I can t say enough about this shop! Their attention to detail is impeccable throughout every part of the process. Their office is clean and organized, they have a comfortable and stocked customer lounge, their staff is kind and professional, and their body work is beyond reproach. My car seriously looks better than before my accident. They not only detailed the outside, but the inside, too! They even put in extra work dealing with my very difficult insurance company. Very happy, definitely recommend!

They got my car done earlier than expected. The building was clean and very welcoming. I appreciated how they always kept me updated with what was going on. I felt like they definitely went above and beyond! 10/10 would recommend!!

Rich and his team at Silver Lining gave me the 5 star treatment!! I rarely leave reviews these days and I can t stand getting auto work done. They were prompt to respond, had my trucked picked up without hassle and professionally inspected quickly and accurately. In 20 years this has been the most seamless process I ve ever dealt with and the work was perfect. They have some of the most innovative tools at their disposal and I can tell these guys have been around the industry a while. My truck was back in a week as soon as I arrived home from a business trip. Thank you to Rich and the team at Silver Lining!

Richard with Silver Lining Collision in the Memorial City and Spring Branch area took great care of me from beginning to end. I unexpectedly had a accident and didn't know who to trust out of who all my insurance recommended, and Richard and Nico truly really went the extra mile...well above and beyond what I anticipated, used all new Honda parts for my Honda car, were very communicative and kept me updated and responsive when I called, and most importantly to me treated me like a human being instead of "just" another person to make money off of. I felt respected and supported by Richard as I was interacting with my insurance and navigating this challenging reality. I could go on about how respectful, go the extra mile they were with me, yet I hope that rings thru clear. I couldn't recommend Richard and Silver Lining Collision in this area more highly. I'm a very grateful customer...genuinely....Thank you very much Richard. All the best to you and your team !

I cannot recommend this place enough! My mother in law was in a small accident, and is an easy target for being taken advantage of. Silver Lining Collision was incredibly honest and transparent with her, and really took the extra time to walk her through the process and explain everything to her to ensure she was comfortable. They worked diligently with her insurance company to ensure all repairs were completed very quickly and got her back in her car. Honestly the best customer service I have ever encountered - and it wasn't even my vehicle being serviced!
