They inisited i move my car from a secured parking to their lot and they wont charge me anything and will try to fix the damage or salvage parts.Nothing happened for over a month so i sold it online for scrap. It was totalled, yet i spent a lot of cash moving it from parking to Shiv Auto. On tge day of removing it to the Scrap the owners wife started yelling for no reason and was extremely rude. She said she will hold my car hostage if I did not pay 250$ as parking. I did pay them, but the initial agreement was never to pay for parking EVER.

Most honest and reliable place for car repair. I have used shiv auto and they analyse the problem first , then try to fix it , then if non fixable offer repair. Their labor prices are very reasonable . I have been to many other places , who lie about part being bad , and charge for replacement, charge for services they don't perform , and pile up the bill. I been their customer for more than 10 years and they are most honest , capable and quality auto shop. I wish I can give them seven stars.

SHIV AUTO BODY SHOP is holding my car hostage because of an affair one of the owners "Ali" had with my son. Something that had nothing to do with me. Now I am having to sue Shiv Auto to get my car back. My son took car to this Auto Body to have it repaired after it was involved in an accident. This is ridiculous, they have filed 5 claims against my insurance which I have advised my insurance company not to pay because at least 3 of those claims are fraudulent. I respect the fact that this body shop has a standing in their community however I don't know if one of the prioritors has ever been involved in a relationship with customer's son that has gone sour. My car was given to Shiv Auto in good faith. Now here I am gravely ill with diabetes, chronic pain, anxiety, constant nausea & vomiting without transportation & no means of getting to my doctor's appointments because of senseless behavior of two grown men. This may not affect the way anyone else, who has ever done business with this company but it puts a huge blemish on how they treat business from personal relationships. I don't know these people or anything about their relationship with my son & all I want is my car returned to me. I don't want to drag this into court but I will and am filing a lawsuit come Monday January 3rd, 2022. Good luck with your false claim to my car Ali, because I'm coming for your business and my car. No threats, just action! See you in court.....

Mr. Nirmal Patel is the honest person, who can guide you correctly, when and how your car needs to be maintained.He never rips off any customer, by pointing at any unnecessary issues in your car. Always, try to contact him before heading towards the shop.

I m a daughter of a dad that runs a dealership and one day I was helping my parents transport cars from the auction and I got lost plus I didn t have my phone, I don t know my streets around there very well since we live in the woodlands and all I needed was someone to let me use a phone to call my parents, I saw this dealer and thought they wouldn t mind letting me use their office phone I was crying and needed help so I walked in and asked very nicely but the lady didn t even let me talk she interrupted and said we don t have a phone i just said ok thank you and got into the car and cried I was scared but I thought what kind of dealer doesn t have a phone? I get it, I was a stranger but I m only 16 and needed help, I m not saying they re a bad dealership but sometimes it s good to lend a helping hand. Now I eventually found another dealership that was willing to let me use their phone and contact my mom who was worried.Always remember to lend a hand.

My car, which recently seems to be having multiple issues from the tires to engine, I couldn't seem to catch a break. I was referred by a friend to bring my car to Shiv auto, and it was a very wise decision! My car was in and out within two days, and everything was in perfect shape. It beens a couple of weeks now, and I have not experienced any of the old problems. Nirmal is very informative, and honest. Also pricing will not break your break!

This man is a LIFE SAVER. My family and I drove almost 400 miles from Nevada for a funeral. Before going on the trip, I took it to the dealership to "fix" what I was told was an alternator belt issue. The belt was replaced, however, when we arrived in Santa Clara our car broke down in front of the Sports Authority on El Camino Real. My husband called Shiv Auto right away and explained our situation to Nemu Shiv. Within 10 minutes, he pulled up to check our car out. Less than a minute later he pulled out the belt and said, "Something is causing the belt to rip. This belt is brand new." He then called up a friend of his who arrived 5 minutes to tow our car. Nemu searched for the car issue and told us it was the a/c compressor. He then called another friend of his to see if we could purchase a used one as a brand new one would cost $400-$500. His friend confirmed that he had a used a/c compressor, so Nemu trustingly gave us the keys to his car and we drove to his friend's location. He only charged us $475 total for the a/c compressor and the 3 hour labor. Our car has been running well ever since. I would highly recommend this shop to ANYONE and EVERYONE. He definitely went out of his way for my little family and I can't thank him enough! Who else would do that for you?

They sold us a total loss vehicle without letting us know. Carfax had not updated the information at the time, which resulted in a huge loss for us at the time of selling. This guy is a fraud! pl keep away!
