Got an oil change and car inspection during spring break. Now my car is shaking at stop signs while driving home. The check engine light came on as well, and then I wondered if they even changed the oil. The oil color was dark brown once I checked- see picture below. Was trying to get everything done during spring break since we have a baby on the way. I do not recommend these mechanics. I called and they issued apologies and offered a time to come in again. With work I cannot until maybe a week later since I'm a teacher. Fortunately I was able to go to a different mechanic to repair the issues! Very stressful!

Went on a Friday and was told I need to change my alternator and drive belt. One bolt was stuck and they said they ll need to keep the car another day. Saturday rolls around and they still can t get the bolt out, I said no worries I ll go somewhere else. The manager insisted they can get it figured out by Monday and he ll keep me posted(the shop is closed Sundays). Monday at 3pm rolls around, i hear nothing all day, I go to the shop and they said they took the belt out and can t get it back in so my car wouldn t run and they were never able to replace my alternator. I ended up having to call a tow truck myself and have it sent to a different shop. The other shop resolved the issue in a few hours. Save yourself the time and headache and go to an actual auto shop and not a chain shop like this.

It was around 1:18 PM. When I dropped my vehicle off, I was told by another automotive service that my brake lights were out but when they did the inspection so that way they could put in new brake lights they noticed that the bulbs were good and that the fuse was good and they didn t understand why my brake lights weren t working. I took it to Service St. and I got, first of all the best customer service you could ever ask for second of all day went through and did a diagnostics and it turned out that my brake lights were working they were absolutely wonderful. They did everything they could to make sure that my brake lights were working correctly. They have the best customer service. I also find their work to be amazing. They always do a great job. I am very satisfied With my visit there and I from now on will be taking my vehicle there and there only

I recently visited Service Street Auto Repair for my state inspection, and I was thoroughly impressed with their service. Not only were they efficient and thorough with the inspection process, but the staff members were incredibly friendly and accommodating. They took the time to explain any issues they found and provided options for resolving them. Overall, it was a pleasant experience, and I would highly recommend Service Street Auto Repair for anyone in need of automotive services

These guys are simply awesome!I have had some weird car troubles lately, to say the least.. Oscar, Mike, Lucas, they have become my go-to consultant on what to do with my cars. Really friendly, helpful and definitely knowledgeable! As far as workmanship is concerned, excellent!!Marking this place as my favorite auto care spot! I think you should, too!

I came in for a state inspection for tag renewal. I was greeted very kindly. The service was extremely fast. They took my car in immediately and in only about ten minutes later they were finished. Those guys were awesome. They made my day. I m truly grateful.

I was completely impressed with their professionalism and great customer service. I came to this location Service Street for a vehicle inspection and I was in and out. Will definitely come back! The ambiance here is inviting and comfortable. Thank you again Oscar and Carson for the great work.

Called to get transmission service price. I felt the pricing was reasonable but I needed to make sure I can get service done today. I was speaking with Oscar and he assured me he can have job done in a few hours and it was! Thanks for being timely and efficient!!!

I brough my Dodge Ram 1500 to this place for a Service and Inspection. The employees at this service garage are absolutely professional, fast and competent. I had a super fast service with a good quality. I can highly recommend this car repair shop.

Stopped in on a Tuesday to get an appointment for my State Inspection. They promptly confirmed an appointment for Wednesday at 2:00 pm. When I got there at 2:00 pm on Wednesday, they immediately took down my Proof of Insurance and completed the Inspection in less than 25 minutes. Very efficient.

Took my car in for an oil change today. First-time customer. Terrance and Zack, the managers were knowledgeable and friendly. The service took over an hour, and some things were left messy. They left a 3 inch oil spot under the hood on the plastic guard by the radiator. The TPMS light was on upon arrival. When I got in to leave, it was still on. I stopped to check the tire pressure... all four tires were low, and one of the valve stem caps was cross threaded (I could tell someone took it off because their fingerprints were in the brake dust on the rim by the valve stem).The invoice states this as part of the service provided. Not to mention, the hood was ajar when I left. It popped up, and the warning light came on. All in all, I don't think I'll be using them again. Tread lightly.

I've been to this location to get my 6 month/6000 mile service and to get my state vehicle inspection. The staff were very knowledgable and quick when it came to my service. I definitely recommended this location to my friends since so many other auto shops try to sell you products and services you don't need.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!!! I BROUGHT MY TRUCK HERE FOR STARTER REPAIR WHICH SHOULD HAVE ONLY TAKEN 2.7 HOURS, 4 DAYS LATER AND MY VEHICLE HAS TO GET TOWED TO FORD BECAUSE THEY DAMAGED MY TRANSMISSION.UPDATE: Took it to Ford. It was not my transmission. The guys at Service Street just did not know what they were doing and damaged parts in the process. I spoke with the regional manager Bill Scott who was very professional throughout my frustration and made sure to make right of the mistakes of the staff. Because of this will change my 1 star rating to a 3. I just hope that he reevaluates and replaces the staff that is currently at this location.

Stop in for a state inspection & oil change. The service was great. Clean establishment. Very knowledgeable mechanics overall, I had a great experience coming here. I will definitely be back. If you're looking for reliable mechanical work and fair prices, I would definitely recommend stopping by this location.

This place is very close to work so I decided to stop by for the state inspection. Very courteous and friendly staff and I was in an out super quick and the price was great! Had an incredible experience with this establishment! Easily was able to reschedule after having issues with my car insurance and when I came back on my rescheduled date they had my car serviced in 15 minutes. Could not recommend these people enough!

Car is riding smoothly afytr the repair. I had a suspension issue and it was taken care off. It was a little.pricey, but i will definitely go back to this shop. Great service and nice guys working there. Sadly, my trusting nature has been shattered by the management of service Street auto repair. I was promised, competitive pricing, and quality Repairs but received non-competitive pricing and poor quality service. Tried to resolve the issue with upper management but they wouldn t even talk to me. I would suggest getting a second opinion and price before having your work done at this location.Services: Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance

I will always bring my 3 vehicles here for their state inspection. I called this morning 1/26/23. The gentleman on the phone was so professional. I didn t have a lot of time. I had no wait. Today I had my vehicle inspection preformed and the service was amazing. I was promptly Greeted as soon as I walked through the door. I was informed of the wait time and offered coffee and water.
