My initial engagement was poor, as I sat in my car waiting on someone to come to my window. I went for a vehicle inspection. I parked nose into the bay of the shop and waited for someone to come to my car and assist me. I started counting after 2 guys literally looked at me and kept going. After those 2, 4 more went by, made eye contact and nothing. I was very nerved by the lack of customer service. I would have been fine if they tried just a little.After being passed up by 6 people, I parked my car and went inside. They were all standing around looking at me now from behind the desk. Still nerved, I said I needed a vehicle inspection and no one came out of the garage to assist. No apology, no communication. I was already there, so I proceeded.The inspection was fast. I paid $25.50, which I think is the standard. My transaction was quick and the guy who originally helped me was pleasant.I was sure this place would be great customer service since the guy on the phone was extremely nice and it's not a big chain. I was so turned off by the initial interaction (lack of), I will probably never return. How do 6 people who work there make eye contact and never ask if I need help. That is poor customer service.Service: Vehicle safety inspection

Scott's came highly recommended and they exceeded expectations. They are very friendly, communicate well, provide fair pricing, and are A+ in service. I had a transmission issue which they resolved in a timely manner. But, they went beyond my required service by buffing out a paint scrape on my exterior and having my car washed prior to returning it to me. Great service!

I don't even know where to begin, I have taken several Vehicles here and I always knew I did because I felt like the core values of this company were true and trustworthy. I was proven right!! I have always received good service over the years but this last service experience was above and beyond. The way everything was explained to me to the kindness and understanding of Matthew, Ryan, Johnny and please excuse me but I'm not sure of what the general manager's name is but he is an amazing individual as well! If you want to go have your vehicle taken care of somewhere that you're going to get an Earnest price, Good workmanship and Excellent customer service, definitely come to Scotty's!!!!

1st time customer but very impressed. Excellent mechanics & fantastic customer service! Johnny was professional, polite, courteous & made me feel like a valued customer. Comfortable waiting room but they offer shuttle service as well. While waiting I spoke with 5 different customers during my wait, each were return customers & gave Excellent reviews. Fair, honest & professional. I will return for inspections & maintenance

Entire experience was awesome. From calling to make my appointment, to dropping my car off, them giving me a ride to work, keeping constant contact with updates while they had my vehicle, all the way to me picking up my vehicle at the end of the day, great experience and amazing customer service.Everyone I spoke with was very nice and helpful. I loved that they sent me a link to a list of recommended services for my vehicle and allowed me to accept or decline the services being performed with zero pressure. AND I knew exactly what the cost was going to be before picking up my vehicle. Will definitely be bringing my vehicle back and any future vehicles I have will be serviced by Scott's Auto Repair.

All the employees at Scott's Automotive are very friendly and helpful. They were honest in telling me what I needed done to my vehicle. Johnny was my technician advisor & he took his time to explain why I needed to have these fluids & filters changed out. I was so happy with Scott's Automotive after I got my car completed, I went home & got my husband's car & brought up to them to have his vehicle checked out. Happy that I did this also. I highly recommend Scott's Automotive for any vehicle repair work that you may need.

The people and service are amazing here! They continue to exceed my expectations every time. They identify issues or maintenance needed, discuss options to address them, listen to my questions/concerns, and correct past mistakes while being quick, efficient, and courteous. I never feel pressured to do something I am not ready to do. Also, I forgot to give them my coupon to be applied before I paid and worked 'behind the scenes' magic to apply it for me to receive a substantial discount. If I could give them double stars, I would do so in a heartbeat.

I came in here when my car needed to get an inspection, and a few maintenance items, and was greeted right away in the friendliest and warming way. I immediately felt they cared about my business. They got me in and out as fast as they could. They were very communicative and thorough with my vehicle. I like this place and you will too. Prices are just fine too.

Scott s Auto Repair found that Cristian s left my oil plug loose and my oil leaked out nearly completely. I had a very slow AC leak so they thoughtfully put dye into the AC and asked me to bring it back in a week or two. So today I bring my wife s car in to get the oil change. These guys do great work and do not try to rip off women nor men. They send a message to your phone if they find anything else needed done so you can say yes or no to each item. I know what to watch out about my car. I will also soon know everything about my wife s car. This is a warm and honest place to trust your car repairs. I highly recommend this business.

This is the best mechanic shop I have ever used in my entire life. They are empathetic, trustworthy and GOOD people, on top of the fantastic quality service they provide. 10/10 recommend.

