They could care less about who you are and the work that they do. Left unit there for 3 weeks after pick up same exact issues. Lost Money and when I call them they don't want to fix the issues. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. save your time and your money.

Dealt with them twice, second time around they completely drop the ball. I lost thousands of dollars as a result. Jonathans professionalism is the only reason why they get 1 star and I won t just bash this shop. Will never take my truck to them again!

They got to me fast but it took several times to fix my ac and they only got part of my air line leek. I had a masave break down 2days latter because of air leek and a bad dryer. I feel they should have put more attention to the air situation but sometimes things are not allwaise as they seam so im trying not to be overly critical. They are very polite and have a nice driver waiting space.

Before I called them I called a few "24 HOUR SERVICES" that did not answer or did not have a mechanic onsite until after 7AM. I needed service at 2 AM, they gave me an ETA of 60 minutes they arrived within 20 minutes, my driver was back on the road within 40 minutes of his breakdown. They will be my first call going forward when in the Houston areas!Service: General repairs & maintenance

And the short expansion of time that I worked here, it s a fantastic place with lovely people and they will make sure job is done right. Definitely need to check them out if your a diesel mechanic looking for a job or semi truck driver. Great place!

Called Saxon Fleet Services on a Sunday evening after being stranded and waiting on AAA RV service for over 4 hours. Johnathan at Saxon answered my urgent call. I wasn't in the greatest mood or position but he handled me like a Saint and assured me we were in good hands. He told me he would have his crew there within 15 minutes. Eight minutes later, I received a text from Jonathan showing the location of his crew! My wife and I were like "Is this for real?!" Six minutes later, a Saxon employee named Den showed up. Contrary to what AAA sent, Den had the proper tooling and equipment to handle our emergency. Den had my family up and rolling in no time. It didn't stop there. Den insisted on following us a few miles to make sure we were good! I don't normally do reviews, but I had to with this company. These guys are the real deal! Thank you Den and Jonathan you guys ROCK!Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance

Stopped by today 11/21/2017 at approximately 4:00 pm because of slow start with my truck. I was told to go see Jerry at service department who asked what was going on and I explained. He called Cecil to the service department and then we went out to my truck immediately. I tried starting and it started slow he worked on it found the problem and also changed my fuel filter. After he was done about 45 minutes to an hour later he told me To start the Truck and it started fine. I will refer all to this shop as I was treated very well.

Went in for a mudflap bracket repair, arrived before they opened. Mechanic fixed me up first thing. Owner came over and checked up with me. Overall I felt I had great service.

I called for road service and wait for whole night nobody showed up and when i called the guy he was keep saying (I ll be there in a while) and nobody show upThey don t owner their words

This company delivers excellent service, from the telephone call, up until the moment the mechanic finishes the job. Prices are reasonable and the work performed is always above average or better.

Well I did not have any business with this company but I had a situation with one of the employee of this company. This employee was driving on the freeway very dangerously and risking his life and only our life in danger.

I put my truck and trailer in and was charged for the work, but boo work was done to the trailer. " Brake job" at that. It really sucks when you can't find food mechanic shops, especially when you trust them to fix your rig that you drive all over the country safely. Thanks Saxon there's the other stars from me.

I call them around 1:45pm to see why my truck is getting hot. they show up 5:30pm after 2 hours doing nothing they suggest me to take it to dealership they change me for 3 hours.i paid $300 for nothing. I will not recommend anyone to use this waste of time and money service.

My first time using this truck shop. Mr. Johnathan got my truck in the next morning and started repair. A very nice and clean facility and the people I encountered there were very friendly. Would differently use this repair shop again.

Truck was running fine until I sent it to these idiots to have the ac fixed and an oil leak fixed needless to say my boss sold my 2003 international for scrap thanks Saxon for being complete retards....... forgot to mention that I had to go to their shop more than 15 times and my truck was never fixed either time I would not send a pair of training wheels over there to get fixed

Poor quality work. They performed a DOT inspection on my tractor and passed it with obvious deficiencies. They didn't even check the horn. Have had too many repairs that have needed to be redone.

Their Dispatch needs to learn how to tell time it took them 40 minutes to send my call to a tech 90 minutes later still sitting in a lane blocking traffic hopefully the tech is smarter than Dispatch
