take my vehicle there, I trust no one else but them.

I came in for an Alignment and Luis helped me out. He showed me the markings on my tires and explained everything to me . The process was so quick I was in and out with great customer service. Will definitely be coming back when I need services again. Thank you

Mitchell and his staff are very professional and honest. I have been taking my car to him for 4 or 5 years now. He and his employees have always been truthful, as a single woman, that kind of thing is hard to come by. I truly appreciate that.I would highly recommend this place for all around car maintenance.

The shop owner is fantastic and the workers. They have time for customers and make sure your car is in good condition before you drive off. Even if they cannot service your car he give advise as to what to do and not.
