Last Sunday, my trailer tire literally blew up.I called the smart service and they were on time and efficient. Today they came back to my trailer to fix something they were unable to get late on Sunday night. They impress me also because they always answer my call. Highly recommend!

Yesterday I caught a flight and called Smart Mobile Tire service they got to me in less than 20 mins. Ahmed showed up and changed my tire out in about 10mins! I highly recommend calling them if you run into a situation out on the road!

Called them for an emergency dude said he would be there within 20 minutes. Didn t get there until an hour later. Was told a price over the phone when he got out there, he charged for his tools an extra price. Then 20 minutes later, charged another $60 after he butchered my brother-in-law s tire. So after spending $225 with this company and them trying to charge $10 for their tools. I wouldn t recommend them. Didn t know someone had to pay extra for them to use their tools. That s the case would buy my own tools and do it myself instead of calling someone. But it s y all s job to have the tools. Terrible experience with Ahmed will never use them again

People go there to get their tire fixed and come out the next day and tires are already flat. They don't want to give you no discount for their mess up. Please be smart and go to another car shop

THESE PPL ARE SCAMMERS. They give you old and damaged tires that go flat literally the same day!!. Been arguing with the owner and he won t even give me a penny back. Very unprofessional and a bad tire could ve put me in danger. They buy old tires from ppl and sell them to us. DONT go to them!!

Messed up my good brothers amvrr tire for his M4 bmw (amvrr YouTube) he already gotta find a new whip & you didn t make it no better with a flat tire & as the other reviews say they just give flat tires. Don t give them no business or else you ll be stuck & not riding in your whip! Shame on y all smh

Had a flat last Thursday. Called and he answered right away, got the details of my situation and location, and said he d be there in 20 minutes. 35 minutes later, I was back on the road.Just a bit later, I had an issue with tire pressure, called, and he said I ll be right there. I walked outside a few minutes later, he was already, had pulled the tire off and was fixing the problem.Excellent service! Highly recommended

Don't let these very few bad reviews deter you like it almost did me. If I could give this company 10 stars, I would! Ahmed was absolutely amazing and so patient with us. I'll say, if you give him the correct tire size when you call, he will communicate efficiently and bring the correct size.He took amazing care of our Tesla and late at night at that!Thank you so much again for your phenomenal service!!(Enjoy my photos)

Excelent tire services. They were very fast and responsive. He knows what he does and also gives a good priceI called many others but this one gave me a reasonable price and he arrived very quickly cuz I told him I need to get to my job so he promised me to be there in 15 minutes but he showed up in 10 minutesHighly recommended

These guys are like a Nascar pit stop. They got my wheel off and replaced my tire in under an hour from when I called them... all on the side of the highway. Great service.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!! THEY USE OLD TIRES THAT THEY STEAL FROM DISCOUNT TIRE AND PUT THEN ON YOUR CAR! REFUSED TO GIVE ME MY REFUND FOR FAULTY TIRE! THE TIRE YOU SEE THEM CHANGING IN THE PICTURE WENT FLAT THE VERY NEXT DAY AFTER THEY TOLD ME IT WAS A NEW TIRE. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND NEVER USE THIS SERVICE

JOKE! They say they are 24 hours I've been calling for the past 15 minutes and he goes straight to voicemail doesn't even ring! No call waiting or nothing and I've left a message and no one has called me back. so they may be a good Tire company?? they just need to take the 24-hour out of there title because that they are definitely not

This people are very horrible. I don t recommend. We been out here for 3 hours, they took my tires and rims and stole my friend money and they never came back!!! We have been sitting here for hours!!! Really bad service! If I can give 0 stars I would. Never again!!!

Horrible.. they called and said they were at my location 3 times and were not! Only took Cash app as a form of payment . Charged over $200 and didn't put the tire on the original tire.. instead put it on the spare dummy. Who does that! Horrible then no response when told about this! Definitely reporting to the BBB!
