Jenniqua Jones-I do not know where to start This was the best experience I have ever had when dealing with any auto shop. From start to finish I was given 5 start service. Carlos was exceptional! He went above and beyond to make sure the repairs on my car went smoothly without any extra headaches from the insurance company. I can t forget Melanie. She was very patient and has a beautiful personality and smile! If you want Grade A service on customer service and repairs Santa Ana Body Shop is the place to go. Thank you for everything!

Really happy with the work they did on my 4Runner fixing a dent on the bumper. I worked with Brandon and Mike, both of whom were wonderful. I appreciated how thorough Brandon was when giving me the estimate and explaining the work and cost that would be required. I couldn't believe how fast they got the work done and now my car looks great!

I highly recommend this body shop. They made what I thought was going to be a stressful process very easy. They were patient and responsive to all my questions. Quick turnaround and excellent workmanship. Very friendly and helpful environment. Also appreciated getting a freshly washed vehicle (inside and out). Thank you so much Santa Ana!

This is a great body shop. I ve used them several times, and every experience has been A+! Their communication is amazing. Their staff are super nice and communicate on a consistent basis. My vehicle always looks amazing after leaving their shop

We are from Kansas City Missouri snow-birding in the coastal areas of Texas. We pull our Jeep Wrangler behind our motor home. We had a blowout on the right side front of our Jeep while towing that took out the fender and several trim components. Being from out of town and not knowing the reputation of any repair facilities we found Santa Anna Body Shop via google reviews. We are extremely satisfied with the workmanship, paint, and overall repair process. Brandon was our service rep and kept us informed throughout the process. His professionalism put us at ease that our Jeep would be fixed right. The work took about one week and we were back on the road. We can t say enough good things about Brandon and Santa Anna Body Shop on 34th street in Houston TX.

I booked two separate appointmts here for an estimate quote. Both times I was turned away, which is incredibly frustrating and not an appropriate way to conduct a business, especially a service-based one.The first time they lost power - not their fault, but I would have appreciated a call giving me a heads up so I didn t waste a trip out here. But fine, I just rebooked.For context, when you book you have to include details about the make and model of your car - mine is a Tesla. I get here for my second appointment and the woman at the front desk says sorry we don t work on Teslas and turned me away. I asked her for any recommendations and she just shrugged and said she didn t know. This is just for bodywork by the way - nothing mechanical or nuanced about a Tesla. This was incredibly frustrating given I provided this information at the time of booking. Could they not have reviewed my booking information and let me know so that I didn t - again - waste a trip out here?Assuming these interactions are any indication of the service they provide in general, I would not recommend doing business here. Unprofessional and not helpful.

Carlos was my rep and he did a phenomenal job. Someone crashed into my car andran off. About $5,000 in damage was caused to my vehicle. They haggled with my insurance, getting them to cover some of the damages. that they deemed "unrelated". It was. definitely a sight to see when I got my car back and it looked better than it did before the crash. Carlos kept me updated throughout the repair process, including his interaction with the claims adjuster. SantaAna Body Shop is my go to place for any cosmetic repairs I need done on my car. They have a solid team and exception customer service. I would choose them again for sure!

I have brought my 2011 Toyota Camry here on 2 occasions. Once after being side swiped on the driver's side in 2016 and this year after being side swiped on the passenger side. Both times service was exceptional. Besides repairing my car to better than new standards, they even took care of little things out of courtesy. For example, my driver's side headlight was badly oxidized and the bright bulb had went out. They buffed the headlight and changed the bulb so that it was similar to the newly repaired passenger side headlight. I really appreciated that. Repair time was speedy as well and the explanation of what needed to be done was thorough. Should I have any issues in the future I trust Santa Ana Body Shop with all of my vehicles and I highly recommend! Would give 10 stars if I could.

Brought my Lexus RX350 to get our brake pads and rotors replaced. The quote was very reasonable and the service was top notch. I ll definitely be a returning customer, and I d highly recommend Santa Ana Body Shop!

I am very disappointed in the customer service experience I had. When I took my car for body repair, I told Melanie and Mike I was not interested in changing the headlamp. I did not want it changed! Carlos called me before ordering parts and I told him I didn t want the light changed, but was unhappy. That insurance was paying for an aftermarket light. My car was only one year old and had all original parts. After the conversation, which he clearly misunderstood, he ordered an OEM light and replaced it. When I told him that I didn t want a new light and asked him to put the old one back on he said the manager told him to give me the old one, but I had to pay for the new one. he also suggested I sell the light myself to recoup some of the money I was going to spend for the new light. When I mentioned I wasn t in auto parts sales, and that seemed more in line with his type of business. He just laughed. Long story short, I was forced to pay for a part I didn t want replaced to the tune of about $700. That is terrible customer service when I know I told three people several times not to replace it! If you want to make sure you get what you pay for record your calls.

