Went for a part they had it but it was damaged but super nice people definitely setting this as my number 1 spot when I go to buy parts now

One of the worst experiences I had. I will never step into this place again, neither will I refer anybody.Not to be racist a but when racism is performed I speak up on the matter. I see why people rather shop on line nowadays.

Someone wrecked the side view mirror on my Acura. I took it to the local stealership (Dallas area) and they quoted me almost $900 for a replacement, and they did not know when they would be able to get the part. I searched online for the part and found it at Scott Street. I grew up in Houston and think I got a part from them in the late 80s, so I gave them a call.Kenneth found my part no problem. I paid on Monday (MLK Jr. Birthday) and the part was delivered to me by UPS on Tuesday (nice job by both Scott Street and UPS). I got the part installed Tuesday night. Overall, I saved almost $600. Glad I thought to do it myself. Thanks Kenneth and Scott Street!

I had an excellent experience at Scott St. Jorge quickly located the bumper I needed from my phone call, and we set up a time for me to come down and take a look. When I got there it was in great condition, and we negotiated a fair price for it. And the whole process took just a few minutes - I was back on the road without even needing an extended lunch break. I'm a very satisfied customer.

Helpful and knowledgeable , the price is competitive and they have free delivery; it's always the right part "working right" the first time. Great customer service great used parts for reasonable pricing was my first time visiting here a week ago to get a alternator for a 2014 Toyota Corolla I got a lifetime warranty and my car is running like a new baby thanks guys.

I bought a right rear brake caliper for a 04 Chevrolet Impala, I called ahead to check the availability and price, they honored the phone quote and they pulled the part,(which was a blessing in itself). They were professional and courteous. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. I highly recommend this store to anyone looking for good, reasonably priced, in stock used auto parts.

Wonderful people!! They know how to run a salvage yard, no Jacks are needed. Safe operation, godly people . they understand people that come in. I can't say enough about them. I I appreciated working with them helping somebody else they're. Good people thank God for that.

I called them for a side mirror and they tried to match my existing color. They even recommended a shop to install my mirror for me. They were all very nice and fast about getting me what I needed.

They say in the hood there's no love but I can assure you that at this shop there is only love for their customers. Thank you David and his machanic for going over and beyond to make sure I left their shop with a master switch that worked on my Jetta . Thank you so much

This place has been my go to for parts for years... Staff is friendly and if in some rare occasions where that haven't had what I needed they located it for me elsewhere. No complaints whatsoever.

Wouldn't give me the time of day. When asking about freon: "No, I don't sell that ok. See ya." Click. I run a 50 unit car lot and was interested in purchasing more than just the first item I asked you about. You wouldn't know that because you hung up on me, richard. Call was 5-9-19 at 10:55 AM

Good attention but deficient inventory , they promised over the phone that they have your part and when you go there your part is not available.wasted gas, and wasted time.

I bought a air compressor from them almost two years ago and I'm still blowing in the wind! They were fantastic and I recommend them over every place I've been to in the Houston/surrounding areas!

I called to see if they had a machine for check engine lights the guy says "no this is an auto parts store not a mechanic" very unintelligent statement because autozone is a auto parts store and they have a reader it's how they get you to buy their part, genius!All those cars back there and no machine to read them?? That's strange

Out of several salvage yards, Scott Street Auto Parts Inc easily gave me the best offer on my Charger after it was in an accident. The staff, (especially Jim), was very straight forward and quick in getting me an estimate.
