Found these guys by the grace of a referral from an online forum. They have been in the business for over four decades so that speaks volumes in and of itself.Spoke to Chuck about my car's issue first and I was impressed that the person spoke to after that, Azad was fully aware of and on top of business - this lets me know that communication is thorough between coworkers and with customers. I also appreciate them for being accommodating and flexible with when I could tow my car in.The rates are reasonable so don't expect top tier service for low costs. You're paying for professionalism, thorough service, and promptness. They have gained a loyal customer.

I drive a diesel. Sharpstown does not work on diesels. However they researched where I should take my truck and called me back with a referral. They spent time for a non customer. I was impressed with the customer service. I understand why they are highly rated. They care about their customers.

I had two front headlights replaced. They did a professional job. They took care of replacing both headlights in the same day. They kept me posted throughout the day on the progress of the work. I would definitely go back to them for other services.I came in recently for body work to the front bumper of my other car. They helped me with submitting my claim to the insurance company. They worked with my insurance company on the claim directly after that. They did great work on the car and it looks like new. It took two weeks of total. They kept me updated the whole time. As I said previously, I would go back to them and I did.

Have complete trust in these guys to take the best care of my 14 yr old car. They are the main reason it's last 14 yrs!! HIGHLY recommend Sharpstown Automotive.

Amir was very polite and helpful at the front desk. Chuck was very thorough and precise about his repairs and checks. It's definitely a place to go for routine and major automotive repairs. They treat you like family.

Azad always takes care of us there. Not the cheapest but fair pricing and he does quality work with good parts plus cares about your safety. And he has a garage cat. That alone tells you they are awesome.

Sharpstown Automotive is a SW Houston institution. My family has been going there for decades. They are good, fair and friendly. It s great to have a true local service garage versus the big corporate chains and dealerships.

Lovely customer service but they do not do German cars! None of the other reviews said as much so to anyone else looking for a shop and you drive German, look on elsewhere! 5 stars cause the fella was straightforward and answered all my questions honestly and respectfully

Great shop, I've been going to this place for years.These guys are super friendly and knowledgeable. I recommend them to family and friends.You definitely don't feel like you are getting fleeced, unlike some shops.

Chuck and the gang are amazing. They always have a solution to the issues any car could have and they are very stray forward, if they can fix it, they will but if its in a very bad situation, they'd rather have look at other options, and that is something that people here in Houston, with the constant flooding, can really appreciate.