I dropped off my car, and they worked on it immediately because I told them I'm renting a car and I need mine fixed ASAP. When I came to pick up the car, I was impressed with the great job they had done on it. I was very pleased because they did a deep cleaning on my car before handing it to me.

I had an accident recently and sustained damage to the frame, front bumper, grille, hood, and driver side headlight of my Lexus ES350. I searched for help and discovered Santa Ana Body Shop. The shop had a five-star rating with a ton of positive reviews. So I reached out to them, and received a prompt reply. I took my car in and got an estimate of the cost and repair time. However, they were able to repair my car and get it back to me in less time and for less money than what was estimated! They even touched-up some previous damage on the body of my car! Overall, my experience was great! I would not hesitate to recommend this shop! If you want to see the results, just look at the before-and-after photos that I posted!

Absolute excellence. So many thanks to the team, who were not only super friendly and accommodating, but extremely patient. Much of the work required approvals from the city of Houston and they were not always easy to get in contact with. After all was said and done my car looks brand new! Thank you for being an advocate for me and my car. It is hard to find the kind of customer service you get here. I will be sending everyone I know to Santa Ana.Service: Auto body & trim repair

These guys were fantastic! Gave me an honest quote and worked with me on a timeline to get it out. Receptionist was super friendly and Brandon did a great job on the work. 10/10 definitely recommend

Great experience. Needed trim interior work done, dealership wanted me to leave the car for several days and pay for an estimate. Santa Ana gave me an estimate while I waited, ordered the part, and I went back when the part was in. Then took less than 2 hours to complete the installation. Happy customer.

Updated 1/4/2024- the 5 stars was lowered to 3 for the following reason: the transmission cooler damaged during my accident was replaced by Santa Ana(and their partner mechanical division onsite). After not operating the truck for a few months after picking it up from repairs, it was found that the Allison transmission was low nearly 40% of it's fluid capacity. The repair person(s) did not properly fill the transmission after repairs. This could have potentially caused very expensive damage to the transmission. The truck has been taken to another repair shop for evaluation in hopes that the error was discovered before damage could occur.I originally took my Silverado 3/4 ton to another shop for repairs after a rear end collision. That shop didn't want to deal with the insurance company, so I looked up Santa Ana and glad I did. Mike managed all the repairs, both body and mechanical to completion and dealt with the insurance company. All the detailed things were taken care of and I couldn't be happier with the work they did.

I always take my car for oil change here, but this time took my car to the 34th location less than 2 months ago for a noise, they told me that they couldn t find anything and they charged me $100.00 for the revision . But the noise was there, I stopped using the car because of the noise. I decided to take it to the dealership they found a Broken Axle and fixed it. Now I am doubting of Santa Ana s service and if they really check the cars.

Howdy!! I got into a finder bender situation and the body shop that I was recommended by my insurance was not able to attend to me until a month after the incident, however, Anthony who works there was able to get my vehicle in with in the next week! The process went smoothly when getting my rental and the whole time until I got my vehicle back. Loved their service and they were very quick and nice to me every time! They kept me updated on the status of my car!! Overall 10 out of 10 would recommend!!! Everyone was kind!!!Services: Auto body & trim repair, Painting

I bought 2 vehicles for repairs and they did and excellent job. Great communication and sufficient. The staff is friendly from the front desk to the back of the shop. If 10 starts was an option, I d give them 10. It s well deserved.

Went there to have my checked up for a dent. They seemed to be good but since the guy was loud mouthed so decided not to get my car fixed from there. I think his name was Jordan or Jason, fair looking guy, about 5'8" in height. Wonder how their owners allow this kind of behaviour.Reply to your answer - I probably don't remember the name but it was definitely Santa Ana Body Shop, Jones Road location, not 34th street. No doubts.

from start to finish their staff was patient, communicative, and very professional. got body and mechanic work, everything came out perfect and my car looks brand new. Anthony and Melanie were so sweet and patient, making sure all my questions and concerns were addressed, and overall they re all hard working and honest people and honestly I don t think I d trust anyone else with my miata <3

My car was involved in a hit and run and this shop was on a list provided by my insurance. I chose this one because it had amazing reviews and they did not disappoint. I got frequent calls on updates to my car while it was in the shop. Mike and Anthony went above and beyond and got my car fixed within a week as well as provided excellent service.