Rarely do mechanics tell you what is wrong with your car and take the time to explain exactly what the problem is - in front of the car itself. I greatly appreciated Rayan for doing that and updating me throughout my visit. Rayan's friendliness and kindness made me feel like Scott's really do value their customers and genuinely want their service. Not just to fix the problem but to have good interactions! Thank you again Rayan for your excellent customer service :)

My inspection was due and since I received a coupon ($7 off) in the mail I figured I would give this place a try. Initially I went in for the inspection and oil change. They had no openings and a long wait that day, I made an appointment for another time. Before leaving I asked how much the oil change would be and I was told around $94. Not sure what what included (filter, oil, labor??) but as I walked away I was a bit floored by that price. So, before my appointment I went ahead a did the oil change elsewhere for half that cost.Day of appointment I arrive for just the inspection. Not a problem. Staff here is obviously paid to be overly nice and helpful. They open doors, make sure to put paper mats down on your floors, pull your car around, clean and comfortable waiting area all done with a smile. Very nice. Where they get you is at the wallet. They did a quick walk around before hooking my car up and immediately notice the bulbs for my license plate are out so I wont pass. They also let me know the cost to replace the bulbs is almost $70! I laughed, they didn't. I say OK thanks I'll handle it, and ask for my car back. I go to my nearby automotive store and for under $8 and a few turns of my screwdriver the lights are now functioning.I guess if you have loads of money then these people will treat you like gold while taking that money, you do you.Personally, it would have gone a long way with me if they would do these types of small repairs for just a small fee. Honestly I would have paid $15-$20 for the bulb replacement just because I was already there. But greediness is not a good look on anyone and they lost a customer and a lot more now simply because they tried to take advantage on the cost of something that can be bought in bulk for way less per piece than I paid at the store.

They tried to charge me $3500 for a water pump. Please be careful, look for other places before paying crazy amounts of money. I got someone who s doing it for $800

Highly recommend this shop to anyone. Great communication, very detailed and explaining everything. They work with you and Go above and beyond. Best customer service ever.

They tried to change me over $300 for each coil pack plus fees and labor; I called the dealer and the same coils cost $120 each. They changed 4 connectors to the coils, just wires twisted and tape, finished in in less than 30 minutes, and they changed me over $800 for that arguing that it took them 4 hours and that the labor was $218 per hour. I double checked their work and fond that they didn't even finish all the connections and that they were about to let me go with the car still unfinished. I walked back into the shop and they quickly did that one connection in less than 5 minutes.

Got my air conditioner fixed. I wanted to make sure things were good before doing a review. Everything s been working great. The staff at Scott s Auto Repair was fantastic. Everyone was super nice and helpful. My schedule doesn t work well with normal business hours but they made sure I was able to get my car even though it was past closing time. One of the other benefits of using Scott s Auto Repair is they have loaner cars so you re not inconvenienced. That really made a difference for me. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would!! Great service, wonderful employees.Service: Air & cabin filter replacement

Car was making noise, took it in, they checked out the car immediately to hear the noise and determined the problem. Advised us the car was safe to drive. Strut was making the noise. We have used Scott's for many years. They really care about their customers and are honest.

Amazing shop...Left a Subaru on its last legs and that had failed on the road ...they were polite and helpful and told me truthfully due to brake system rusted that it was a lost cause to revive. They did the assessment faithfully and efficiently and without any remuneration...I will definitely use them for all my cars. Thanks

It is no accident that Scott's Auto Repair has been in business since 1986 when few businesses make it ten years. Their complete focus is on the customer. I was given a quote on the repair of my car by the mechanic in the office. Later when I came in he said he had made a mistake and it was $500 higher. But Scott who was nearby said they would honor the original quote and they begin repairing my car which I am very satisfied with. They had one process that surprised me. Workers there said it was standard was for the mechanic working on the car to take it out for a test drive after he finished. And then his supervisor would take it out for a test drive. And then the owner, Scott would take it out for a test drive. THAT is controlling the quality of the product delivered. In my construction business of 43 years as the owner I had the same level of control in always verifying the quality of the project. Like Scott I had universally satisfied customers.Services: Engine repair, Vehicle safety inspection

I came in for an auto inspection and a AAA 40 pt checkup on my vehicles and ended up finding a great local auto service shop for all my future auto service needs. The staff and service are 5 . Scott s goes over and beyond in every way to make sure the customer leaves satisfied. Special kudos to Nick, General Manager, who clearly sets the bar high for this establishment by his own kind example of excellence and desire for complete customer satisfaction. I can't say enough great things about the service at Scott's. They are always so kind, professional, thorough, and efficient. They really do make you feel like a friend. The courtesy loaners are a plus when any issues need more than a day to solve. Highly recommend for quality repairs and maintence.
